I have been using interface for the past 4 years. Had some issues to begin bug last 2 years, plain sailing. Makes life so much easier and my business cost effective.

Generally pretty happy with the parcel delivery side, nothing has gone mising in over 1000 deliveries and almost all were delivered on time. Not so good is the order confirmation, would be much better if they included the tracking number in the e-mail so I could forward it to my client. I have to enter it manually from the label which is time consuming and can cause errors. Also poor is their storage of documents, seem to be no longer available after a few weeks.

Service has been excellent my only gripes are the fact that the cut off for booking is a bit muddled, for example the cut off for uk bookings is 12pm for overseas its 3.30pm, however the driver is in my area about 2pm so if I book after this it won't get collected until the day after, and this isn't great for my business, I found this out when using the drop off to store service too, that although I had met the deadline given, it wasn't collected till the next day so my delivery was delayed by a day. It would be better if this information could be clearer as I send about 5+ parcels out a week. In all other respects it's been great, value for money and efficient and I hope it continues to be so.

Very few issues, other than the occasional no show when collecting. This does tend to be dependent on the courier you select. I prefer using the Interparcel own courier, which is UPS and they are very reliable.

Highly recommended... I have sent probably over 100 hundred parcels now and only 2 small hiccups! Perfect :)

I have used Interparcel over 50 times and have never had a problem. They usually offer a better price than you can get yourself from the carriers, sometimes much less and their computer system works a treat and is so simple to use. All good stuff.

The booking system is brilliant, so quick and simple. The only problem I have is the online help is a bit useless sometimes.

I use Interparcel , because I dont have time to wait in Post Office queues. They offer a good choice of couriers & price options and collect from my premesis. I mainly take the UPS or Hermes options depending on how fast the delivery needs to be. Both couriers have so far been very reliable. I would use Interparcel 100% but they dont have a competitive pricing structure for heavier or larger parcels ,so I have to use Parcelforce ,who are not very reliable. Interparcel also accept Pay Pal which is a great way to pay.

Great web-site, easy to use, lots of choices of how to send your items. Tends to be a bit on the expensive size, but ideal if you have expensive, fragile items that you need to track.

Good service, it was collected quickly and all docs were provided to make it really easy. The only issue I had was that the rather extensive list of restricted items was made available during the actual order placement (after quotation stage) and had confirmed to my client on delivery times/prices. It didn't matter on this occasion, but other items I might sell in future I won't be able to send through Interparcel for this reason.

Had accounts with main line firms. Their monthly invoicing is confusing to say the least. Interparcel quote and invoice for each transaction so you always understand exactly what the charges are. Only warning is that when it goes wrong (twice in 3 years) you are very much in the hands of the main company. City Link refused to acknowledge the shipment via Interparcel with their numbers! This is not Interparcel's fault but customers need to be aware.

On the whole not a bad service,prices must remain cheaper than royal mail,would suggest booking system operates untill midnight for next day collection.

Interparcel is a great company. I have sent over 40 parcels with them through Europe and nationally. They always get the couriers to collect on time and communication is quick even using the email facility. The only negative points about interparcel is that the live chat is always busy or you end up in a queue. Also they charge 2 per cent for Paypal payments which is a bit off putting as a lot of us are online sellers and we have a credit balance in Paypal ready to pay for shipping. Overall - Its a great service at the price. The rates are good and service is good. It would be nice if they can offer slight discount for regular service users or a random discount code from time to time.

I bboked the collection and paid online. The booking was simple and straightforward. The collection was made on the day and between the hours I had requested. The parcel was delivered within the time scale and the only let down was the fact that I didn't get the text message confirming delivery which I had paid extra for. The only way I knew it had arrived was when the receipient advised me of my refund.

If you want a straightforward and cost effective parcel service with collection then Interparcel is well worth considering. The only thing that would improve it would be an hourly time slot option.
