We send a lot of parcels through Interparcel, and hate when i have to pay using credit Card, You should have a account system where we get billed. Will make life much more easier.

We were very impressed with the service and value from Interparcel. The only thing we thought could do with resolution, would be that for pre-payment credit uploaded and paid for on my credit card - a VAT receipt for this is not available. This is quite an important thing to have for company credit card records. So I think you would need to look into why this is currently not possible. Apart from that, great service!

I've used Interparcel a couple of times now to send parcels overseas to Germany and USA. I only need couriers 2 or 3 times a year so it's not worth having an account with anyone and Interparcel is really easy to use and they use the cheapest option available. And the level of service, timing, tracking etc is just the same as using any other courier. I would definitely recommend using them.

The home screen and completion of detail is easy to follow and the prices and terms are clear. It is easy to make a price / value decision on which carier to use. Perhaps the only improvement (this may just be a U.S. requirement) is to make it clear that the commerical invoice should go in the plastic wallet, where the shipping labels are and not inside the parcel because customs may want to inspect it.

99 times out of 100 the service is absolutely excellent. I think we've had one or two minor hiccups with communication between driver / delivery company and Interparcel which appears to have been improved since. In the main the customer service, price and delivery has been spot on. No complaints.

Very pleased with the service provided, excellent that you can track the progress of your parcel. Only one gripe..... when you're booking it gives you an option to book a time slot for collection and my time slot came and went and wasn't collected till 3/4 of an hour later! good job I did'nt have to be anywhere that day, so that needs sorting out!

A word of advice, if your package goes missing get the consignment number & a direct contact number for the courier co. involved & chase it yourself. Interparcel are rubbish at getting things sorted if they go wrong. I wasted 3 days waiting for Interparcel to re-organise a delivery that was sent to the wrong depot by mistake, they don't seem to be able to put a bomb up the backside of the company involved so best to do it yourself. Otherwise a good service & value for money.

Offers a good service at competitive prices. My only concern is that on a number of occasions invoices have been debited from our bank account twice, resulting in me having to keep a very close eye on the accounts and as to how and when this company process their payments. Worrying.

Interparcel website is simple to contact with easy details to obtain quotes with wide choice of services and range of prices. Converting quot to order is speedy and not too labourious. Collection and delivery service is good with most drivers courteous and helpfull. I regularly recommend Interparce to colleagues and friends.

I'VE USED INTERPARCEL OVER 30 TIMES NOW AND ONLY ONCE HAVE THEY LOST SOMETHING. GOOD JOB I TOOK OUT THE INSURANCE THEY ALWAYS COLLECT ON THE DAY REQUESTED AND ALWAYS DELIVER THE FOLLOWING DAY.

This last delivery that I booked through Interparcel was with City Link Next Day service. The 4 packages were all collected as per my request with no problem. The delivery however was not the next day as it actually took 3 days. I contacted Interparcel by email on the evening of the first day when the packages failed to arrive. I received a polite but not particularly helpfull reply the next morning. When the packages failed to arrive that day I again contacted customer services, this time by phone and again received a polite response but with no real explanation as to what the problem was. The following day the 4 packages finally arrived. I once again e-mailed customer services advising then that the delivery had finally come through and could they please advise me of the exact cause of the delay and also send any compensation that was due to me. The response I received was a full refund of my initial courier cost.

I have been using Interparcel for years. My initial experiences were OK with a couple of hiccups and the customer service that I received when I had issues was hit and miss. Nowadays however, it is a different story. I think that I have had two missed collections in the past year and regardless of whether it was the fault of the courier or Interparcel emailing garnered me the appropriate response and the parcel was collected successfully the next working day. I have not tried to call Interparcel for years and don't know if they still have a premium rate number but if it can be done by email, that's fine with me. I know that there are plenty of parcel services out there but I will continue to use Interparcel as my first port of call, they're cheaper than the Royal Mail and regardless of the size, weight or content of my product, I always seem to manage to find a carrier at an affordable price.

As a competitive price comparison / broker the service works well and to be homest most of the time parcels are collected and recieved within acceptable time limits. However, when a courier lets you down or fails to deliver as agreed I find no comfort in the service that the Interparcel Telephone Staff provide. It is very obvioulsy - 'not our fault' type of attitude which frustrates the hell out of me. They are happy totake the money but don not fulfil the contract when things go wrong.
