absolute cowboys! I paid extra for insurance, they smashed up my parcel and refused to pay out on the insurance! Swear well clear from these crooks!

Parcel not delivered as driver changing reasons was on a 24hr delivery in end collected from depot 4 days later ourselves, driver said no one at drop point at 9pm but office open till 10pm weekdays then parcel was to heavy and then contradicted himself with could not find address yet huge building

Paid for 24 hour delivery but the item turned up 2 days after the original delivery date. Customer service a waste of space and not up dates or apologies.

Good Morning Darren. I am very sorry that this order arrived later than expected. Unfortunately the service booked does not come with a money back guarantee for late delivery so we have been unable to issue a refund on this occasion.

Extremely poor service. Item got delivered completely smashed therefore, I lost out and they wouldn't even consider the customers feelings and refund the courier fee at least. I Would NOT Recommend this service to any one.

Good Morning. I am very sorry that this has arrived damaged. Unfortunately the item you have sent was classed as a restricted item which means that you are only covered if the item is lost, you are not covered or damages. The carriers do try and take as much care as possible when handling your goods but unfortunately all couriers will experience some damages within the network.

just now Been sending parcels for years with interparcel personally and through multiple businesses I have worked for. 2-3 weeks after sending a parcel to Scotland received an email with rediculous charges apparently due to incorrect dimensions. The carrier was parcelforce whom I firmly believe are lying. I have provided what evidence I can that information supplied was correct. Parcelforce have provided nothing. Interparcel have put the charges of £50+ on a £15 original shipping cost on me. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. PARCELFORCE AND INTERPARCEL SCAM CUSTOMERS 2 WEEKS AFTER DELIVERY FOR EXCESSIVE CHARGES AND DON'T GIVE A SH*T ABOUT THE LOYALTY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would.

I am sorry that you have had an issue with this order. The courier has contacted us as this item was larger than the dimensions declared. Due to this we have received surcharges. I can see that you are already in contact with us and would advise that you send in any evidence of the size of your parcel so that this can be challenged.

You damaged my companies reputation, refused to accept responsibility, refused to give me a refund for a parcel that was never collected. Disgusting customer service skills. Im refunding my customer for a parcel that was taken and never delivered and grovelling to them for your error that you just dismissed when i addressed it with yourselves. Basically when i purchase a service, it may or may not happen and thats tough. SHOCKING!

Sent a parcel to France on the 12th April it arrived in Macon a few days later but then nothing! So I went on their live chat and was informed the address was incorrect. I double checked it and sent it again. They said they still not find it and could I send them the customers phone number in France so they could get directions. I gave them the phone number but customer said they never rang. I was constantly on live chat trying to get this parcel delivered and was eventually told it would be going to a local delivery office so customer could pick it up and they would let me know what office and when. I heard nothing and then when I checked the tracking it said "Customer requested return" and it was now back in the UK. I never requested a return. I went on to live chat today and was told if I want it back I have to pay £17 because the address was wrong. It turns out the address is correct but they just could not find it and they also lied on the live chat saying I had requested a return. Will never use again!! I will now contact their CEO

I sent a parcel from the UK to the ROI on the 11th April , today is the 4th May and it has not arrived. After several emails they said the parcel is being returned and I will not get my money back. So do yourself a favour and use someone else. No Parcel , no delivery and no money back. £17 down the drain.

Absolute ridiculous company, sent a parcel express to arrive in Oslo yesterday at 12.00 = still not received it. One person says its held by customs then phone OSLO local UPS site who say its still held by customers - they have not a clue - all anyone say is oh dear wish we could help - yes you bl**dy well can help - FIND OUT WHERE MY PARCEL IS!!!!

waited for collection for 4 days. everyday they were sorry and rebooking for the day after and no one turned up. after the 4th try i decided to cancel my order. unreliable

I've used this company for a long time, their prices are decent and normal customer service very helpful and responsive. However, I received an email saying my parcel hadn't been delivered and I'd need to pay £15 to get it back. As the parcel wasn't worth that I didn't bother. A week later I received the following: "We are disappointed to discover that, despite our recent correspondence, our records show the balance of £15.60 is still outstanding. This is your final opportunity to settle this balance before we pass this matter over to our legal team who will determine whether it is in our interests to continue with legal action to recover this debt. Please call us on 0333 3000 700 with a valid debit/credit card to make payment. Should payment not be received within seven days, this matter will be forwarded to our solicitors without further reference to you. If we are forced to issue proceedings against you then we will be claiming interest, court fees and solicitors costs on top of the amount outstanding. We trust the above will not be necessary and that we will receive payment by 24/04/2018. Kindly note that we will not accept any further orders from you until this matter has been resolved." I found this to be really unnecessarily aggressive. I spend literally thousands a year with this company. Firstly to me it seems ridiculous that I should have to pay double when they don't successfully deliver a parcel I've already paid for, secondly, do they really need to go on like that about a £15 bill, and only after a short period of time?? Bullying tactics are rubbish. Either way, their way of dealing with long-standing, cash spending customers isn't up to scratch and I for one will be taking my business elsewhere.

Out of six parcels just one got delivered to the correct customer...despite our clear and detailed labelling. Four went to the wrong customers and one got lost completely by their courier DX. Despite many calls by us and many broken promises by them, one week later and they have done naff all to remedy the problems they have caused us. They are refusing to refund, which would be the very least they could do given the professional embarrassment caused...and contribute to our compensation the affected customers but that meets with the most determination shown by them so far with the word "No" Utterly ridiculous. Totally unprofessional, inefficient and basically USELESS....you would be well advised to use any other company but this one.

They're a useless intermediary who are as clueless as you as to the activity of the couriers. You're much better off dealing with the couriers directly from the start as they won't speak to you if you booked via Interparcel. Their main advantage (they say) is that their customer service team is more available than most couriers, however, all they do is try and fail to get hold of the courier themselves. They have no control over the delivery process and can give no information unless the courier speaks to them.
