While the system is quite good quite often I am told that your carriers do not cover an area, when I go to another agency the parcel goes without problem and usually without further cost, usually delivered by TNT who it transpires have a depot in that area. I suggest that you review your arangments.

My driver ,Nigel, from UPS is very courteous and efficient. I still get breakages on delivery but less than with Royal Mail . I sometimes wish on the odd occasion when the pack hasn't been delivered on a 24 hour that I can find out where it is and when it's going to be delivered the following late day. Principally as I/Parcel are agents they have to go through their protocol and as a third party contact UPS. But they knock off work at end of office hours. Sending direct with UPS allows better communication but can be expensive. This situation is a rarity however and in general the Interparcel staff are well informed and efficient. Website is great and easy to use even on a phone. On breakages I don't claim as it's long winded so I pack like there's no tomorrow and hope no one tries to reenact Barnes Wallace along the way.

Need to improve 1) The space of the 1st line of address is limited, sometimes it is hard to place the full address. 2) Telephone number should be optional as sometimes we cannot ask for every client to give the tel. no. 3) It is too long to get the refund for the claims. Some of our claims have never been refunded. 4) Add more service to Northern Ireland, Cyprus or Malta. Thank you for your attention

Started using Interparcel as Royal Mail were diverting our goods and those of an associated company and selling them to Ebay traders by the pallet load through an auction house, If you have had goods go 'missing' or have had notification of destruction for no good reason, look for your goods on ebay, Royal Mail are selling them on!!! yes the police were involved as well as action fraud and the lawyers are on the case! No slander as this has been investigated and evidence gathered. Inter parcel have been good so far, a bit more time consuming than RM if you have a lot of low value items, but they have handled our larger orders well and at a reasonable price.

An easy to use web based system that takes very little time and has great features. I particularly like the tracking link that is sent via Email when the transaction has been completed. I can forward this to my customers to make their task of tracking a very comfortable experience. The pre-pay system is terrific at saving time. I also recommended the service to all the customers who need to send good to me. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is the price. thanks for the service.

Overall good experience. Parcels are normally picked up within the time slot allocated. Only had a couple where they were not picked up on the day they were meant to. Interparcel were quick resolve. Would recommend.

I have used Interparcel on many occasions and have found it to be a straight forward, reliable and cost effective process. As I work from home, I also find it very convenient.

We use Interparcel for most of our internet order parcels. I have found them much easier to use than our main carrier's own website. No hidden charges! They handle any issues brought to their attention without fuss. The one thing I wish they would do is show Prepay refunds in their order history (although I haven't got round to mentioning it to them). I try other services occasionally, but always come back to Interparcel, so they must be doing something right.

We use Interparcel on nearly a daily basis, the website for booking the courier is very quick and easy to use and allows you to input personal details so you don't have to keep repeating this. Couriers have always come on time and are very polite and friendly.

I find their website easy to use and understand. The prices are always pretty good however I would say there are definitely cheaper options out there for Australian packages. If you need to call them the service is efficient and friendly. All in all pretty good!

Apart from two incidents I'm happy with the service levels. The response to my first attempt to claim was - no you can't - no offer of anything by way of compensation, and one parcel got to it's destination in a plastic bag - which I don't use so the courier must have destroyed the original. However these are isolated incidents and the girls in customer service are very helpful when ever I query anything and the chap that comes to collect our parcels is always very polite and helpful.

Almost all our shipping consignments go smoothly and get there on time. My only reservation is that being an online booking company, when we have had problems and needed customer service that has let them down. They do not seem interested in assisting if there is a problem. This is the only part which lets them down in my view.

We have had many problems with parcels vanishing and nobody knowing where they are, computers are not updated and sometimes the item has been delivered and the system is still saying it is sitting in the uk.

Easy to book, plenty of courier options at a much cheaper price than booking direct. We send all our business parcels through Interparcel. I appreciate the fact everything can be completed online. Would have gotten 5 stars if you can book a few shipments in one go and pay altogether rather than having to complete each transaction separately.

Interparcel offer a great service and 99 times out of 100 they deliver every time, unfortunately the 1 time they don't it is very difficult to get compensation or even a response even if you pay insurance but this is part and parcel (excuse the pun) of the courier business, I am sure they don't get much joy from the providers themselves. Overall a very good service though.

Generally very good with few problems. Have been using Interparcel several times a week for several years now. Their customer service response times by phone, chat or email have improved dramatically in that time.

i can recommend interparcel to anybody.. had to phone up twice so far because shipping labels weren't dispatched with e-mail but apart from that no probs.. regarding couriers i always use tnt express,never let me down.. i tried city link once and that was enough. didn't turn up for collection on the friday, cancelled order and they turned up at 8pm on monday evening, i explained to the driver that the parcel was already on it's way via tnt...
