“I run a small business and send out maybe 400 packages per year through Interparcel. I also have an account direct with TNT but sometimes use TNT booked via Interparcel instead, if the destination or item makes that cheaper. When I book direct with TNT the truck turns up the same day if I book before 2pm. When I book with TNT via Interparcel even before the earlier cutoff time, TNT hardly ever appears on the day. Usually they are a day late with collection but ten days ago I had a package that took 6 days after the Interparcel before it was collected. This has happened at least a dozen times over the past year or so, and each time I complain to Interparcel, telling them there is a SYSTEMIC failure in the way that info is passed to TNT. I always get an apology but feel that nothing is happening to cure the root problem. Apart from the TNT problem, I cannot fault Interparcels service or their customer support in any way.”

“The pickup timing was great and also delivery. My only disappointment was that i paid for a text to let me know when parcel was out for delivery, but never received it. I did receive the text to say parcel was delivered, also paid for.”

“I have used Interparcel loads of times and never had a problem. It can be a little long winded to book up and print off the shipping label, but it's worth the effort as you save a lot over Royal Mail.”

“There are more and more user-friendly and very economical options for sending a parcel. My only gripe, why I gave four stars is that you insist on being given a phone number for the recipient. I don't believe this is necessary and it means that if I don't have the number I can't use your services.”

“YOUR SERVICE IS NOT BAD. But there's only some problem and We didn't like that as in the past City link lost our 2 parcels and we tried to open the dispute but Interparcel said its been delivered when its not other than that its ok.”

“Very good value service as long as no issues arise. Poor communication between carrier and Interparcel means that if there is an issue it takes longer to correct than if you were dealing direct with the carrier. REALLY BAD - IS THE RIP-OFF TELEPHONE LINE AT 10P A MIN. Otherwise good service for the price, we use then almost every day.”

“Really happy with the service. Although once I opted for the drop off option. Expected delivery was the next day - I hadn't realised this is just an indication when using the drop off. Luckily the materials weren't need until the following day - but if not, I would have been very stuck.”

“The Interparcel site save me a lot of time and cost as I can see all the courier prices on a page, select and book. In addition I find that Interparcel's own quote is often the lowest and the courier is invariably UPS, which is reassuring. One issue I have is that I cannot complete online bookings without entering the recipients phone number and I often don't have this to hand. I quite understand that this is useful information but it would be more user friendly if completing this field was not mandatory.”

“Only ever had good customer service from Interparcel. The staff have always been quick to help me track a parcel or correct any mistakes made by myself during booking. The only problems we've had have been with the courier firm itself, in our case its always TNT. Problems with TNT not trying very hard to find an address. Once waited almost a week for TNT to get the parcel to a recipient.”
