I found the website very easy to use and clear in its instructions. The collection was made bang on time and the driver was very helpful. However, although I had printed all documents and attached them as instructed nowhere on th site did it tell me to print 4 copies of the customs invoice. I printed and attached one copy but the driver needed 3 more for his admin office. Once printed and dealt with the site is not easy to re-enter in order to print more. This meant that I had to detach the original customs invoice and scan and print 3 more copies. A slight annoyance in what was otherwise an excellent experience.

I like to book my collections through the website as it provides plenty options to choose from. The details that are required are easy to complete and the facility to store payment cards is very useful. It is also helpful to be able to access the history of past collections.

As a small customer with varying needs, Interparcel is great, for a particular requirement you can pick the most suitable service. DOWNSIDE their 'Prohibited items' list excludes practically everything; batteries, paint, fur, bicycles, aerosols. The list is obviously an aggregate of all their different carriers lists, and International carriage lists at that. In fact most of their carriers will in fact ship, say batteries or paint, at least within the UK. Oh, and forget the ridiculously overpriced insurance option,

good selection of couriers - prices more or less competitive - and perhaps best of all, they have a better chance of dealing with poor delivery service by the actual couriers than i would; some couriers are notoriously unreliable (i won't pick them anyway even if they are a little cheaper or the cheapest) and interparcel has been good in sorting those messes out in the past - so thumbs up for interparcel at least for being responsive.

I have been using Interparcel repeatedly to send Ebay parcels larger than the average Royal Mail parcel size. The website is easy to use and you immediately get options according to the type of parcel that you hadn't necessarily thought of, giving flexibility to speed and price. Any problems have been with the individual couriers themselves and not Interparcel - usually due to items not being collected from specific drop off points. On contacting Interparcel these problems have been sorted out fairly quickly - though no mention of gestures of goodwill which would go a long way - especially when you have customers breathing down your neck!

I would probably like the option to have an online account. I rarely send packages from anywhere other than our work address, and having to type it in each time can get cumbersome (especially if I have more than one package to issue). Apart from that I love the site, I've been using it now for a while and I've recommended to others.

Was not impressed on Monday 27 January as I booked a parcel in with TNT. I waited all day till 5:15, no collection. I thought ok maybe tomorrow.....eventually at 3pm I phoned and spoke to Rebecca Morley. She was very apologetic and said it was by now too late for a collection but would look into why this parcel was not collected on the supposed date. I then received an email from her saying, it was allocated to the wrong driver and would be collected on Wednesday 29th. Low and behold TNT arrive in the morning and again in the afternoon to collect the same parcel! Was not impressed and had to explain to our customer why their order was taking so long. Otherwise I have no complaints, thank you. Kathy

This would be a five star review if I didn't have to print off and attach labels for the cheapest methods of dispatch but it's worth the time for the money often saved. I've never had a problem with 25+ parcels.

We use Interparcel regularly. Could we not pay say ?200 in advance - enter our details once and then simply book each shipment. The cost of the shipment could then be deducted from our credit amount and at the same time have all of our details already in the system so we only have to enter the delivery address each time we make a booking

It is frustrating that you cannot complete the parcel booking process through the night , curently it closes down and you cannot print labels etc until next days trading. also 12 noon cut off for booking parcels in is not acceptable forcing us to use the post office for afternoon parcels Effectively you can only use interparcel in the morning for booking .

5 total bookings only one picked up on time and one delived "next day" as i paid for currently one item missing on next day delivery a week later!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have used you before and intended to go on using you for a new business that has lots of parcels but I sent 9723814 and they did not send the barcode label. There was a message "barcode label not ready" I'm completely stuck....Ican't get on line again before Monday and the carriers are coming Monday morning...I tried your number 08719 112113 and a recorded voice said "try again MONDAY MORNING!!!! I was sending two boxes internationally for return to a manufacturer in the US. This was ticked on the online form however I did not receive the proper return form for the US. I did however get everything else that was required. I phoned Fedex the next day and eventually sorted it out. It would be good for the future if the online program could detect a US return and spit out the standard form. On a more positive note the courier came for pickup in less than an hour from my stated time...actually 15 minutes early! :-)

Found the experience pleasant and the site easy to navigate. Paying with PayPal was a definite bonus and there was quite a few couriers to choose from. Only down side which may have been my fault, was that the delivery address was jumbled up although I'm confident that I filled the boxes out properly. I had to write the address out again on the package. Will consider using interparcel again over my usual choice. Nigel

the service is good and any questions are replyed to but if your parcell is damaged and bits missing and you want to make a claim good luck i am still waiting for compansation since 20/2/14
