apart from one issue using ups which I think was the recipient at fault i have had no issues. hoping that I never have to claim as that is where you see the cracks appear. ditch the 0870 puts me off.

After some fiddling about with the website (I was only sending documents but couldn't find an option for this) my order went through smoothly. FedEx guy turned up at bang on 9 a.m. next day and I tracked my parcel all the way to delivery in Canada. All this for less than half the price that FedEx was quoting on their website. Excellent.

Dealing with couriers is always going to be problematic, especially the cheaper options, but I've been using interparcel for a few years now so that in itself is telling. I actually choose them over booking direct with myhermes for instc=ance as it's an easier experience, and usually the same or even cheaper! I really appreciate the ability to telephone and speak to a real person with a problem, and the girls are always polite. 4 stars rather than 5 because often there is no follow up - I appreciate it can be time consuming, but if you are not able to email me and explain you've rebooked a missed collection then don't tell me you will.

I'm very impressed with the service i get from Interparcel, both booking online and the customer support staff on the phone. The prices are great and every item has arrived in good time and in perfect condition. We have had a few issues with Yodel collections and as a result don't use them... i have spoken to other retails who have had the same experience.... i'd get rid of them from your option list they do the Interparcel brand no favors. Reading other people feedback i recon the collections that didn't turn up must be Yodel too :)

I have used the Interparcel Economy (UPS) delivery for two or three years now shipping guitars in and out. Overall very happy with the service with most parcels being delivered next day. Recently however I had need to send an empty guitar case out for someone to ship a guitar back to me. I only had an expensive Takamine case I could use. In short the virtually indestructable case arrived trashed.Claiming was difficult and they put obstacles in the way all the way through the claim process. Luckily I view things like this as a challenge and the harder they tried the more resilient I became. They did pay out begrudgingly but if they take the insurance money they should pay out. It has soured my opinion from a 5* to a 4*.

The prices quoted are very competitive, which is important for our company as it gives us the repeat business we are looking for. The only downfall is that you are not allowed to give a latest collection time which is frustrating as the times they allow is outside our trading hours.

Very good service. Speedy collection and delivery. The system lets you book an address with a po box number. Only to find out later that they dont deliver to po boxes. Level of insurance cover not hight enough.

We have used interparcel for a few months - always for sending parcel, mostly to UK. We have found the website easy to get prices and easy to book collections. We have had to speak to their customer services on a few occassions and they sorted out the problems. It would be better if customer services were open longer in the evenings to talk to a person.

We are new customers and will be generating increasing business over time. I have found the service easy to use and the costs up to now have been more resonable than I anticipated. I have not yet compared with any other companies, as I have been satisfied with the service received. Loyalty points or other offers could be provided to keep regular customers. I have rung up twice for advise. The first time, the response was not great. The person I spoke with kept interrupting me and pre-empting (incorrectly), what I was going to ask. On the other occasion I had a very helpful response. Time will tell.

Used Interparcel twice and i would happily use them again. Found their choice of Carriers greatly helpful. Had occasion to speak to Interparcel on the phone about the first package I needed to send and was pleased with the help and courtesy I got. The only criticism I have is that when I needed to go back to revise something I had filled in I found the process rather laborious, as I had virtually to start from scratch.

I've used Interparcel many times with no problems, fast efficient service etc. But on the one occasion there was a problem I found the attitude of the staff very "couldn't care less" most definitely unhelfpul and I was left out of pocket and with a very upset customer who didn't receive their parcel.

I have been using Interparcel for some years now and only ever had one non-collection which was due to a computer glitch! The courier that I prefer is UPS as they seem to deliver my parcels within 24 hours of collection. I recently tried Collection + but was not happy with the time delay from drop off at a pickup point, to delivery at the other end as it took several days. You know what they say; "you get what you pay for" so cheapness is not what it is cracked up to be. I will continue to use Interparcel for the foreseeable future.

Despite some hiccoughs some time ago, we have had a good service from yourselves over the past few years. Your customer service have always been helpful and the website easy to use and quick to operate, allowing our business to operate smoothly and profitably. Carry on Mr Interparcel!

Interparcel is a great discovery - send bulky items at a fraction of the price of Royal Mail. Only criticism is that I selected a 9am-1pm collection and had a phone call mid morning to say that the parcel could not be picked up until after 3pm.

I have used Interparcel many times and have been an excellent courier service. I do have a few gripes and that is parcels have not been collected on day of arranged booking date or being delivered next day as paid for. The Customer Services are great and deal with things satisfactory and they manage to the problem out quickly My only suggestion is there should be a PROMISE. Currently if there is a failed collection or delivery, it just gets re-scheduled. This is not often acceptable, therefor a refund of 50% each & every failure should be credited to customer user accounts. Otherwise an excellent service and i will continue to use them.
