I have paid for what i thouht was a courier servce with a 10-14 day delivery estimate. It now turns outt that my parcel is in the regular postal service and after 5 weeks my parcel is still is transit and is several hundred miles away from its destination. I would never have used this service if i had been aware thatis was basically the royal mail service. Please never use ths companyif you want a speedy deliver. I will never use them again.

I paid you for a service from you and then you would not take any responsibly for the late delivery of my parcel to Ireland. And then when I complained you hide behind a clause saying you do not give refunds for late delivery, I would not use your company ever again. and I have told all of the companies that I send parcels too of your very bad delivery service.

Good Morning, I am sorry that you have had issues with this orders. Unfortunately with the service booked we do not offer a money back guarantee for late dleivery. Most parcels are delivered without any issues so I am very sorry that you had a problem with thsi order.

I booked through interparcel for ups drop off to store service. Paid for the service went to drop the parcel off and the guy here said to me that he cant take the parcel due to him not knowing when they will collect and sent me away to contact interparcel. Made contact through online chat and explained the above. I was then told to try other drop off points which I had done with a previous parcel to be turned away 3 times. So said I'm not going to repeat this driving round for an hour and a half with no guarantee they would take the parcel. I asked if it was interparcels policy to take money for a service where you cant drop a parcel off. They said its down to the drop off points.They shouldn't take money for a service you cant use. Offered a refund which I took but now have to book a collection which is very inconvenient to me. Interparcel never agreed this was wrong only informing me that's the way it is, nothing we can do. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Good Morning Dave, I am very sorry for the issues that you have had with dropping your parcel off. We will of course get this issue raised with the courier as they have not advised us that any shops would be turning customers away. Once again I am very sorry about this.

Parcel wasn’t collected, spent the whole day waiting, time for collection given between 8am to 20.00pm. Complete waist of my time.

Good Morning Sigrid. I have checked the order number linked to this review and this was collected on the day booked 25/09 and was delivered to your customer in Germany on 30/09.

I dropped off my parcel on 28th november and it has still not been delivered. Will not be using this company again.. would have been far faster to use the royal mail. Website very misleading saying delivery in approx 10days. Unimpressed so far......

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . Absolutely horrible , charged me additional fee £75.95 , I sent one used medium size Rucksack and and declared the dimensions correctly , but they asked for the photos proof of the dimensions . Now I stopped using this company , there are many reliable couriers out there . Expect huge amount of additional charge from this company !!!!!! Now I’m advising all my friends and business partners not to use this company .

Good Afternoon Naing. I am sorry for the issues that you have ad with thsi order. Unfortunately as the parcel size was under declared we have incurred extra charges from the courier which has been passed to you. Please ensure that the correct weight and dimensions are entered when booking to avoid this from happening in the future.

Booked and paid for collection {Saturday}, no one turned up, used live chat and rebooked for Monday, the same situation, no one turned up. On Tuesday they asked me if I want another rebook? No one was able to answer why my parcel was never collected, only kept offering another rebooking. I asked for cancelation and refund, just wonder how long this is going to take. Very disappointed and mad about this unprofessional and unresponsible company.

Good Morning Jane. I am sorry that thsi was not collected. Hermes advise don the 16th this was attempted at 18:33 and then on the 19th at 10:54. I am very sorry if this is incorrect and can confirm that as per request this has been cancelled and refunded for you..

Parcel has been ready for collection for a WEEK - it has still failed to be collected/couriered. We are now told that if we would like to have the parcel delivered before Christmas (which it would have been if it had been collected on time) we should pay an extra fee to be there by our delivery date. Why should WE be responsible for this negligence and your total lack of service delivery???

Really poor delivery estimates for international deliveries. Paid a premium for priority times & got standard delivery.. No compensation for late deliveries.. :(

Hi Steve, Please allow me to assure you that on any given day the absolute vast majority of orders will be collected and delivered as expected. Unfortunately every courier company has a small percentage of delays, especially at this time of year due to the volumes of parcels being sent. Sadly no compensation is offered by the couriers with this service when such instances occur, and therefore it is not possible for us to offer anything to our customers. I am very sorry for all the inconvenience that may have been caused.

