I have been using Interparcel for a while now to dispatch all the larger items I sell on eBay. Their website is easy to use, straight forward and swift. I have not experienced any technical problems with the website at all. However, the shipping companies Interparcel partner with aren't exactly 100%, namely Hermes & Yodel. Hermes have now missed two collections I have set up in the past three weeks and looks like they've lost one of my shipped parcels. Yodel have dropped one of my parcels and damaged the contents which lost me money. In both cases though, Interparcel Customer Services Team have been great. I have probably spoken to all of them the number of times I called and they were all pleasant and helpful. Another thing though, they could do us consumers a favour and change their Customet Services Number to a cheaper local rate ie 0845 or even a free phone number. It cost a fortune to speak to them. All in all I like Interparcel and their ease of use and will continue to use them in the foreseeable.

We have used Interparcel for about 5 years, almost always UPS. Very few problems during that time, and when there are problems, customer services are accessible and responsive. So I have no reservations about Interparcel/UPS per se. I do agree with the other reviewers though who have had bad experiences when trying other (cheaper) services offered through Interparcel. That is the only reason why I give 4 stars rather than 5. Interparcel list them, so they have to take a degree of responsibility for their "service". These cheaper couriers are generally as consistently bad, as UPS are consistently good. You tend to get what you pay for in this market.

I originally used interparcels parent company Sendex, but as my package volume was low they binned my contract which caused major friction. That said, I have used interparcel without major incident since then. I will continue to seek out the best value service and as such I already use several services as interparcel have not givenme the confidence to putt all my shipping in their hands alone.

Started using Interparcel to save costs as DHL was charging us ?75 to send a document to Chile with a normal delivery sevice. Used them once and never stopped since. The booking system on the website should be improved.

Interparcel are easy to deal with and mostly efficient. I have found that if I ask why a parcel has not been collected I get immediate attention from customer services and they re-arrange it. Similarly, they let me know straight away if they have been told there is going to be a delay for collection.

I have never had a roblem in the four years I've been dealing with Interparcel, every time you need them, they are there, and their staff are always polite and helpful

Interparcel generally provide a good service. Reasonable prices and they have a UK based help line. The website is easy to use and doesn't seem to have too many glitches. I would recommend them to anyone who sends a lot of parcels regularly.

One of the better parcel services and generally cheaper and easier to use than using TNT, DHL, UPS direct etc. Most rates cheaper than the post office, without the hassle of the post office.

Simple booking process and they came on time. Excellent value - around a third of what the Post Office were going to charge. I'd use them again.

I have used Interparcel for a while and send parcels daily via them. I would not go anywhere else. Why? - decent rates - simple to use and well designed site - excellent customer service that is helpful and responsive - reliable. You can rest assured your delivery will be processed properly

We would still be using you 100% if you accepted liquids. It's frustrating that many of your preferred carriers accept our bookings direct of samples (non haz ear sprays, for example), but your own policy prevents this. Shame. Otherwise, a great service and user-friendly.

Genrally speaking Interparcel offer one of the better courier services online. I like the design of the website and the clear booking process. As I use these types of services a lot, I do check across other suppliers and interparcel are mostly competetive but sometimes far more expensive. Perhaps they could keep an eye on this to make sure they are one of the cheaper services.

My order was straightforward via the Interparcel website. Van collection of the parcel was on time, and I think my goods arrived in Japan on schedule. Pleased to use their service again in the future.

I use Interparcel for shipping eBay items all over the uk. Generally the service is really good with parcels being collected and delivered when they should. The only problems I have had are with City Link. I have had 1 parcel badly damaged, collections not being made on the date booked, tracking numbers not being updated and deliveries not being done on the next day service. Interparcel customer service are very good and sort any problems and keep me updated. Usually the service is first class and only let down by the one carrier

I've used Interparcel continuously for the last few years and every single parcel has been delivered either on time or early without any damage or mishap. The only area in which they fall short is that they can't give you any idea of when they will call. Many couriers now give you a window so that you can plan your day. Interparcel need to do this as I do get a bid fed up if I have to wait in too long. If they do that, they'll get the fifth star.

There are two main companies in this space, and whilst interparcel are by no means fantastic, they do at least try. The other lot are incompetent, and through their mediocrity, abyssmal response times, and non existent customer service, Interparcel look pretty good. main benefits for me are the ?50 included compensation, and the interparcel economy service, provided by UPS.Never had a late or damaged item.
