Very simple and easy to use website, very reasonable rates with the option of sms message when your parcel has been delivered. Would be so much better if you could book in more than one parcel at a time

providing you use the interparcel UPS service i have found the service good. The website can be a little irritating though, particularly when inputing address details, with the panes only accepting 30 characters each ( with my collection address having a long address), and then constantly saying " postcode not found", which seems fixable only by using the find address and selecting another address, then re-editing to correct......

i have been using for 3 years for personal use, i found their quote, booking process to be very simple and finally good prices. I have had a problem in 2012 new year date - the parcel was delayed and there was no one at interpacel to answer my call, it was working week! Eventually in 1st week of jan 2013 i talked to them and they refunded delivery costs with no arguing due to delivery been late.

I have been using Interparcel for a while now and on the whole, collection and subsequent deliveryhas been spot on. However , just this week. City link did not show for collection, despite having my phone number to advise of delays. Very frustrating just sitting waiting. But, on a positive note, the chat helpline is very good and did arrange collection the next day.

Excellent service . Courier turned up on time to collect parcel, which was delivered within 24 hours and tracking service was simple and accurate to follow. I choose Parcel Force and would definitely use them again.

i always use the "Interparcel" web site to place an order to ship my sales. I know i can trust the driver to pick up the item the same day. Simple printing of the label to be fixed to the package. Very satisfied with the system.

Although the website stated that our local One Stop was an agent, it turned out that they were not. Had to use a store a bit further down the road.

We use Interparcel all the time, occassionally we will have a blip but on the whole no problems. Price is ideal and can get the collection/delivery when I need it.

Excellent service from start to finish. the initial responses on the phone were quick and organised. The instructions were first class and the parcel tracking facility simple and efficient. The pick up was on time and delivery was next day - again on time. Very impressed with this outfit and will use them again in the future.

I have used Interparcel more than 15 times now, and the only 'gripe' I have with them is the over the odds cost for insurance. Competitors such as Parcel monkey offer the same delivery companies but the cost of parcel insurance with them is far less by comparison. all in all though they have always collected and sent items on time.

Although the service is excellent and reliable the online system could do with a tweek! We use your service almost weekly over the past 3 years, but are unable to store our information online I have to enter all the company and payment information every time I want to send parcels!!! Please help!!

I booked a drop off at Parcelforce and went straight down there. The order did take a little while to show on their system so I was left hanging around for a while. No problems otherwise though.

The website is easily accessible and just a few inputs get you thru the painless process of booking your parcel collection. The downside is the collection window is too wide, it should be narrowed down to 3/4 hourly windows. Difficult to be stuck in the house because you have been given an 8 hr window!

You need to make a complain to resolve your issue after ignored with the customer service. I hardly got my refund and I believe leaving negative feedback works well to get their attantion

Sent a B&O music center by Interparcel. Used enormous amounts of Bubblewrap and cardboard but the perspex lid had been smashed as if dropped from two to three feet on to its edge. When you read the fine print Interparcel want photos of the packaging so take photos as you pack it and keep them until the goods arrive safely, which I didn't. The recipient of your parcel will probably bin the packaging without photographing it, as mine did. Interparcel decided to trust me and refunded the cost of a new lid from eBay, but my professional position and role as past Treasurer and Secretary to a national charity helped. I wouldn't expect them to believe everyone.

Standard Service InterParcel.com ?8.49 + vat, collected by UPS on 5/2/13, 48 hour delivery.Tracking Number 937545311707 Given the superb tracking, the prompt collection, the on-time delivery and the fantastic manners of the delivery man you would expect me to give you a glowing five-star appraisal. All things being equal, that is what I would have done had the parcel not been hammered to a pulp. I must have been really unlucky on two counts. The first was the stupidity of the guy who packed it up into such an awkward shape and secondly the handlers who should have realised that there was a weak point and that it needed careful handling. The article was a rare Royal Geographical Society Globe on a three-legged stand, in pristine condition. It should have been completely taken apart, bubble wrapped and boxed up. Unfortunately just two of the three legs were detatched, inverted and attached to the main stem which was left attached to the 13" diameter globe and its' housing. So, the parcel was a huge globe plus mahogany housing, and a long thin stem with two legs sttached to it. Needless to say, the point at which the thin bit was attached to the bulbous bit was snapped clean off. A half inch thick steel bar was sheared. That must have taken some doing. The rough end of the sheared-off bar then penetrated the extensive wrapping and one of the fancy brass feet poked through and got broken off and lost. The two inch thick mahogany housing was also snapped in half and, in summary, the whole thing was only good for dumping. I am a retired carpenter and can repair most things but I gave up trying. Incredibly the delicate globe itself was unmarked. The guy who wrapped it, bubble wrapped it and then wrapped miles and miles of parcel tabe round it. The delivery man apologised for the state of the damaged parcel and came in to help me unwrap it. It took an eternity but the damage was obvious so we marked the parcel damaged alongside my signature. I am now torn between the devil and the deep blue sea as I do hate all the fuss and hassel of insurance claims especially for something that was only insured for the standard ?50. Probably best to write it off as a bad experience. I would use the service again but I would make sure that I wrapped it myself. Best regards, Barry Jones
