Interparcel offer a very good service normally and i don't have to contact the customer support number often. The only issues I tend to get are when using the budget courier services and have had parcels getting lost or mislaid for a while. Interparcel has a good claims service though for this. If you are going to use Interparcel i would recommend sticking with the UPS service which is very good.

Interparcel offers a comprehensive service at a great price. It allows you to send parcels anywhere in the world and offers a range of differently priced options with different couriers. That way you can either pay more to send parcels quickly, or select a cheaper option which takes longer to arrive. My company holds business accounts with two delivery companies which we use on a daily basis, and we use interparcel only occassionaly to send particularly large parcels outside the UK. With such a great service, it would be marvellous if companies could have an account with interparcel which enabled them to have a set range of prices and an interface which made it easier to send lots of parcels each day.

Interparcel offered the cheapest quote for my package from Yorkshire to Northern Ireland. Parcel picked up as arranged and arrived in good condition and in scheduled time. Tracking went well until the weekend then it all stopped and no updates where available, so over the weekend I was left unsure where my parcel had got to. But overall a competent and cheap service that I would use again.

Not being familiar with courier sites and not having returned goods this way many times I found the advisers very helpful when struggling to use the site for the first time. Also when goods could not be located by the receiver the advisers were very helpful. When choosing the shop for collection the website did not confirm ones choice by any remark or movement on the display and unless one realised that the site had accepted the choice by scrolling down you were left wondering if anything had happened. Sounds stupid I know BUT FOR SOMEONE NEW TO THE SITE it needs something to flash up to confirm shop has been chosen.

Interparcel is a great company. I have sent over 40 parcels with them through Europe and nationally. They always get the couriers to collect on time and communication is quick even using the email facility. The only negative points about interparcel is that the live chat is always busy or you end up in a queue. Also they charge 2 per cent for Paypal payments which is a bit off putting as a lot of us are online sellers and we have a credit balance in Paypal ready to pay for shipping. Overall - Its a great service at the price. The rates are good and service is good. It would be nice if they can offer slight discount for regular service users or a random discount code from time to time.

We use Interparcel for at least 3 or 4 deliveries each week. We use just one courier service which has been almost seamless. i would highly recommend but you need to be familiar with the reliability of the couriers in your area. Otherwise easy to use, good simple interface and realistically priced too.

I've been using Interparcel for some time now and the easy to use interface coupled with the number of services in one place make it the first and last stop when booking parcels in the UK or overseas.

I'm mostly happy, however I select a four hour slot for collection and repeatedly I have drivers arriving to collect outside the window. Sometimes this is frustrating.

i can recommend interparcel to anybody.. had to phone up twice so far because shipping labels weren't dispatched with e-mail but apart from that no probs.. regarding couriers i always use tnt express,never let me down.. i tried city link once and that was enough. didn't turn up for collection on the friday, cancelled order and they turned up at 8pm on monday evening, i explained to the driver that the parcel was already on it's way via tnt...

Generally very good with few problems. Have been using Interparcel several times a week for several years now. Their customer service response times by phone, chat or email have improved dramatically in that time.

Interparcel offer a great service and 99 times out of 100 they deliver every time, unfortunately the 1 time they don't it is very difficult to get compensation or even a response even if you pay insurance but this is part and parcel (excuse the pun) of the courier business, I am sure they don't get much joy from the providers themselves. Overall a very good service though.

Easy to book, plenty of courier options at a much cheaper price than booking direct. We send all our business parcels through Interparcel. I appreciate the fact everything can be completed online. Would have gotten 5 stars if you can book a few shipments in one go and pay altogether rather than having to complete each transaction separately.

We have had many problems with parcels vanishing and nobody knowing where they are, computers are not updated and sometimes the item has been delivered and the system is still saying it is sitting in the uk.

Almost all our shipping consignments go smoothly and get there on time. My only reservation is that being an online booking company, when we have had problems and needed customer service that has let them down. They do not seem interested in assisting if there is a problem. This is the only part which lets them down in my view.

Apart from two incidents I'm happy with the service levels. The response to my first attempt to claim was - no you can't - no offer of anything by way of compensation, and one parcel got to it's destination in a plastic bag - which I don't use so the courier must have destroyed the original. However these are isolated incidents and the girls in customer service are very helpful when ever I query anything and the chap that comes to collect our parcels is always very polite and helpful.

I find their website easy to use and understand. The prices are always pretty good however I would say there are definitely cheaper options out there for Australian packages. If you need to call them the service is efficient and friendly. All in all pretty good!
