Good on UK stuff. Absolutely terrible on overseas parcels. One took 2.1/2 weeks to China and the other from 5th October still hasn't arrived in India with the customer. The system is not updated regularly and in the end I was told to contact Indian customs myself. So much for customer service and Landmark Global. Really not impressed at all.....

Good afternoon Sarah. I am sorry that you are having problems with order 15018276. We gave you the local reference today for India post so that your customer can chase as this is usually a lot quicker and they can also provide any delivery instructions that may be needed.

DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE.... DO NOT USE They have the audacity to say any that courier would leave you waiting till the next week for a collection. Was easier for me to drive from Manchester to South London and cost the same?? Review all options this is not a courier. This is people that chose can they be a***d collecting or delivering... in their own cars may I note! Unprofessional AVOID!! Very harmful to online business models and fast shipping services

Dear Adnan I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. I have checked your order and can see that this was not collected originally as the labels had not been attached to the parcel ready for the driver. I can see that you have also had correspondence with the manager and this order has since been cancelled and refunded for you.

Failed miserably..parcel lost for 2 months. Totaly disfunctional company . Pathetic excuses,eventually returned to sender .. Steve skews .

Good Morning Steve. I am very sorry that this was returned. The courier needed more information to be able to get this delivered but as this was not received in time the goods were returned. I am very sorry about this.

worse company ever i dealt with, booked for next day shipping which they never collected ( with ups ) and they blame ups for their mistakes ( customer service said they tried to collect but it was unsuccessful ) . I called ups and they confirmed they never received any collection request. I wished i used any other company and not interparcel. Now waiting for refund and my parcel wont reach on time because of this joke company.

Good Morning Kunal. I am sorry that your order was not collected. I have checked and this was definitely booked in as we have the UPS collection reference and they have confirmed that it was on their system and shows that collection was attempted but unsuccessful. I can confirm that the refunded was processed on the 26th to your card and can take approximately 3 working days to show.

UPS WERE MEANT TO COLLOCT 2 PARCELLS YESTERDAY 25/10/2017, WHICH THEY DIDNT.INTERPARCEL WERE NO HELP AT ALL.THEY HAVE THEM REBOOKED FOR TOMORROW.TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very surprised that a customer service agent at interparcel clearly explained to me that they did not know that there were two Congo's ( the DR Congo and the Republic of Congo). They therefore sent my parcel to the wrong country, without knowing exactly where it was (Despite me clearly mentioning the city it was supposed to go and the correct country). Then, after telling me that they were only a broker and blaming the courrier company they picked which has absolutely no presence in either of the two Congo's, Dayna Newman emailed me that there was nothing they could do and that i had to just go and pick up my parcel in the wrong country (flying to the place that is). Poor quality of service, limited knowlege of where they send goods, way below acceptable for international transfers. Stick to directly dealing with the international players like DHL and FEDEX, do not let them pick one for you. For interparcel Russia and Ukraine is the same place (that's if they know they are right next to eachother). Sad.

inter-parcel + UPS damaged my goods. inter-parcel + UPS accepted this . and now i am being asked to provide pictures and receipts. I had made it known these are items i don't have receipts for i was not there to take pictures when they were deivered. see email from Interparcel below; "Good morning, With regards to the above order number, please accept my sincerest apologies for the damage caused to this item during transit and for the inconvenience that this may cause to you or your customer. It is a very rare occurrence for an item to be damaged, so I am sorry that it has happened on this occasion. We will now need to begin the claims process for you. In order to process a claim please can you send the following information directly to myself or alternatively you can send a hard copy to our postal address as listed on our Contact page online. Please ensure you include your order number with all correspondence. · Photo of the damaged item. · Photograph of the External Packaging. · Photograph of the Internal packaging, showing how the goods were protected inside the parcel. · An invoice showing the value of the goods. As soon as I have received the required information your claim will be processed and you will receive a final conclusion within 28 days. Please note that Interparcel reserves the right to decline any claims whereby the requested information is not submitted within 28 days of this email. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Good Morning Gayus. I am sorry that your order 14870983 arrived damaged. With all damage claims we require proof of the damage and an invoice of the amount so that the claim can be submitted. I would advise that you respond directly to the claims team so that they can advise you further on this. Once again I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Have been using Interparcel for a few years for our company deliveries but completely disgusted at the recent issues we have faced when trying to make our first ever claim for a parcel that was lost. We have paid extra for insurance and was told it takes 28 days to credit our claim. now on day 50, have been told the payment was being sent, then was told last week it no longer is being sent because the item was delivered (two months late) but still no tracking to confirm this statement, our customers denies its delivery still! And now another week later and no one at interparcel is replying to our claim, what kind of circus is this? are you really that hard up that you cannot honour your claims process??

