Easy to use and fair prices. Shame they do not offer discounts for regular customers. parcelflight.co.uk work out cheaper, but can be a pain on international deliveries and hence why we use interparcel, most of the time.

You could consider using hermes drop off and collections- also filling out the forms can be time consuming, if you could have a system which stores my details not just the email address that will be extremely helpful as it takes a long time re entering details when so many orders are going out.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE HAVE DEALT WITH OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. ABOVE ALL EVEN FOR NON COMPUTER PEOPLE USING SYSTEM VERY USER FRIENDLY.

The service received is poretty good, when you consider that its being "ordered" on the web. The prices are fixed on your measurements and is more often than not cheaper than goin direct I would recomend this to businesses that are using small distribution quantities

Use Interparcel 100s of times 99% of the time everything is great - on a few occassions things have gone wrong - their contracated courier delivering to wrong person, parcel stuck in transit somewhere - not interpacels fault but they are not much help at sorting out any problems.

Interparcel are a great company which i use a lot even when i get calls from courier companies they cannot match these prices. Unfortunately it is very hard to get an account with Interparcel as you have to do a ridicules amount of parcels before you qualify, if you need a company with an account i would look towards OBA and the post office like we are doing if your parcels are small.

The interparcel website is quick and easy to use. But I don't always stick to the cheapest deals and tend to only use a couple of the couriers that I know deliver - in more ways than one! As long as things run smoothly this is a great website, the only time I have had a complaint is when parcels are lost and then no-one wants to go the extra mile to sort things out. The staff are very friendly but they just give you a bog standard 'I understand how you feel Mrs...' rather than a - let's see what we can do to get this put right answer! All in all, my preferred provider so they must be doing something right!

I have been using Interparcel for a few years now and find the service good and the website easy to use. Have mainly used the UPS service, but have also used TNT, City Link and Fedex for UK and overseas shipments. The non EU shipments automatically produce pro-forma invoices which is a good feature. They used to give 5% discount if you have an online account, but have sadly stopped that a while ago. I had to call to change delivery details a couple of times on bookings with no problems.

Use these guys if you wish to send out lots of parcels and want to have different options and rates. They are great.

We use Interparcel on a daily basis four our e-commerce store. The prices are not always the cheapest but the process is quick and the service much reliable than other providers. As we have used Interparcel for a long time, we would appreciate some discounts or pormotions every now and then for regular / returning customers like us.

I use Interparcel a lot, shipping probably about ten parcels a week. For 99% of these the system has been quick, efficient, and smooth. However on some occasions they have dropped the ball in a big way, failing to deliver parcels anywhere near the date they said they would or in one case even sending a parcel to another random address near my customer. On the plus side they have always refunded my payment with no complaint on those occasions.

Having used Interparcel since 2008 for all our International deliveries, I would recommend them to other people, your prices most of the time comes up to be the cheapest and its easy to book on-line, paperwork is straight forward to print off and your on-line chat is very handy to talk to someone if you need a quick answer, Phone lines can be a little wait but that's normal due to how busy they are. Most of the staff are helpful and can help you further with any queries you have. Have had a few issues but that was down to customers not Interparcel. Good Company to deal with and will continue to use them into the future

I find inter parcels are good the service is largely ok but there can get the odd blip where things go wrong they do however help you to sort problems when they arise

Our company is very happy with Interparcel service, all drivers are very nice and the service is very efficient. The parcel is always delivered on time. We had only one accident when the parcel was damaged, but Interparcel did refund us into our Paypall account. The outside UK deliver is little bite more complicated and not always is delivered on time and sometime there are problem with finding the delivery address.

Hi Thanks for asking me to review Interparcel. I use your website regularly it is a shame you do not offer frequent users a discount. You have changed the website slightly recently and I have noticed that I now have problems when putting in the postcode, it doesn't like it if you do not leave a space - even told me the courier did not collect my address - then I put a space in the post code and it was ok eg CM36AJ has to now be CM3 6AJ. It also has problems in the address if you use '-' or a '/' or 'No' 5 Sometimes when you are sending abroad the address does have '/' or No 5 or something like that and if you are not able to copy the address exactly may case a problem with the delivery. This is something that had only been a problem since the new system is in place. Hope this information helps. Other than my comments I am happy with the service provided. best wishes Michelle

We use this service regularly, overall very satisfied, however the customer services could be improved, as when we have come across a problem with non delivery we found it not so straight forward locating missing goods!

Hello, I could not find system to book slot for multiple items at once. I had 4 boxes and I had to add them one by one which took me a lot of time. Hope to see such system soon.
