“I have moved to the Isle of Wight and usual courier for delivering to the UK was a lot more expensive and I found Interparcel by Googling. They provide a great service for a great price :) I just wish they could compete pricewise for sending parcels abroad too :)”

“Believe it or not I was still sticking the label to the parcel when the guy came to collect it, it was less than 10 minutes from ordering! It is so easy and so much cheaper than many other services (possibly any other). I am very very happy”

“We post all of our larger parcels with UPS via Interparcel, simple log in system excellent collection and delivery service from UPS. plus on the odd occasion when needed the online help desk is very helpful.”

“Your ease of booking a shipment is wonderful compared to other companies. We have had difficulties in booking a shipment from the UK to France because I was not the shipper but the recipient. I ordered the part from the garage and arranged shipping as opposed to the garage arranging the shipment. Only problem I have had was at the end of the process, I had to put in my e-mail address and then you sent the docs to me in France. Being "not really computer literate", my son managed to sort it out and forwarded to docs to the garage. Otherwise, fantastic. Thank you.”

“Yer they be pretty good - they do get let down now and again by UPS from Exeter as he has run out of time and we are on the end of the round but others such as Liz on Hermes is brilliant. Whenever I have phoned Interparcel they have been brilliant and got every query sorted.”

“Good, easy to use service. Been using Interparcel for 6 years and have only ever had 2 or 3 issues in that time but they were all dealt with efficiently by their customer services team. Point of note - I always use UPS (or Interparcel Economy) services - they are not the cheapest but still very reasonable and a reliable, excellent service.”

“I have used this service many times for deliveries abroad, and each time the service has been faultless with exceptional delivery times. The estimated delivery times have always been kept and the tracking online has been excellent. I am usually informed by telephone that the delivery is imminent and the personnel delivering the articles have been first-class. I have never had any delay, loss or damage to my parcels delivered. It is great to have the choice of collection from my home or if I am likely to be out then I can take the parcel to any of various local drop-off venues that I choose, usually shops with long trading hours. All of this at a very reasonable price.”

“Dropped my parcel off to a store less than 10 minutes away, it was collected, delivered and got a signature and insurance for far less than royal mail or anyone else could have done........ Will Defo be using again, thanks Interparcel !”
