Have used Interparcel extensively for nearly 5 years now and can say it is a good reliable service. However I still have an outstanding issue with damaged goods from 8th August 2013 but have heard nothing back. The order and tracking number below. Order number: 9000444 Tracking Number: 939000444521 Can you please clear this matter up soon, or at least acknowledge it!

Surprised at how a PF48 service for a parcel dropped off mid afternoon Friday in depot does not move out of depot until Monday to be delivered Wednesday ! On the other hand 2 dropped off with UPS started moving very quickly so mixed results from different carriers so very difficult to judge service yet. Does seem well priced though.

I have had a couple of failed deliveries and damaged items, but overall a good service. The UPS and City Link services are particularly good.

Service good to date apart from one instance when no collection was made, and no contact to explain. As the window for collection is basically all day ( 7am to 9pm) this was extremely inconvenient. This is 1 area which could be improved by giving a smaller window ie am or pm for more convenience.

They picked up on the right day. The parcel arrived at 9 am the next day and I was sent a confirmation text as requested. I would use again.

I use this site few times , good services, good price! But still confuse and get worry every time I booked, which I'd do or not, hope more instruction or explanation of international delivery :)

Easy to deal with when occasional problems arise (nature of the beast). I only use MyHermes as second reserve. I send probably 150 parcels through Interparcel a year, so am satisfied with the service provided, Website needs updating.

really easy to use and book a parcel and the item that the post office were going to charge me ?8.00 was just over half the price so well worth booking. Only advice i can give other users is DON'T USE THE RIP OFF POST OFFICE SERVICE

I send a lot of parcels 500g to USA and begrude spending ?30 to ship FedEx so I really would like to see more effort winning this business. Overall a good company to get competative quotes for anything 1KG plus. I use them all the time.

I use Interparcel for occasional despatches for the business consultancy I work for. We are located in a very rural area, without local Post Office services, so such services are extremely useful. Booking the delivery service was simple, with labels and clear instructions provided. The courier arrived on the correct day, and for this latest delivery it got there in excellent time, ahead of the provisional delivery date. Would not hesitate to use again - in fact I use this firm regularly. On the only 2 occasions we have had trouble we got a full refund without question.

Would be helpful if a time could be pinned down, so you don't have to wait in all day. That and I always want some paperwork when a parcel's been taken. Think this depends on which service you book.

When things go wrong, through no error of customer, either recompense or correction are not easily approached. I had booked a parcel for urgent/next day collection. It was not collected on the day and I was not refunded the difference. Otherwise all ok.

Quite easy and convenient way to send parcels. The only issues I have is that when sending parcel abroad, say an urgent document, on your selection you assumed that everything going abroad is an export. You should be flexible with selections or better still include documents. Secondly you have made the day end time unalterable, yet the reality is that businesses have different closing times and not always 5.30pm as you suggest. What will be the point of an agent turning up at 5pm when the business closes at 4pm. You should make the user say the day end time and that way you will avoid useless trips to businesses already closed for the day.

Good service Monday to Friday but weekend booking not good! System blocks itself , have to keep rebooting keeps asking for 1st names not initials so you have to wait till Mondays for booking pick-ups for Tuesday.
