“I've used them a lot and their so much cheaper than going direct to the main couriers. You get the same service at a fraction of the cost.”

“As you know I use Interparcel quite a lot,they are mostly very good and prices are reasonable.Our parcels are exceptionally well packed but I have still had breakages on at least 2 occasions. Last night I booked in 4 large parcels all going to the same address .I opted for AFTER 12.00pm because we had to collect an item at 10.45am. OK so far-BUT- we got back into the house at exactly 11.30am today to find that the courier had already been and left a note saying they will come back tomorrow.Shock,horror as parcels had to be in Swindon next day (tomorrow).Phoned Interlink the courier -all automated could not speak to anyone.Logged online,phoned Interparcel at 11.30 and I said courier should not have called until after midday we are home well before that time and courier has already been.Oh it isn't guaranteed that they come after 12.00pm -said the interparcel woman!!!!! What???Then why on earth do you give people this option without saying that it is NOT guaranteed?I would not have gone out at all if I had known this.Very misleading .”

“Generally very good service. Website sates ?Guaranteed? deliveries. However as this guarantee is only activated once the collection has been carried out, if collection doesn?t take place as booked, the guarantee is pointless.”

“I have been using Interparcel now for a few years, and have not had any problems with their service for arranging collections to cope with my courier needs, they have tried to be as helpful as they can but sometimes courier companies let them down, but its not their fault, I happily use them, but will avoid the couriers that start with H, they loose things!”

“it is good to find an easy way to ship in comfort with less hassles but on the other hand it`s needed a 24hr phone customer service so that who will be like me as first time shippers will find answers to thier questions and even assitance to thier queries, but on the whole lot it`s a good service.”

“It would have been 5 stars, but I never got that 5% discount on my next parcel they kept advertising a long while back - must have tried to get it on over a dozen parcels, but it never materialised. Still more reliable then royal mail though.”

“Have used Interparcel for a number of years now. Website is easy to use with paperwork received promptly. Perfect for small business use, although rates are not the most competitive it is an easy service to use, and in 4 years of use have not failed on any occasions to deliver or collect on time.”

“Very easy to book on line and good prices. I have used interparcel many times and only had problems twice. However, if it does go wrong you are stuck between interparcel and the company making the delivery and it is hard to get anywhere or even find out what has happened as neither side takes responsibility. Overall though I would recommend.”

“Interparcel make it very easy to arrange a courier at a great price. You enter the weight and dimensions of your parcel, the destination and collection addresses (which can be approximate), and then from a list of price quotes you can choose the carrier, the speed, and whether you want additional insurance cover. Only quibble is that the range of collection times is rather wide, and you can't tell them reception is closed for a lunch hour!”

“Booking made easy, simple to navigate website. Booked collection for between 12.30 -3 PM. Received a phone call advising the driver could not collect until 5, so said ok collect tomorrow as would not be around at 5. Shortly afterwards the deriver came to collect at around 12.30 as I had booked . Appreciate the collection being as I had booked, so why call me to say they could not collect. No complaints otherwise. Paul”

“If you want to send a parcel - anywhere in the world - I'd recommend you try Intrparcel. The website is easy to use, lots of choices to book, prices are excellent - and the service is great. I've only had to phone them twice, once because I forgot to put an item on my customs form, and they added it for me, no fuss at all, sent me out new forms to print and all was well in the world. The second time was due to FedEx refusing to accept a package (see below). Both times really helpful and friendly. The only company I wouldn't recommend for sending gifts to the USA via Interparcel is FedEx - both times we've booked them they've disputed the legality of the contents (sweets and chocolate apparently need a complete breakdown of ingredients?!) on one occasion they refused to take the parcel and we had to get a refund and re-book. Two bad experiences out of hundreds (it seems like hundreds!) can't be bad, and now we book via the Interparcel Economy service, we've never had a problem *touch wood*, thank you to everyone at Interparcel, you're doing a great job :o)”
