waited for three days for a collection which never turned up. rebooked after day two knowing full well that the 'problem' they were having still existed and so I wasted three days waiting in for something I paid for that never came. Staff are rude, incompetent and liars as well. Avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......... THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE CON AND THEN THREATEN YOU DEMANDING THEIR MONEY....I send numerous parcels and then I get an email from interparcel demanding I owe them money as the parcel exceeded the dimensions I listed... They said the item was over 2.5 meters which is absolute rubbish they had no interest in the information I sent over to them!! They then sent me emails which were very intimidating never heard anything then weeks later received a letter threatening to take me to court absolute joke I will never ever be using this company again and I would strongly advise if you dont want any hassle. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE.....Staff are very rude and antagonising especially Stacey worst customer service ever....I will be taking this further interparcel its not over yet.......

Awful service. Used UPS service and was told they had tried to deliver but no one was in (she was), the tracking said it had been delivered to reception (there is no reception at her address) with no address or clue where this reception was. 36 hours later my client was told that it had been taken to an access point where she had to rummage through a room full of parcels to find her own. After numerous emails Interparcel refuse to accept that anything they did was wrong and my client gets no refund for the inconvenience. Not only that, they will not even slightly apologise. If this was the budget service I might understand, but it wasn't.

I paid extra to speed up delivery, my parcel took a week longer than I'd paid for and looked like it had been kicked all of the 160 miles here. Damaged, slow, expensive, embarrassing customer service. In future I will stay far far away from this joke of a parcel delivery system

Very Disappointed i sent a parcel to a customer never received it but there was a signature, witch DOSE NOTE belong to the customer, email interparcel for more information so i can report to the police for fraud, and now there changing there tune saying it was lost. but there a signature , just trying to brush me OFF. NOWAY GOING ALL THE WAY WITH THIS ONE SICK OF LOSE PARCELS With Inter parcel. 100s parcels over the last year or so never again, looks like i will going to PARCELS 2 GO , Very poor service and poor Communions.

Despite paying for insurance and watching the courier drop the guitar amp I had shipped in front of me, I was refused any compensation for the extensive internal damage to the amp. Totally useless. Avoid.

Appalling customer service response to a consignment / order that was supposed to be delivered by 12pm on Friday. Consignment arrives 3 mins shy of three days later than the Friday deadline, which we paid extra for. Stock customer services response is nothing we can do. At the least I had to refund my customer. Shame on you Interparcel.

Don't ever use Interparcel, trust me, they just don't care about customer service. I have been let down once gain with them not picking up a parcel and simply respond with "no problem" when I explain the seriousness of missing the pickup.

rubbish company, rubbish service. i ordered the collection service on last thursday, should be collected on last friday. waited until 6.30pm, driver never showed up, and under the tracking it showed been collected at 12.54pm. The driver definitely tell a lie. reported and Interparcel raised the investigated for a whole day. waited another whole day (monday), nearly 5pm, the customer service team said ok we will rebooked the collection again on Tuesday(yesterday). no more any explanation, and have no idea what happened. accept and waited. YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!??? NOT COME AGAIN. SUCH A DRAMATIC COMPANY. KEEP LIVE CHAT AND CALL SERVICE TEAM, FINALLY GIVE UP. ASKED REFUND AND BOOKED THE SERVICE ON PARCEL2GO BY THE UPS SERVICE, WHICH COMES VERY ON TIME AND SO APPRECIATED. MY GERMANY PARCEL FINALLY COLLECTED TODAY AROUND 3PM BY UPS(PARCEL2GO). NOW RECEIVED RIDICIOUSLY EMAIL FROM INTERPARCEL, WHICH SAID THE PARCEL WAS BEEN COLLECTED BY THE HERMES, THEY WILL CHARGE ME MONEY BACK?????? EXERCISE ME..... UNITL THIS MOMENT, I NEVER EVER SEEN THE HERMES DRIVER, AND I HANDOVER MY PARCEL TO UPS UNIFORM DRIVER. NOW HERMES SAID THE DRIVER COLLECTED AGAIN??? AND CHARGE ME BACK? CALLED BACK TO INTERPARCEL, THEY SAID WILL RAISED THE INVESTIGATED AGAIN, AND WILL EMAIL ME BACK. OMG... WHAT THE HELL SERVICE? ARE YOU OPEN TO PUNISHMENT YOUR CUSTOMER, PLEASE HEADACHE. ANYWAY, I HAVE TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPS, CAN PROVED IT WAS BEEN COLLECTED BY UPS. AND LET'S SEE WHAT , WHERE, WHO, AND HOW THE HERMES COLLECTED THE PARCEL FROM MY SIDE, AND I HAVE NO IDEA. IF I CAN PUT ZERO, I WILL NO IT, BUT THE WORST IS 1 STAR. SO JUST LEAVE IT TO LET UR GUYS KNOW THIS MESS STORY.