Terrible service! Booked in a collection last Thursday which has been collected but i cannot track the parcel, when i contacted them about it which has been 3 times now, they say they will email me an update, i haven't received any updates from them, i was actually just talking to an agent over the chat system and she just left the conversation mid way through! All i want is a delivery date! Absolutely appalling customer service!

Terrible service! Courier was booked to pick up 4-5pm for an urgent same day delivery, they never showed up and when I tried to contact the rep was rude, refused to pass me on to a manager and put the phone down on me insisting they couldn't help! AVOID

For the third day running I am waiting for a parcel collection from TNT booked through interparcel. I have spoken to inter parcel who tell me the issue is with TNT!!! TNT tell me as I booked through inter parcel I should take the issue up with them. Consequently no one is taking responsibility. I have been trying to speak to inter parcel since 4.00pm today 8 Dec. there is a recorded message saying 'please call back during office hours 8.30 - 5.00 pm. What disgusting customer service.

I booked a collection of over 200 kg on Wednesday 29 November and got a confirmation for collection on Thursday between 9AM and 6 PM. After wasting the whole day waiting for the courtier to collect my parcels, I phoned interparcel at 6PM and they assured me that the courier will be here before 7PM. Of course, that was again a lie and when I phoned this morning, they couldn't provide me with a time or even confirm that the collection would happen this morning. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with your service as this completely ruined ALL MY PLANS. I expect something to be done and to be informed on a collection time ASAP.... PS : The lady on the phone had no idea of what was happening and clearly had no training on answering a customer complaint. RIDICOULOUS, Interparcel is an absolute joke.

Hello. Here is the worst company for parcel services you can get in uk. I order a collection for 3 parcels to Spain to be collected specially on Saturday as I'm working all week. All good till Saturday. After I waste hole day waiting for the courier, nobody turn up. Phone them on Manday......they say they forget to booked it. Ok. Booked again for next Saturday. Next Saturday the same problem. Nobody turn up. Waste another day. Phone them again and they tell me the courier don't have access to the property ( by my front door drive every morning Tesco lorrys). Soo don't waste you time with this low company. By the way on weekend they don't have any costumer service. Thank you for reading. Hope to change you mind 😉

Good Evening, sorry that your parcels were not collected. As discussed these have been cancelled and refunded for you. Our phone lines are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 but we are contactable at the weekend via email.

Hi Alexandru. Sorry to hear that your parcels were not collected. Unfortunately no carrier has a 100% success rate and problems do arise every day. I can see that we did advise that you could drop the parcels to a store that you did not have to wait in. I can confirm that this has since been cancelled and refunded in full for you.

Booked a parcel to be dropped off at a drop off point, the drop off point refused to accept it. Apparently 3pm is the last drop off. On the Interparcel site it clearly states parcels could be dropped off "any time today". On Interparcel's live chat the operative is telling me it was my fault, I booked it for Monay, not today (Friday). When I pointed out my order clearly states it was boked for today, the line went silent and "Demi" just stopped typing back. 2nd time I have had appalling service from this overpriced agents. Their insurance costs are only apparent once the order has been completed. That in itself is more costly than the carriage. Find an alternative, if anything goes wrong with Interparcel you will be unable to solve it.

This has been raised as a formal complaint with the courier. Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a claim on this occasion as the Hermes service that you have selected does not include any transit cover. We do advise at the time of booking that in order to ensure that your goods are fully covered an alternative service must be selected from our website.

interparcel provide a very poor service, they have listed 2 of my boxes blaming it was fault of their partners courier. customers service totally useless; still waiting for my refund after 6 months. better spend 10 pounds more and deal directly with serious couriers.

Hi Francesca, These parcels are not lost, Landmark Global have advised that they were unable to deliver these packages due to an incorrect delivery address. We have sent the correct details and receivers contact number over to the courier to confirm if this can be redelivered and we will update you as soon as we can
