I have used Interparcel with a former employer, to which the service was excellent. I recently tried to send a present to a colleague in Sheffield, but no courier arrived to collect my parcel and no contact was made by Interparcel since. In the end, I sent the parcel with the more reliable Royal Mail. "Very Poor" does not sum up how disappointed I am with the service. Have let me down massively.

Nice people on chat line but ineffective. After paying a small (£25) deposit to trial the service, I then discovered that the entry process was painfully slow being completely manual (no imports or API) and would not fit into our shipping process. I asked for the deposit to be cancelled and despite assurances the money was taken. As the funds were unlikely to be returned I tried to use their service anyway. The whole service seems designed around a casual user that only sends a single parcel. Every parcel needs dimensions entered and the address manually entered although a postcode lookup assists with this. Every booking needs at least three clicks to opt out of overpriced insurance ( twice My Hermes rate!) before completing the booking. Having got this far it should be plain sailing but unfortunately each booking has its own label which needs to be individually printed rather than a simple "print all labels" function. Worse still the labels are A5 rather than the industry standard 4x6" and the PDF file provided is in landscape format with the page reversed so that trying to print a second label overwrites the first until you realise the problem. Overall, the rates are good providing you do not require any extras and if you are looking to send the occasional parcel then Interparcel is probably a good choice. However for small businesses, it is not workable. To succeed they need an API or csv file import function as well as the ability to connect to today's e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon etc. I will use the small deposit I unwittingly paid and move onto another platform with better facilities.

I had sent a shipment and realized i wanted it to get there quicker. I did call the helpline and offered to pay more or even drive down to the depot and collect the parcel back and send via DHL or FEDEX or a more reputable service. Both these options were denied to me for no logical reason. Further to this they eventually managed to lose my parcel altogether. This is a cheap service with incapable and unhelpful staff. I should have paid 5 times more and gone with a better service. be warned better to go with the a more reputable company. This is a Mickey mouse company with no regard for customer service........

When FedEx failed to deliver a parcel to Norway, Interparcel did nothing to assist, other than threatening to sue me for over £60 of return charges without asking me if I wanted the parcel returned! Really poor company, unwilling to help, they turn against their customers with venom when anything goes wrong. Avoid. I now find that parcelmonkey and parcel2go are cheaper for most services, so I will be using them instead.

I ordered a courier to pick up from England to Scotland (Moray) First day the courier did not turn up with no explanation as to why. Spoke to them and was assured they would collect the next day. Again they failed to collect, this time I was told that as I live north they would not deliver to my address. Considering they knew my address beforehand, why did they promise collection. its happened twice with 2 different couriers. I am extremely angry at their nonexistent customer service and I urge others not to use this company.

Do not use Interparcel!!! Sent a package with them to France on the 2nd of March it is now the 26 of March and it had said it would be 10 days for delivery instead there was apparently no one home when they tried to deliver so now it’s being returned and apparently should be with me a good month after it was sent!!!!! Tried their chat service and got an extremely cheeky reply and basically to F off and that it was a self tracking service and it’s tough luck! Self tracking service more like no service! Absolutely disgusted and I hope you go out of business very very soon!!!!!

parcel was sent back, no specific reason as to why. was told that the address was unknown but had already used the same address and even the same courier in the past with no issues. when asked for refund, even a partial one as a gesture of goodwill, they would not give anything. I feel robbed. Spent my money to have a parcel 'sent' only for it to arrive back to me for no reason. very disappointed overall.

Interparcel received one star only for a driver picking up parcel being very polite and on time. I believe, when everything goes fine, they would be great as it seems to be a very straightforward process. However, whilst problems occur with the international shipment, the interparcel.com service assistants are no help, they show lack of interest and provide no support whatsoever!!! Communication with the customer service was OK until parcels were found to be held at the customs and they had to act promptly.Instead, they provided no help and genuinely tried to get rid of the customer by replying with an automatic message to several emails sent. Interparcel assistant was unable to locate my parcel until I used my sources to do so and provided the company's detail, that actually had my parcels, which was a different company that Interparcel claimed for. Unfair service and incompetent assistants.Already requested a full refund but they never got back to me.

