I found the website very easy to use and clear in its instructions. The collection was made bang on time and the driver was very helpful. However, although I had printed all documents and attached them as instructed nowhere on th site did it tell me to print 4 copies of the customs invoice. I printed and attached one copy but the driver needed 3 more for his admin office. Once printed and dealt with the site is not easy to re-enter in order to print more. This meant that I had to detach the original customs invoice and scan and print 3 more copies. A slight annoyance in what was otherwise an excellent experience.

I like using Interparcel as I have lots of choice how to send my parcel. I really like the drop off parcel option which saves me having to wait in for a courier and if I get it ready early, or need to go out later, I can just drop it off when it suits me. There is a corner shop just nearby which I use. I can save my addresses I used repeatedly in an address book too. Their website could do with a little bit of tweaking to make it more user friendly, but generally it's great.

Interparcel is a very good system for sending small packages. The only problem I have is that you cannot value a document at zero, so you still require a customs invoice for the minimum value of GBP1. The shipping price for FedEx shipments is appreciably lower than using the FedEx website or an account.

Interparcel had turned up and collected and are brill, whereas when we booked TNT they never turned up twice!! We lost serval ??? over it as well... So I would consider that you don't use them as it brings your company down.

Using interparcel is easy and quick, with a excellent choice of couriers so the cusotmer can select the exact courier to meet their needs. I have shipped many parcels via interparcel using UPS in most cases. Collection times have never been missed, and shipments delivered on time

Very good service , text at 8-00 to say parcel in transit, then I was waiting for text to say it was delivered, at 6-00, I checked internet tracking and found parcel had benn delivered at 11-30 . As I was only charged 20p for the srevice I did not receive I will not chase. Still no final text.

This is an easy service to use (especially if you have a convenient drop-off point) and delivery was as promised. Communication with the recipient could be improved - a message saying "we are coming at xxx time" might have been appreciated. But otherwise, a competent service at a reasonable price.

My packet was picked up by helpful courier from my sister in Sweden and delivered to me (UK) when it was supposed to very efficient and same or lower price as royal mail so would def use again for parcels in Europe

Have used Interparcel for a couple of years for our business. Only had a few very minor hiccups which have always been dealt with promptly. The staff I have had dealings with have been great.

Great service but when spending nearly ?10K a year with them, not even getting a Christmas card or any offers/appreciation etc seems a bit crappy. "Your business is sincerely appreciated, anything we can do please get in touch and I will solve any issues you have" Would be fine. Instead, I have to go through the same lines that someone using them once a year would do. I run a business and it's the repeat customers you have to look after... All it would take is another company to offer competitive prices and I would easily jump ship. Whereas I would feel loyal to Interparcel if they seemed to treat me 'special'.

Very easy service to use, I frequently use their service in Australia as well. Rates are good, website easy to use. But be careful when things go off the rails. Had a bad experience when two weeks after a parcel had arrived (and long been opened and packaging discarded), they claimed TNT had reported it was MUCH bigger than originally stated (twice the size!) and wanted more money. TNT provided no evidence of this and Interparcel asked for none - just assumed I had tried to cheat. I sent them pics of the items (luckily they hadn't been fitted to my car yet!) to show they could not possibly be anywhere near the size claimed by TNT, and the original ebay listing but this wasn't good enough - they wanted copies of private emails to support my claim. I declined, pointing out that their requests defied common sense. This was months ago - haven't heard a word either way since. At virtually the same time, I received another parcel where the shipper had erroneously overstated the weight by 4 kgs - made quite a difference to the freight cost to Australia. I asked Interparcel to claim a refund - again, haven't heard a word. But these are isolated incidents, two amongst 60+ transactions. They just need to improve their fault-handling systems and follow up - it wold be nice to know what he outcomes of the above were.

Interparcel offer a great service, by giving you a variety of options for couriers. It is quick and easy to book and the prices are always very competitive. It would be even better if the user could store details like address, telephone, perhaps even payment details so that it is not necessary to enter them every time. Otherwise cannot fault them.

We inky send goods outside the UK occasionally. So Interparcel is a simple and efficient way of sending, and pricing export orders without any fuss.
