Absolutely terrible. Paid for a Saturday delivery (at a £30 surcharge) for the courier to deliver on Monday instead. Phoned and they said that they don't even offer Saturday delivery on the service I paid for so it must be my mistake unless I can prove it.

Only giving them one star a I have to give something. They offer £25 refund if the package is not delivered on time, but when it happened to us, they offered us 45p which is the difference between 24 hour and 48 hour delivery apparently. Even went as far as to say we were lucky to get that. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wouldn't use this service, nothing but trouble. Have no say on collections or deliveries being 3rd party. Been waiting a week for my delivery to be collected and was promised it was booked each time Go direct with the courier's

I paid for a small A4 package containing “very important documents” to be delivered, it was tracked plus I paid for a signature delivery to be sure. This was over a week ago. They attempted 1 delivery and claimed no one was in!!! Complete lies as I know the accountant was in waiting for my parcel. They failed to deliver the second day, now my parcel has gone missing! I have telephoned 3 times, today at customer service the first young lady who sounded half asleep was so uninterested and blamed the Covid-19 the supervisor was even worse. No apology, no promise of the company bending over backwards to find my parcel, nor did she try and reassure me, she just said she would e mail Hermes! Then repeated the company’s policy’s that it’s not their responsibility if a parcel goes missing. So I won’t hear for days! I paid for this service! How can a parcel go missing? Has it gone to someone else? Has it been binned? Has the courier opened my parcel? A parcel can not just disappear! This company have caused me great stress and upset. I can not resolve this issue nor can I replace those documents. I wish I had never used them, I certainly would not recommend them.

UPS booked through Interparcel made no attempt to deliver parcel and marked it as being returned to sender. Spoke with live chat who said this: “UPS are returning the goods due to Covid-19. I am very sorry” They wouldn’t go into any more detail to why. Simply “Covid-19” is not a reason nor valid explanation. They should not have accepted the order if they weren’t at least going to attempt to deliver it. GB9182127009

If I could leave zero stars I would! I leave in London close to Camden town, my flat is on a main road in a medium big building. This Is what happened the day of my delivery: The delivery guy was insistently ringing at my flat, without even give me the time to reach the intercom in order to open the door of the building. So when I’ve opened the building’s door I have waited outside my flat for 15 minutes, which is more then necessary to walk the stairs that connect the door of the building to the common terrace in which all flats are. I have waited and waited until I thought it could be someone who rang at the wrong house. Half an hour later my neighbor knocked at my flat with my parcel, saying that it have been left in the stairs of the building. So this means that the delivery guy didn’t even attempted to deliver it, and someone could have stole my parcel since it was left unattended in a common area where hundreds people walks every day! In the parcel there were my medicines from Italy, that I was anxiously waiting since I can’t find them in uk! So if someone would have stole them because of the irresponsible and disrespectful behavior of the delivery guy, I would have gone through a lot of health troubles!

BEWARE Interparcel is a middle person and therefore will pass on responsibility to the actual courier. The actual courier will then pass it back to Interparcel and you’re left with apologies but no solutions. This has happened to me twice now. Apologies and refund received but it has cost me more money to get a shipment delivered due to failure of courier Tuffnels which was booked through Interparcel. (Interparcel kept saying pick up Tue, then it was Wed and then it was Thu). As I paid for and needed parcel by Wed I was left no choice but to cancel and make alternative arrangements at an added expense (and lots of time wasted waiting and phoning). The courier Tuffnels kept saying no one at pick up address which was not true (someone wasted 2 days waiting between 9 and 6!). Interparcel just repeats what the courier tells them. Lesson - do not use Interparcel but book direct with a courier. And never use Tuffnels as they clearly tell porky pies. And no this was not a one of issue with Interparcel as I had a similar experience not that long ago.

terrible experience. Parcel should be collected on 17th of february and finaly got into the courier 21st. Delivery took 13days to be finaly delivered on 5th of March! They refused to get me refund as it wasn't included in money back guarantee! I wouldn't recommend if you want get your parcel quickly.

Item was not delivered by UPS as they advised it was refused by the recipient, who confirmed there was no attempt to deliver. UPS then confirmed they sent it to the wrong address. Package was then returned to me, damaged, inside and outside. Opened a claim as I took full cover on it but Interparcel argues this was a restricted item (containing glass) and therefore no refund is possible under the claim... Which to me is not the point as it would have never happened if UPS would have delivered to the right address in the first place. Customer service only sends pre-written emails back and it is impossible to get proper answers until calling them. Very disappointing. Stay away from this company.

Using Interparcel for two companies in my family they surcharged £9.60 because we sent a (very securely packaged) shipment without packing it in a cardboard box! Despite the UPS collection agent telling us the box wasn't needed & the parcel arriving safely & securely with our customer - they wouldn't reconsider the charge & threatened legal action if unpaid. Very foolish business decision Interparcel & now they have lost my business for good. Watch out for extra charges folks!

DO NOT USE!!! Guaranteed collection but no driver turned up on day 1. After speaking to Interparcel and Tuffnells guaranteed collection for day 2. Still no collection after taking 2 days off of work. Then guaranteed collection on Saturday by Interparcel but now been told they don't make collections on Saturdays. Absolutely awful customer service, with phone calls cut off and no return.

Interparcel are THE worst courier booking company. We have proof of a driver forging a customer's signature to say a parcel was delivered, which has now been classed as lost and another parcel that was lost, which they denied had been collected from our premises; until we provided proof on our CCTV. A parcel going to Italy was delayed; we were not informed and now have to pay AGAIN to have it delivered. Their excuse is that we should have tracked the parcel; which is totally impractical, given that we are trying to run a business. They dismiss any complaints and could not care less. I would not use them again, I'd rather deliver the parcel myself!

AWFUL COMPANY - my parcel never arrived with my customer after 31 days. They have now closed the delivery and will not refund me for my order. I have obviously had to refund my customer so are now out of pocket...I know what comes next...interparcel will now charge me for the item to be returned to me...How can an item shipped to italy not arrive with my customer after 31 days...AVOID

AWFUL COMPANY... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN After 31 days and still no delivery, they have closed the delivery and will not refund me. I have had to refund my customer and are therefore out of pocket. Interparcel won't refund me for my delivery even though nothing ever arrived. I know how this works now..They then send me a bill for the item to be returned to me...DO NOT USE THEM

Would not recommend this company at all! I have sent many parcels to the USA with no problem but on using this company for the 1st time a code was added to the address that I did not put on. The correct address was on the parcel but they did not attempt to deliver it there, they instead returned it to the UK, even though I rang up to try and sort the matter out . I was forced to pay the same amount for it's return with the threat that if I did not the parcel would be disposed of. Also, everything had to be done by e-mail once the parcel was returned. It took 3 weeks to get the parcel back. However, if you want to send a parcel on it's holidays at greatly inflated prices then this is the company for you!!!!

The worst company ever. They did not hand the package out and did not return it to me. They lost one parcel and I lost my money. Six days ago they said coming next day and until now I’m waiting .

They claimed there was a problem with the destination address then said the parcel would be returned to me ( a 15 working turnaround) but a month later after the non-delivery and I still haven't received it.