Beware - Bullying business practices, invented "admin fees", misleading advertising. I have reported the misleading advertising to the Advertising Standards Agency so we'll skip over that one for the time being. My most recent experience is an ongoing nightmare. But other problems in the past, they just shrugged their shoulders and blamed the couriers. I should have moved on before. This last time, they tried to charge an additional admin fee of £50 after my parcel had been collected and delivered. I asked for info and evidence to support their claim all I got was an otherwise blank page with a few numbers on it, they called that a report. Then a power crazed member of their "Revenue Protection Team", who acts more like she's working some sort of protection racket, started on me. They wouldn't give an inch but also wouldn't provide any further information. I was threatened with court, debt collectors and denial of service. I spoke with just one reasonable member of staff who simply told me "this is what she does, she likes to win". They wouldn't listen and the Directors just ignored me... they obviously condone this type of behavior. Then I was banned from using their service - no big deal, there are plenty doing the same and in most cases a better job. I have sent over 700 parcels via other brokers and couriers since they banned me, so to say "she" works in revenue protection is a joke! I was fine with that but a year later I heard from other businesses near me that they had suddenly been banned - turns out she was festering with her grudge and decided to ban the entire post code and the post code of my home address too! One of these businesses had been using them for 11 years - utter madness. Who employs people that make business decisions like that? She will bring the company down eventually and I see that as a good thing. Their recent reports show a big decline in revenue so it's only a matter of time. All I wanted was an explanation of the charge they attempted to coerce. If it was a legitimate claim then why haven't they pursued it through legitimate means? They have deleted scores of complaints from their Facebook page, offer a filtered view on trustpilot reviews and simply ignore any issues. This really is a sinister and unpleasant organisation that refuses to act with morals or integrity.

Stay away from interparcel Stay away from interparcel. I used them to send 3 parcels and they lost all of them. Disgraceful! All of them at the same time. Beyond all statistics! Very bad customer service who kept on assuring me that a refund was going to be made: and after 5 months they refunded only a rediculous amount compared to the value of the items they had lost. So many people from customer service got involved in the claim and all of them were giving contradictory and false information. Just a way to confuse you, exasperate you and make you give up. Awful! Never again! Stay away!

Awful service. I placed an order for 1 small parcel to be collected which was booked in on Tuesday 27th of February I asked Interparcel twice that day if the service would still be collecting and was told they had contacted Hermes and they would be collecting, I waited at work until 9pm as that was the collection window and no one had arrived and I had to fight my way back through the snow. I then asked the day after if they'd be collecting and was told they would not and I had to pay an extra amount to have it upgraded to a next day service to be collected on Monday just to ensure my package got there on time by UPS. I paid this in the end which took a 3KG parcel to over £20.00, this was to be collected Monday the 5th of March, to be delivered Tuesday the 6th. This was then collected on Monday but then was not delivered Tuesday which was blamed on the weather, despite Scotland having the worst weather and this being collected and sitting in England. This was eventually delivered on the Wednesday, I had no update whatsoever on Tuesday and had to keep chasing. I contacted customer services and Chloe continually blamed "act of god" as the delay despite my main gripe being the continual lies told by the colleagues I had spoken to on instant chat and e-mail stating "the only way to ensure this is delivered next day is by paying this extra fee" and it was not. Was not offered any refund or even compensation for this. Will not use Interparcel again and will ensure the company I work for no longer use them and use a more reputable service that care for there customers.

POOR SERVICE. As a sender and a user of this website for over 6 months I refuse to use it now. There are many hidden charges to which they use bullying techniques to try and force you into paying. Customer service non existent.

They lie about delivery, it came once but on line was saying that it came 3 times (left just 1 flyer), they use 3th party like Hermes and they run from responsibilities. On Saturday morning told me that the parcels will arrive that day or Monday to find out that they sent it back to seller. I called the seller and he showed me an email from Interparcel saying that they didn' t had access to the location ( lies because I live on a main road, mews were access is not restricted). Today I found out that the parcels ( 2 car headlights and a metal front bar) are missing. The customer service are useless, rude and don' t have a clue. I don' t know how such company is allowed to be on the market. This are the tracking numbers: GB0154975687 and Gb5154975692. Doru PS: the delivery man didn 't bother to write all the details on the flyer, was to busy.

i recently had a very well packed parcel damaged in transit and even though the buyer has provided some photos interparcel are asking for more. I have explained that i am no longer in posession of the item and the buyer is unable to send better photos but have given interparcel the option of inspecting the item at the buyers. Interparcel is like a stuck record just repeating the same over and over again about the photos which is what i expected. I am a small seller and i refunded my buyer on the day they told me about the damage however interparcel which is a large organisation is greedy and trying everything to not pay out. I can no longer be bothered with the hassle for claiming the £30 i have lost but once again the greed of the big boys wins whilst they walk all over a small customer. Everything is about corporate greed nowadays. Edit