I have never had such a bad experience. My package was meant to arrive within 2 days. It was held up at customs, apparently for tax I.D. requirements, yet was released ( how ?) then held up again and a tax I.D. number was required by the recipient, plus a very odd fee of $37.22 for 'Government charges and brokerage fees'. This is on top of the £'s I had already paid. Nothing I have ever sent to the U.S.A. before has incurred these charges. Interparcel will not accept any responsibility whatsoever and refuses to reimburse me, saying the 2 days delivery is a 'rough estimate'. Hey, if it was going to take 8 days, I could have paid 1/2 the cost with another company. Appalling. Save your money and work with someone reputable.

Very poor. Service non existent. Avoid. Never turned up between 8am and 9pm Saturday and collection now down as not needed. Paid nearly £30 to wait in all day for someone who didn’t show. Now I have a customer I need to apologise too, but one that I can’t update as Interparcel have no customer service at weekends. Don’t claim to provide a service if you can’t provide the support. Very poor indeed. Full refund will be requested first thing Monday morning.

This is the worst shipper ever. They have no clue where your shipment is, and their excuse is a lack of scan points?! Non sense. All parcels passes through multiple scan points, but if they are not connected to their 3rd or 4th party shipper, they don't have visibility. Their inability to track packages is due to their lack of up to date technology to link up with these shippers. If you don't want to lose your packages, DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.

Please do not use this company. Two months after delivery was picked up and paid for they now say they can't deliver to my address and are charging more than initial delivery to have my parcell returned to me....I have 7 days or they will destroy my parcell and still charge me....great service eh!!!!!

Terrible experience, do not use Interparcel. Would rate as no stars if I could. Failure to deliver next day parcel, it took four days. Failure to investigate why it went wrong. Failure to report any feedback Failure to refund delivery charge Failure to recompense for dismal performance Can't be trusted do not use.

the representatives lie through their teeth in every phone call. tell the truth it goes down better. still waiting on my delivery posted last Saturday. scanned Edinburgh, 0746. 15th requested later delivery at 0757...lie. delivery unsuccessful at the same time 07.57...lie. next slot would be 21st stayed in. guess what another lie. reschedule for saturday 22nd if I could be in another lie still waiting

I sent an item via Interparcel, that had supposedly had three delivery attempts made, however no calling cards were left so the recipient had no idea that the courier had been on any occasion. The package was sent back to me - the recipient now no longer wants the goods and I am around £7 down on a service that I had paid for, but has literally not been delivered. Customer Service were as good as useless and completely unhelpful. I've been told that this is an online service, with "online tracking only" and calling cards are not left. Implying that I, or the recipient, should be logging on constantly to check the parcel's whereabouts and progress. No email updates were received even. I will be pursuing a credit card chargeback in order to recover my money, and will avoid Interparcel in the future. I used to use them frequently, however their service is terrible nowadays and you're usually better off going CollectPlus or MyHerpes directly.

The worst I used them to have something shipped over seas. Then they are holding the package until I pay these outrageous fees. They never answer, and the customer agent is beyond rude. Here are parts of the letter: YOU NEED TO PAY THE PRICES REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL SEND YOUR APPOINTED ADDRESS TO SOME CLOCKS TO CLEAN YOUR PACKAGE AND MAKE YOUR DOOR, REQUIRED DECLARATION FROM THE DATA AIRPORT DOWN DESCRIBED BELOW: (ADMINISTRATIVE PRICES ... 1000$ OPEN THE AIRPORT ... 1200$ NO INSPECTION RATE: .........350$ TOTAL ... 2550 dollars Two thousand five hundred and fifty dollars Once you make the payment, your package will be delivered as soon as possible. ______________________________________________ Keep in mind that you have a maximum of forty-eight hours to provide this amount to avoid confiscating your package. In response to this data, the mail account will be provided for payment, as indicated above, to start and deliver your package. Take your time and wait for a quick reply. Keep this office registered. Great for UK stuff but don't even consider for overseas - Utterly Terrible !! Firstly, you book services on 5-7 day deliveries as per the internet, these normally take 14 to 21 days minimum. Paperwork gets lost, the website for tracking is updated. Then you end up having to sort it yourself as they don't really want to know. This has happened at least 6 times now and each time they just walk away. The UK deliveries are fine but please don't entertain sending anything abroad !!
