“I am happy with the service from interparsel.com. I have used their service some times already. It's very easy to book on- line and very quick, easy and trustful way to send a parsel abroad. But I would like to stress the wish to improve the collecting of parsel and ask the courier to collect the item not the very last minute of booking time of collection ( what happened with me last two times and I had to loose all day sitting and waiting for courier, even the time was booked from 8.30am till 2pm, the courier arrived 1.45pm, or another time- time was booked from 9am till 5pm and the courier came just at 5.05pm). The best way could be to contact the customer and arrange the time of collection. And on my last lime of using this service, the parsel has been delivered without any phone call prior the delivery. And because nobody was at home at the time of delivery the deliverer had to come more than once. Therefore I hope for improvement of the service and I will definitely use the interparcel.com service again in future.”

“Very convenient service to use worldwide with good choices for differing services. Have used Interparcel for many years as a back-up to our normal carrier. The insurance, however, is very pricey so prefer not to use it for high value items.”

“I recently sent two parcels to my son in Germany, be careful when you select which way to send the parcel as I made a mistake that cost me a lot more money and didn't get one parcel there any quicker, however they did everything they could to get it there as quickly as possible.”

“I have recommended Interparcel to loads of friends. It saves the hassle of carting a parcel to the Post Office only to find that it is too expensive to send. I have sent all over the UK and to USA too without problems. A Great Company!!!!”

“I use Interparcel a lot, it gives very competitive quotes for shipping. Everything has always gone very smoothly except for two occasions, both with Citylink. Interparcel would get 5 stars from me if Citylink wasn't a partner option. No problems with any of the others.”

“From the fast log in, the myriad services on offer and information all on one page to the printing of the documents is highly commendable; clarity, speed and effiiciency are obvious and necessary. The cost of insurance is steep for goods of high value up to 2kg and a certain carrier consistently failed to collect - I have blown them away. These two gripes lost a star, which should be only half a star and still feel very comfortable when using the site. The telephone help and support is by far and away one of the best, if not the best. Their performance alone is worthy of a star on the rare occasions they were needed.”

“Great service. Everything went well. Staff in the office was helpful. Website booking procedure could be improved. There were some confusing steps and I didn't notice some additional documents needed printing.”

“Although not 100% they are the most reliable with replying to emails and refunding in the event of your parcel not being collected but even then, 8/10 your parcel will be collected especially if you use UPS inter parcels own courier. Trust me when I say this is the best courier company I have tried. Well for me at least. Alot of other ones are HORRID”

“Easy to use website, reliable shippers, competitive rates, especially in UK; but no longer cheaper by any measurable margin on many routes. But worthwhile comparing against Parcel2go whenever you have an expensive parcel to ship to see which is cheaper.”

“Interparcel are a good company overall and did there best to help me with a non collection. My only criticism is i had 2 failed collections which i waited in all day from 8 O clock AM until 9 o clock PM before giving up, .this was on two separate days and when i called on both occasions i had to wait another full day before they could arrange another collection which wasn't acceptable. Yodel have been extremely poor when i arranged collection and i ended up having Citylink collect my parcel in the end which they did very well. The price was very cheap for sending the parcels and overall i am pleased and would deal with them again but not via Yodel !”

“So you need to send a modest parcel within the UK, don't bother with the obvious because you'll end up by paying too much, Royal Mail parcels was nearly twice as much as Interparcel, for the same service. it's the first time I've used the Interparcel service, but would definitely use them again”
