“Excellent. They picked up my consignments when promised and delivered within the promised time scales. Easy to track online. Loss one star as more expensive than the competition but at least you don't have to wait 3 days for collection! Recommended.”

“South Africa is always problematic. Latest shipment was with NL economy. NEVER AGAIN. Initially no tracking, then little movement, very slow and it has not got there after 19 days !”

“Apart from a few minor hiccups things have always gone smoothly. The restricted goods list is a bit of a pain. I'd been paying a long time for insurance that as it turns out was useless because laptops don't qualify. If you could sort out cover for those then you'd get 5 stars.”

“I've been using Interparcel on behalf of my company for over two years now. It's quick and easy to get a quote for a parcel and the prices are very good compared to going direct with some of the main couriers. Pros - Address book, quick to book parcel, quotes easy to get, the right paperwork (including customs invoices) ready to print. Cons - Customer support can be hard to get hold of at times, long waiting times on phone and instant chat although only had to contact four or five times in two years. Wish Interparcel would give receipts when topping up the prepay balance - asked several times but this has never been resolved. Not good when you need receipts for all transactions. Overall I would recommend Interparcel.”

“10/10 for service, but the website could be improved very easily. Why not allow certain details on a customer account to remain 'prepopulated' to save repeatedly completing the same fields again and again - ie. address, payment details, etc.”

“Collected next day, although UPS turned up an hour later than the specified timeslot I don't think this reflects on Interparcel. Reasonable price to Eire, fast safe delivery.”

“I arranged this with ease although I would not have known how to access the extra insurance I needed unless someone (my daughter) hadn't explained that this is accessed several steps into the buying process. I was told my parcel would be collected between 8 and 5 but I had to wait until 4.30 before it was picked up. This meant that I couldn't leave the house all day. Not a situation I enjoyed. I would probably use this service again if necessary but would prefer the collection to be within a two hour window. The cost is not too bad although it does make me more conscious of the return cost when buying articles online.”

“I've been using Interparcel for around a year now, regularly sending heavier (4Kg +) parcels within the UK and Internationally. They have always collected on time, and generally deliver within 4 working days, even to Australia and Canada, and usually the price is significantly cheaper than Royal Mail. However Island and Highlands, IOM, Northern Ireland it is cheaper to use Royual Mail still.”

“Used Interparcel's next day service for the first time. It didn't actually get there the next day but was a day late. Having said that, the parcel arrived in good condition with no problems so I was happpy.”

“I don't book couriers very often but when I do I usually dread the experience as it's normally accompanied by major headaches. Interparcel make the whole experience very easy and much less stressful than other companies I've used.”

“I work for Hermes now and again and as an ex 'Royal Fail' employee I don't think you can beat the service for bulky items. After all why go out and get wet walking to the post office when they pick up from your house 'bargain' I have had a couple of broken items in transit but if you bare with the wait interparcel do refund but be careful not to under insure. Nice easy online system to use SIMPLES x”

“I have used iNTERPARCEL for some years. If there's ever a problem with a mailing I know they will chase down the contractor on my behalf and get results. Recommended.”

“I have used this parcel delivery broker firm a lot and they are generally very reliable. My only gripe is that one 24-hour delivery which I sent recently was not delivered for 48 hours, whereas all of the others they have arranged have been within the arranged timeframe. Also you can pay by Paypal which makes life a little easier.”

“i've been using ipost now for nearly over a year and do about 15 a week i find it all really good and easy to use however i think it would be nice to email regularly customers about changes and especially about the last PRICE INCREASE this just came out of the blue and i would sudgest that you run a rewards type of system like 1 point for every ?1 spent and then when you get something like a discount code or a free 5kg parcel just an idea. all the best Russell Stevens sales@specialist-Tapes.co.uk”