I paid $ 310.00 they said when I pay this money they would send my package then they wanted me to pay them $ 1200 I think that they are running a scam I advice one one trust them

Interparcel have emailed me and asked for my review of their services. Well, you know how they say "be careful what you wish for?" I booked a collection from my office to be delivered to Aberdeen. Went through the usual booking process etc. Anyway, on the scheduled collection date, at about 4.55pm I checked with Interparcel whether there were any problems with the booking. As it transpired, they hadn't actually made the booking. Something to do with "a computer error". Fine, no problem, these things happen. So I asked for the pickup to be rescheduled to the following day, and Interparcel confirmed it would "definitely" be collected the next day. It wasn't. Quite annoyed by this point, I got back in touch with Interparcel to find out what was going on. Firstly I was told it was my fault, because the courier in question (DX) didn't collect from my location. I am in the centre of a city in the South West. I know this is untrue because my company uses DX every day. When I pointed this out to them, Interparcel then said it was because DX didn't deliver to Aberdeen. I pointed out that Aberdeen wasn't excluded from any of the locations in their pre-sales literature, and was in fact quite a significant city in Scotland. I further pointed out that DX had a depot less than 2 miles from the shipping address. I asked Interparcel why, if DX didn't deliver to that area, Interparcel had allowed the booking in the first place. They didn't respond. I asked Interparcel, in light of THEIR mistakes, to arrange for the parcel to be collected by a courier that DID deliver to Aberdeen, so the recipient wouldn't be inconvenienced yet further. Instead, they unilaterally refunded my money and told me I would have to book another, more expensive, service. No explanation was provided and no apology was forthcoming. Shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking service parcel never got delivered and driver falsely claimed to have attempted delivery 3 times! Will never use again!

Hi Robert. I have checked your order history for the past 3 months and cannot locate any bookings. The order that has been included in this review was delivered next working day with no problems. One of your warehouse staff stole my phone and you didn't report the incident to the police, nor express any real concern. Theft has become such a routine matter you've become desensitised. I will advocate to everyone I can, never to use your corrupt service. Never ever contact me again, I'm not interested. Idiots.

Their system allowed my error to add a PO Box into the pick-up address, and then never bothered to inform me why they didn't pick-up. Per their 'customer service' rep, they rely on customers to call them them when a pick-up does not occur. Then, they charged me $10 to cancel my order. $%^$%#@@!!! Never again

Dreadful service - waited all day for collection and nobody came. WASTE OF TIME. Was told it would be delivered on Monday, offered to collect Monday instead, meaning it would not be there until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. USELESS - REFUND ME AND DON'T EXPECT ME TO ORDER AGAIN

Booked a parcel in for Next day delivery with DX on a Tuesday. By Friday still no delivery - interparcel dont offer any help and only tell you what is already updated on the tracking. Wont offer a refund or insrance!!! Untrustworthy and unhelpful.

Please accept my apologies that you have had reason to contact us in such a way. I am very sorry for the problems you have experienced and for the resulting inconvenience that this has caused. We regularly feedback to all couriers details of any failures, or indeed any other issues affect their service, so that this can be looked into and addressed internally. While I realise this is probably not the response you were looking for I cannot offer a refund based upon a late delay on a service where there is no money back guarantee in place. Ever seen Pet Detective.? God knows what they did to my parcel on the way to its destination. But the most disappointing bit is the insurance claim back service! You have no chance, even if it was wrapped in kryptonite and delivered by the Queen they would look to get out of it. Stressful and full of obstacles from the start, just poor all round. I'm taking it to small claims court to get my money back. Ive have given the recipient his money back for the goods, not his fault. And now I'm stuck as he doesn't want it, can't blame him. So now I have to pay for it to come back to me... Awful experience, but won't stop until they admit responsibility and repay me for the service I didn't get.

Hi Andrew, I'm very sorry your item has arrived damaged. I can see this is currently being dealt with by our claims team. It looks like they require more images of the damage to the item as the ones they have received are not clear enough unfortunately. interparcel didn't cough up when they lost my parcel - placatory but meaningless customer service - I think this is why they are cheaper-I gave up on trying to even get a claim form for my lost package -good job the value of item was only £40 and not £400 - I would think they gain a lot from lower insurance premiums for themselves because they don't want to cough up

interparcel where great until something went wrong - one of my packages went missing and I was unable to get a claim form out of them - just endless emails saying they are 'looking into it' - it's been going on for weeks and I refunded my customer ages ago. I have never had this problem with other couriers -it's not much fun to get the runaround from a company I naively trusted!!
