Really easy efficient courier booking with all the information clearly shown, the one feature that would improve it would be to be able to book multiple parcels before paying instead of having to do them one at a time.

I don't book couriers very often but when I do I usually dread the experience as it's normally accompanied by major headaches. Interparcel make the whole experience very easy and much less stressful than other companies I've used.

Good service, though the website did force me to enter all the data twice (possibly just a glitch, but this is the reason for the missing star). Decent price for a next day courier, delivery on time, sender and receiver both happy.

We use interparcel as it is an easy online courier booking service which you can use outside office hours. We generally find their standard service excellent as the parcel gets delivered the day after collection.

I started to use inter parcel after repeated problems with Royal Mail and the fact inter parcel often have a cheaper service helps as well! Very easy to book and track! I would like to see a app to use to make it a 5 star service

Dealing with couriers is always going to be problematic, especially the cheaper options, but I've been using interparcel for a few years now so that in itself is telling. I actually choose them over booking direct with myhermes for instc=ance as it's an easier experience, and usually the same or even cheaper! I really appreciate the ability to telephone and speak to a real person with a problem, and the girls are always polite. 4 stars rather than 5 because often there is no follow up - I appreciate it can be time consuming, but if you are not able to email me and explain you've rebooked a missed collection then don't tell me you will.

A good company that make shipping easy. When we have had the odd issue (FedEx's fault) their customer service has been quick to try and resolve the situation. Website could do with tweaking to allow you to change your login details but that's a very minor issue.

After some fiddling about with the website (I was only sending documents but couldn't find an option for this) my order went through smoothly. FedEx guy turned up at bang on 9 a.m. next day and I tracked my parcel all the way to delivery in Canada. All this for less than half the price that FedEx was quoting on their website. Excellent.

Very easy to book on line and good prices. I have used interparcel many times and only had problems twice. However, if it does go wrong you are stuck between interparcel and the company making the delivery and it is hard to get anywhere or even find out what has happened as neither side takes responsibility. Overall though I would recommend.

My first time and hope I've done it correctly, but in your check procedure, I couldn' find how to type 1.7 kg so I've just pu 1kg and hope it's right. If I've underpaid please bill me. Bill Harvey

Generally an excellent service. My only complaint is inputting postcodes on front page. if you don't leave a gap between first half and second half, the system can't read it on the 2nd page and you have to start whole thing again. Otherwise, v good service and website..!

Had to send back a damaged single 3pk bed to Bolton from Aldershot. Cost ?50.00 to send being a big company thought it might be cheaper. might use again if prices get cheaper other than that a good service

This website is very user friendly and the customer service team were very helpful when dealing with a query I had. The live chat with an agent called Kirsty was a pretty tedious experience. She was very slow at responding and when she eventually did, she managed to not only have the wrong information but somehow convey a rude tone, even through her typing. Impressive skills! Shame really as the overall experience was good;more training required on Live Chat please

I needed a courier to get some papers to Jamaica as quickly as possible. Booking through Interparcel was half the price of going to the big courier companies direct (TNT/Fedex etc). Courier door to door took three days and I could track my papers on the Interpercel website. I also received text messages informing me of the safe delivery of my papers. I would definitely use this Interparcel again. I was very impressed

I had to send a parcel containing magazines to the US. In the past we have used the Royal Mail to send individual magazines to the US and Canada. The quite unacceptable increase in the Royal Mail rates meant that we needed to find a cheaper alternative. We found one of our members in the US who would be prepared to use to local postal service to do the final part of the distribution. All we needed to find was someone to arrange the first leg of the distribution - that is to say move a parcel containing the magazines packed in bulk from the UK to the US. Interparcel provided the solution providing an economical and efficient problem free service.
