AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked the 'Drop-off' service after purchasing something on ebay. The Interparcel website showed quite clearly that the seller could drop off at nearby Coventry branch of Parcelforce (who were subcontracted by Interparcel). The seller duly went along only to find out that Parcelforce no longer operate there, he was rightly furious at the wasted journey. When I went directly to the Parcelforce website there was, indeed, no mention of a Coventry branch. I phoned Interparcel to complain, they were completely unaware the branch had shut and made no offer to compensate for the error. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was cut off twice, maybe a coincidence, or maybe to deter me. The supervisor was resolute that they were not to blame, I said maybe I should take this up with Parcelforce but was advised that they would not compensate me either, as they had not dealt with me directly. When I asked who was responsible I was told it was just an IT issue, the company Interparcel seemed completely incapable of understanding what an unprofessional and incompetent service they had provided. I am now left with a seller who is considering relisting the purchase on ebay rather than dealing with another drop-off branch of Interparcel who have shown themselves to be completely untrustworthy. I may therefore lose the item completely due entirely to Interparcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sent a guitar from Durham on the 31/10/14 to Tenerife still has not got there to date 18/11/14.This is a joke company whom do not ring you back with updates as to whats going on. constantly blame UPS, Customs or anyone. appalled and stressed out by there lack of commitment to deliver they also say no money back although it should have only taken max 7 days. Told twice to phone for delivery in Tenerife, only to find guitar in Madrid. I do not know what to do next so therefore going to trading standards as no solution appears to be forthwith. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PAY EXTRA FOR A RELIABLE COMPANY.

Great service with competitive prices - some couriers are better than others. Best is UPS and worst is DPD

They are online courier service broker, their website is well-made and concise, easy to compare price, pick the service & book/pay - you can also cancel bookings by contacting via their web form. Got reply reasonably soon and it was hustle free to cancel a booking. Although my 2nd booking had a technical problem and the label was not issued immediately. Contacted them again during weekend and they sorted it out by Monday morning. The only minus is that their Drop Off icon on the map was pointing the wrong location (500ft off the actual location). Recommend to check the Drop Off location by yourself via Google Map + StreetView.

Since they changed their database system it takes many minutes to fill in one customers details as they now use a pre filled database. Many customer details are far out of date. Our own is prefilled with a company that left our trading address over 5 years ago. Please return to the old free-hand data base so that we can easily fill customer details in ourselves. We always use UPS and never have any delivery problems.

Interparcel usually come up with great value shipping on mid to large size parcels. Be careful on smaller packages as even the usually ridiculous Royal Mail can work out cheaper - but where Interparcel save, the savings can be huge. ?70 cheaper to book a next day TNT shipment via Interparcel than direct with TNT on a recent package. Interparcel really do make doing business with other EC countries pretty simple and more important, profitable.

The process worked well up to the printing of the shipping Label and delivery address labels. Got round it as not an unusual problem with net purchases so have coped before. Otherwise this is a service I have used before and found good and reliable.

Would have been five stars but for some reason the tracking service wasn't updated after the parcel had arrived at the receiving airport. As a result we didn't know the parcel had been delivered although it had been. This is the only time the system didn't quite work for us. We've been using Interparcel for several years for deliveries to Canada and Germany and will continue to do so.

I am very impressed with interparcel's choice of services and range of cost. Couriers arrive on time and parcels are easily tracked.

On the whole Interparcel has been a good service. I like being able to drop off parcels to local shops, as this saves me waiting in all day. I have only had one 'hiccup' with Interparcel - when a parcel was not delivered, and didn't resurface for a month! But other than that, I have been pleased with the service - and as a registered UK charity, I need to watch the costs, so this is a much more cost effective way of sending goods at a reasonable rate.

easy to arrange collection of parcel.only downside you have to give first and last name of person the parcel is going to.this is not possible when it is a return and you only have the firms title

I have only been let down a few times for collection of my parcels. I have had to take them to the UPS depot myself, where I have paid them to be collected. Thanks Chris

We have used Interparcel for some time mainly using TNT of their choice of carriers. Any problems (not many) have been down to TNT who have failed to collect parcels at times. The response of Interrparcel when this occurs is very good with a new set of paperwork. However it does mean a delay of a day to correct. The service of confirming delivery is really good. Prices are good especially when compared to Royal Mail who seem intent on pricing themselves out of the market including their Parcel Force service.
