If I want to send parcels, apart from the smallest item, I use Interparcel. It is easy to use, offers an assortment of services and is reliable. I often recommend it. My only wish is that someone would put a "Send another?" button before I pay to save me typing all the payment stuff in two, three or multiple times.

Great company. Easy to use & a cheap price But don't book next day pickup cos it doesn't very often happen. Make sure it's picked up in next. 48hrs from bookin an all should be good

The prices, choices, ease and speed of booking an online parcel shipment are excellent, however I have a few gripes: - it took me ages chatting to a representative to understand how to pay with Paypal, the procedure is a little cumbersome and there's not much explanation of what is going on and what one has to do. Online help chat is good and quick though. - You can set a preference to show prices inclusive of VAT, but it doesn't seem to stick unless you log in, and even then the price of insurance is boosted by VAT at checkout, something one obviously forgets. - when sending with UPS, the tracking number on the website does not correspond with the tracking number from UPS, which means you have to type it all out to send it to the receiver. - Finally, it would be nice to have a quoting system that includes insurance right at the start, and that the levels of insurance/tracking/signature options are displayed when comparing quotes. Other than that and other minor flaws, it is excellent for choosing courier shipments to the UK and abroad, with very good and ample choice and especially very convenient prices, in particular those with UPS - they're cheaper here than on the UPS website. Recommended for individual and businesses alike.

Hi, Dropped of My parcel at the My Hermes point Saturday, Delivered today with no issues and in one peice. Only one issue, the scanner at my local drop off point was not working so had to drive to the next nearest. D

We have used Interparcel for some time mainly using TNT of their choice of carriers. Any problems (not many) have been down to TNT who have failed to collect parcels at times. The response of Interrparcel when this occurs is very good with a new set of paperwork. However it does mean a delay of a day to correct. The service of confirming delivery is really good. Prices are good especially when compared to Royal Mail who seem intent on pricing themselves out of the market including their Parcel Force service.

I have only been let down a few times for collection of my parcels. I have had to take them to the UPS depot myself, where I have paid them to be collected. Thanks Chris

We are using inter parcel for over 2 years now. Despite they are courier broker we are happy to work with them. We had few issues but some problems sometimes unavoidable I think. Web interface is very good and straight forward. It is very clean and clear on the prices and insurance cover and so on.

We have been using Interparcel for quite a while now and have found them to be reliable, efficient and trustworthy. What is especially good about Interparcel is that you can state a preferable time period for collection and 99% of the time they manage to collect on time. We have never had any parcels go missing and they always arrive on the date stated.

Goods pick up and service is good,communication good but to many things get damaged,boxes are marked very fragile with correct labling,always packed very well with bubble wrap and padding and in strong boxes,they must be thrown around to break them,some items are covered by insurance which is alway delt with quickly but some are not covered which looses me money,it is not the companys fault, it is the courrier workers who do not respect the packages,we have seen how they treat packages on tv programs, it is time something is done about this disgraceful behaviour.

I found the website quite easy to follow, but sometimes when a private customer is sending an item to a business which is all dealt with via internet, you don,t have a contact name, but it is marked as a mandatory requirement.

We use Interparcel on a daily basis and find the website very quick and easy to use with the minimum amount of boxes to fill out so from a busy office point of view it is perfect. Thank you

The time slot of the last collection is too late 18.30 or 19.30 as our office closes at 17.00 and its a gamble if we will be here when they come to collect.....so far so good.

As said above, generally trouble free. We used to have instances where requests were duplicated and charged twice but this (fingers crossed!) doesn't seem to happen now. At the moment, however, I have a problem. I'm trying to get a quote for sending a parcel to an IV3 8R post code. According to your system, this post code does not exist but, according to Royal Mail, who set the post codes, it is correct. I've also checked with the customer. As a result, I'm going to have to find another route as your system will not allow me to proceed. No matter how often I insert this post code, I cannot get a quote for it.
