One suggestion to improve would be to add in the address box as part of the online form a 'special instructions' section eg: adding a gate code etc and instructions to get to a property if SatNav area codes do not apply, there have been many problems in the past where collections have not been made because of these problems, otherwise keep up the good work!

Interparcel offers great rate. the website is very easy to access and organize a shipment. The payment section should demonstrate more security assurance to customers.

It was easy to process on line, but when I took the parcel to Parcel Force they said I should have had another label to attach to the parcel. And it was not suporse to be taken there unit Monday the 3rd. I gave him the Number you provided and as I was leaving the depot he came out and said he could take it then, but in future I would need the correct label. The sticky label he showed me had a bar code on etc. I would use you again soon, but I would like this misunderstanding cleared up first. 1, when do I take it to the local depot 2. Do I need more then the quote number ( actual label) to take with me. I hope you get back to me on this. Kind regards Phil

The website is easily accessible and just a few inputs get you thru the painless process of booking your parcel collection. The downside is the collection window is too wide, it should be narrowed down to 3/4 hourly windows. Difficult to be stuck in the house because you have been given an 8 hr window!

I booked a drop off at Parcelforce and went straight down there. The order did take a little while to show on their system so I was left hanging around for a while. No problems otherwise though.

I have been using Interparcel for a while now and on the whole, collection and subsequent deliveryhas been spot on. However , just this week. City link did not show for collection, despite having my phone number to advise of delays. Very frustrating just sitting waiting. But, on a positive note, the chat helpline is very good and did arrange collection the next day.

i have been using for 3 years for personal use, i found their quote, booking process to be very simple and finally good prices. I have had a problem in 2012 new year date - the parcel was delayed and there was no one at interpacel to answer my call, it was working week! Eventually in 1st week of jan 2013 i talked to them and they refunded delivery costs with no arguing due to delivery been late.

providing you use the interparcel UPS service i have found the service good. The website can be a little irritating though, particularly when inputing address details, with the panes only accepting 30 characters each ( with my collection address having a long address), and then constantly saying " postcode not found", which seems fixable only by using the find address and selecting another address, then re-editing to correct......

easy booking but should improve the slots when booking as they are too wide. Not possible to book for an AM collection, only for PM

I find Interparcel easy to use and reasonably efficient. The service offered by different couriers is variable. Booking via Interparcel is not always the most cost efficient option.

It was difficult to find a carrier on-line who would deliver my parcel. I found most of the sites confusing and not very helpful. I finally found TNT their site was the easiest to use. The print out labels were fine although the final label didn't come through until the next morning at 0845hrs. The parcel could have been picked up at 0900hrs so the timing could have been a problem. I was really impressed by the man who collected the parcel. Dressed smartly in uniform, polite and driving a nicely turned out vehicle. Much preferred to "white van man" or private car picking up parcels.

Convenient and well priced courier service. Mostly works well. Problem areas include: 1. Difficult and expensive to talk to a real person. 2. Form asks you to put down collection earliest and latest times. This information is not always passed to driver who may then call when you are not in and then you have to arrange a recollection. (See point 1 above).

Can be difficult to find precise times, and because of the model of couriers within the system, it can be hard to get customer service. But most of the time, perfectly satisfactory.

Have used the company twice. The service has been as advertised. Easy to use and economical compared to other companies and Royal Mail. Only drawback is long window - a whole day from 8.30am to 5.30pm. A morning or afternoon window would be perfect
