The worst I used them to have something shipped over seas. Then they are holding the package until I pay these outrageous fees. They never answer, and the customer agent is beyond rude. Here are parts of the letter: YOU NEED TO PAY THE PRICES REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL SEND YOUR APPOINTED ADDRESS TO SOME CLOCKS TO CLEAN YOUR PACKAGE AND MAKE YOUR DOOR, REQUIRED DECLARATION FROM THE DATA AIRPORT DOWN DESCRIBED BELOW: (ADMINISTRATIVE PRICES ... 1000$ OPEN THE AIRPORT ... 1200$ NO INSPECTION RATE: .........350$ TOTAL ... 2550 dollars Two thousand five hundred and fifty dollars Once you make the payment, your package will be delivered as soon as possible. ______________________________________________ Keep in mind that you have a maximum of forty-eight hours to provide this amount to avoid confiscating your package. In response to this data, the mail account will be provided for payment, as indicated above, to start and deliver your package. Take your time and wait for a quick reply. Keep this office registered. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your service: Mr. Kennedy Miller (C.S.O.).

Hi, Please can you send the order details over to trustpilot@interparcel.com and we will ensure this is looked into further for you. These charges seem very high and unusual so I do not believe this has been sent from us and it could be a scam, we would be happy to investigate this further.

Great for UK stuff but don't even consider for overseas - Utterly Terrible !! Firstly, you book services on 5-7 day deliveries as per the internet, these normally take 14 to 21 days minimum. Paperwork gets lost, the website for tracking is updated. Then you end up having to sort it yourself as they don't really want to know. This has happened at least 6 times now and each time they just walk away. The UK deliveries are fine but please don't entertain sending anything abroad !!

hi every one plz Be careful from these scammers they will take parcel and end of the day they will say sorry we have lost your parcel and you will get only 50 claim. Dont trust on this company its be better go to post office and do by it self with proof and guaranteed. bcoz of this company i lost about 2000 pound parcel plus my education documents.i lost my admission bcoz of this company.be away from this company

I use Interparcel to sell parcels on a regular basis by batches in one time. For every 20 parcels sent they lose 1 and return a standard response of "a sweep has been conducted and the parcel can't be located so it has been declared as lost"! No effort to actually find the cause of the "loss" even though some state the parcel was with the delivery driver but never delivered and then conveniently "lost". This is a catch 22 so you either pay the extra for insurance or you accept you will lose a parcel for every 20 sent essentially meaning you will pay more regardless!

Fraud, sent a parcel they are now trying to get an extra £50.00 off me as they claim that the parcel was over sized. They have not provided proof - avoid this company

Accepted additional £35 pounds for deliver the parcel back while the parcel was disposed already. Refused to refund anything back. At the end I lost £70 and the parcel

If you ask a question that they don't have a good answer for, they'll just ignore you. Very difficult to get a refund after a non-delivered item.

Do not expect any customer service if things go wrong. They are not willing to listen to customers and take responsibility. Parcel delivered substantially later than advertised and they are refusing any responsibility despite carrier offering compensation but you are stuck with them as the broker. It would not surprise me if they claim money from couriers but not passing to end clients. Not helpful, not answering to emails, just ignoring you. Used them multiple times in the past without issues but recently they have gone downhill. Will not use again. Look for alternatives - plenty out there with similar competitive prices.

Consistently late on collections. With Interparcel acting as a broker, there's no accountability or desire to get things sorted. Do not use for next day services.

SHOCKING SERVICE Apparently it is up to the paying customer (us) to ensure that Interparcel carry out the service that we pay for and it is our fault if a delivery is unsuccessful and there is no communication with the customer. Apparently it is in their terms and conditions somewhere that we have to track the parcel daily to ensure that it is delivered as they won't leave a calling card nowadays and it is up to us to find out where the DPD pick up shops are located (as not shown on the tracking). When we did request assistance in finding the location of the Pick Up shop 4 days ago, we were told TODAY it was "too late". Customer Service were more argumentative than helpful or empathic. No help or options to get the situation sorted for our customer and we have been left to pick up the pieces.. more of a "tough, too late" attitude than any form of resolution offered. We will be moving all of our overseas business to another company such as Parcel 2 Go who at least have a friendly and useful customer service team... should have used them in the first place.

Sent s parcel with them only to have it go missing was told I would be getting a refund so refunded my buyer after a week only to have the parcel delivered 3weeks late after reported missing and have interparcel no longer refund Customer service is a joke didn’t answer to emails and phone call was very short

Completely useless company, they have had my package for 9 working days and still haven’t delivered it. They say they are awaiting a response from Hermes but so far have done NOTHING but apologise.

Parcel delivered to drop off 5/4/19 at 15.24. Still no tracking available today 9/4/19. Parcel not delivered despite a 2 working day delivery promise. Where is it?

Interparcel not for the first time lost… Interparcel not for the first time lost my parcel destined for Portugal in late November 18, after many enquiries I was told they had tried to deliver but could not find the department in a University!! but we later find that the parcel was lost in Spain and attempts to deliver had never been made. Interparcel then accepted the parcel was lost and as I had insured the parcel paid me the compensation. Fast forward to late March 18 and the parcel has turned up in England and offered back to me, Only if I pay the full amount of the compensation back first! I believe that I should be entitled to some compensation for the upset customer and for the sheer inconvenience of the 4 months delay, I have emailed and spoken to Interparcel Customer Services and have been told that the parcel will be destroyed unless I repay in the the compensation in full although as I explained to them I was happy to compromise. I was a regular customer (Not anymore) but that accounts for nothing.

Total, total shambles of a company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Took them three weeks to finally admit they had lost my parcel despite me having the drivers name, registration number, round number and CCTV of him loading it into his van. 3 weeks of emailing, phoning and live chatting. Constantly telling the same information to different people who don't communicate to each other. Do yourself a favour, get your parcels picked up by someone else if you don't want them disappearing into oblivion.

The postal service itself was fine but I don't appreciate being added to their spam "newsletter" E-mail mailing list four years after using their services! Indeed I think that might even be illegal?

I used to use Interparcel all the time. However I've now had an extra bill from them demanding another payment. Apparently the courier has said that are parcel wasn't properly wrapped. As we sent a postal tube and the recipient said it arrived in perfect condiition I queried it. Interparcel tell me they don't have to prove there was a problem and I just have to pay them a fiver regardless. They won't even talk to the courier used and just keep demanding the money. They are even saying they will go to court for it. Real customer service and sense has obviously died at this company and I for one won't be using them again. Others beware of unfounded charges and intransigent staff.

PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES EVER AGAIN IT IS TOTALLY RUBBISH COMPANY TO SENT ANY I HAVE SENT MY ITEM 3 MONTHS BACK AND STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO CLAIM INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT LOST BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. they are a paper company who outsources couriers to do their work for them who makes EVERY excuse they can in the slightly more outlaying areas to NOT bother doing their job at all

I’ve booked a service with this company yesterday, and in website is not specified about what kind of package things should be. My request was for a bag like box format. Simply they canceled service and made me trouble!! One year ago I sent same service same standards without trouble NOT RECOMMENDED
