Good to have selection of carriers and service time. Site easy to use and pay. Over past +5 years, only had one problem which was dealt with in a dismisses way. unswayed I found it was an isolated case of bad customer service from one individual. However response times can be exasperatingly long.

I have used Interparcel.com for years and have never had any problems with them. My parcels have always been collected on time and find their UPS service unbeatable!

From about 8 collections I had problems with 2. Once parcel was collected next day, second time due to wrong address it was sent back between me, recipient, depo and main depo about 10 times. I think it's still worth the money.

I found the interparcel experience first class. Placing the order could not have been more simple; the courier was efficient and polite; the parcel reached its destination on time and undamaged. The price was competitive, what more can one ask for! There was a minor error regarding the payment but this was dealt with, without any fuss.

I've used Interparcel for many years without any major issues. I think the worst that's happened is a parcel not being collected one day, after a quick call, it was rearranged for the following day. Otherwise, a very prompt and efficient service. I would pay close attention to their terms though. There are many items listed which are not eligible for compensation in case of loss or damage, including computers. In fact, the list is so big, it makes me wonder what actually is covered for compensation. Thankfully I've never had to make a claim, and more valuable items (such as laptops) I tend to send with other companies who DO provide insurance for computers. Otherwise, for sending general parcels out, it's a lot cheaper than what the Post Office charge (especially the eye-watering prices of Parcelforce). Customer services are usually helpful, though I find their usual Mon-Fri 9-5 opening hours a little annoying especially if they say I have to wait until 6pm for a collection, which may not arrive, so I have to wait until the next day to call them for a new collection the day after (so I end up waiting 2 days). This has only happened once though. I have found from experience their online chat can be open after 5pm sometimes so worth checking if their phone lines are closed. I can recommend Interparcel, but as mentioned, make sure you check the terms carefully.

This service allows you to choose from a number of options with different providers. You choose the best price/speed from the providers on the option list - from a range of services according to speed required or economy. The options range from Interparcel branded or other major service providers. You still need to make a decision about the quality of service required, but all options are clearly stated. In all the deliveries where I have booked through Interparcel I have had one issue of non collection (from a budget courier) and Interparcel quickly arranged another. The contract is with Interparcel at the point of payment - no issues at all with this - totally secure.

I've been using Interparcel several years for virtually all deliveries, which are approaching the 800 mark. Those via the standard service have been excellent, not a single pronblem in 750+ deliveries. Only used TNT once for a 9.00 am and they delivered late, but we got a full refund. Yodel are simply appalling - avoid at all costs. 4 days to collect! Hermes are OK, slow but cheap. Neither yodel or hermes stick to collection dates and chances are they are responsible for most of the bad reviews on here. Only complaints are that they have no decent service to northern Scotland i.e.anything north of Edinburgh / Glasgow so I have to use a competitor company. NI is a bit expensive on standard, i.e ?2 more than a competitor for the identical UPS service. If you are running a business then make sure you have goods in transit insurance as the insurance cover from most courier firms excludes too many items. And pack things properly if you want them to arrive in pristine condition. They are going to get biffed about so lots of padding and a sturdy box, or better still use the manufacturers original packaging. Customer service are usually helpful and courteous, then it's how you approach people that determines their response. Haven't tried shouting at them yet but expect it wouldn't work so well. Five stars for the Standard service, get rid of Yodel and it would be 5 stars overall.

Faultless apart from last month had a collection which didn't get collected, Phoned them still no collection, emailed them still no collection, Took a week from when parcel was booked for collection to actually collection. Lost a bit of trust in company. Collection drivers also seemed to have stoppped giving out cards when collecting.

I have used Interparcel several times and find they provide a First Class Service. Always a pleasant and smiling representative in attendance. The one way that service can be improved is giving a 2-hour slot for collection. Collections are made mainly at 3.30 - 4.00 p.m. but I still have to wait indoors all day. That said, the last collection took place at 1030.

The service received was excellent couldn't fault it. If I did have any criticism it is with the number of parcels, it assumes you only have one parcel for the one destination or collection point where as we on times have multiple collections or deliveries to the same location.

I used to use DHL or UPS for our company delivery service, but after using Interparcel and would never use them again if I didnt have to. Interparcel have fast reliable services and the prices are reasonable I would rate 4 stars. The one thing I would change is that Interparcel could offer a credit account instead of paying upfront for deliveries, then I would rate 5 stars!!

I have been using Interpacel services regularly for three years and I am very pleased. What I like the most is how easy is to get a quote and finalise the booking. There is nothing easier and faster. And sometimes you get the collection within half an hour of your booking! The parcel is also easy to track as you get a link sent to your email address. I will happily continue using Interparcel

We have used interparcel for several years and will continue doing so. It has an easy booking system and a good choice of freight services at competitive and openly-priced rates. There have been occasional hiccups over collection, which must be down to the individual couriers, not Interparcel

Just when you thought that you had to take your parcel to a carrier along came Interparcel, great service well documented and very easy to use. You feel as though you are in control from the start

Better than most courier companies. I have only had 1 or 2 faults over 4 years, which is a lot fewer than the other company my wife prefers. So keep up the good work for another 4 years

i always use interparcel for bulky or heavy items, i opt for same speed service (up to 5 days delivery) as post office but delivery is often within 2 days. my only gripe would be that they don't offer collection time slot....i need to wait in all day for collection

They aren't very good at getting back to you when something goes wrong - they'll say that they're looking into it but in reality you just have to wait and check the online info to find out what's going on, nobody ever calls you back to update. That said, I guess some of the difficulties are due to the couriers themselves. Never had a problem using the Interparcel Standard and Express services (delivered by UPS) but Citylink and TNT have been problematic. Good for getting a good price - would be nice if they advised on limits for each price (i.e. this price stands up to a certain volumetric/weight limit.) We've worked out that it's sometimes better to strap two boxes together to send as one larger item, rather than sending 2 parcels.
