We have used Interparcel for two years and have been delighted with the service.Only one delivery went wrong-compounded by a poor delivery driver for Hermes in Cambridge.Interparcel normally use UPS or Hermes and both use good agents in our area.

Use Interparcel when I have a parcel over 26gks. As a small business owner & already have a account with a carrier, It's perfect & cheaper for the ever day non account holder.

Never had a problem I can remember with Interparcel, that said we don't use them that often, but several times a year and generally the easiest and cheapest carrier website I have come across.

I have to say this service is not faultless but very close. I use them most days to carry Violins for me. In the last two years they've lost one, which was disappointing, and missed a couple of collections, which was also a bit disappointing. The collection drivers have always been very pleasant to deal with and obviously very keen to get it right, which is one of the reasons I keep using them.

My only problem is that when I took over the account from a ex employee I cannot change the log in details to mine without loosing all the address in the address book!! I have used Interparcel on a weekly basis for about 2 years without any problem however I have not found their customer services advisors very helpful with the above problem its just a case of bad luck put in all your address again!! Not sure they realise how time-consuming this would be!!

I love Interparcel. We've had almost no trouble with the service at all and despite hunting around regularly, have yet to find a cheaper service. However, it is impossible to get boxes to fit what we sell without it costing a fortune, which we would have to pass on to our customers. So on those very rare occasions when something goes wrong (three times in 10 years) we have to swallow the cost as they will not pay out for the insurance, even if you pay it. This despite the fact that our packaging is far stronger and more secure than cardboard. Those damages that we've had would have happened whatever the packaging. After all, it can't be easy to snap a 16mm thick carbon fibre rod surrounded by foam in half.

We inky send goods outside the UK occasionally. So Interparcel is a simple and efficient way of sending, and pricing export orders without any fuss.

Interparcel offer a great service, by giving you a variety of options for couriers. It is quick and easy to book and the prices are always very competitive. It would be even better if the user could store details like address, telephone, perhaps even payment details so that it is not necessary to enter them every time. Otherwise cannot fault them.

Very easy service to use, I frequently use their service in Australia as well. Rates are good, website easy to use. But be careful when things go off the rails. Had a bad experience when two weeks after a parcel had arrived (and long been opened and packaging discarded), they claimed TNT had reported it was MUCH bigger than originally stated (twice the size!) and wanted more money. TNT provided no evidence of this and Interparcel asked for none - just assumed I had tried to cheat. I sent them pics of the items (luckily they hadn't been fitted to my car yet!) to show they could not possibly be anywhere near the size claimed by TNT, and the original ebay listing but this wasn't good enough - they wanted copies of private emails to support my claim. I declined, pointing out that their requests defied common sense. This was months ago - haven't heard a word either way since. At virtually the same time, I received another parcel where the shipper had erroneously overstated the weight by 4 kgs - made quite a difference to the freight cost to Australia. I asked Interparcel to claim a refund - again, haven't heard a word. But these are isolated incidents, two amongst 60+ transactions. They just need to improve their fault-handling systems and follow up - it wold be nice to know what he outcomes of the above were.

Delivery was very quick. Only issue I had was on the day of collection I received the shipping labels at 0910hrs when the collection slot was between 0900 - 1730hrs.

I could rate 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the parcel was left at the front porch of the receiver.

Will not use Royal Mail anymore.Too expensive for the service they give you,plus always a long wait to get served.

as above , I have been on here for years , but there is more competition now , pricing is got to be my main gripe , the UPS service is first class , but I can get the same service on parcels to go with the drop off option , also they use Yodel , which is the best deal on larger parcels and I have tried to make 1 claim in around 8 years which is a super track record , but I gave up with the claim as it was to complicated for me to make , obtaining photo's of damaged boxes from the customer was far to complex , it should have been calculated on my spending track record and customer status.
