“Not always the cheapest but for ad hoc parcels Interparcel offer a choice of services at reasonable prices.”

“From small parcels to large..there is always an affordable option for me on interparel. I use it primarily for business and have had no problems with any of the services from Hermes to (my personal faves) TNT.”

“I have used interparcel for 6 years, they are a very good as a company. BUT it really depends of the service you select, avoid Yodal, HDNL and City Link and you will be fine. I really think they need to get DHL back on their books as they are extremely good and lose these joke couriers that make them look bad,”

“Not much to say really. I justprinted out the labels, stuck them on the box ready for pickup. Pickup came during the time period promised, and the box was delivered as promised. Tracking was available.”

“It is the first time that I had used a same day courier and it was as easy as pie to do. The website was extremely user-friendly and the parcel was collected within an hour of me placing the order. All in all a good job done.”

“Unusually today and only 10.30 in the morning , the collection driver has called to say that he has finished in my area and is now many miles away . "Is it alright if he picks up tomorrow at 9 -10 am ? I was able to say that this will be fine as the parcel was not urgent . Odd though from a company which had collection windows open until 5pm”

“First time I have used them after getting fed up with Parcel2go poor performance and woeful customer service. Web site seems fine. I would ideally like a FREE text advising a window on the day when to expect the collection rather than having to hang around all day. I will find out if they can deliver shortly...”

“Your service is quite good. We need SMS service when your man is around for collection .Calling you 0n 0845 number incase of concerns or queries is horrendous as it is even more expensive than sendig a parcel.THINK about this pls. Big thank you to all interparcel staff”

“interparcel is great for comparing courier services ad i use it a lot. it is the main rival to Parcel2go that i also use. However, i stopped using Parcel2go when i had a problem and could not find a phone number for them anywhere. Interparcel, however, are contactable. However, i have had a problem with it saying my card is declined when there's nothing wrong with my card. i was only able to resolve this by phoning them up.”

“I have always recommended using Inter parcel to friends and family, as it has always been an excellent and efficient service when I have used it. The downside has always been an indefinite collection and delivery time, causing problems at either end sometimes. However, recently I was delighted to see the day could be divided into an am or pm collection. Unfortunately, my requested collection time was not adhered to and the courier was missed, Two phone calls later and the parcel was finally collected the following day. The good news is it arrived in time for a young boy's birthday. Sarah”

“The website had lots of easy to find information and I quickly found the right option for price and delivery date. I paid online and didn't need a printer. Hopefully, my parcel will be picked up and delivered as booked.”

“Very good prices on the large and medium parcels cheaper than Royal mail or whoever they are now and not so cheap on the small size parcels so still using Royal mail for that which is a pity also pity you do not do postage for letters as stamps are going up again.”

“the service is good and any questions are replyed to but if your parcell is damaged and bits missing and you want to make a claim good luck i am still waiting for compansation since 20/2/14”

“Found the experience pleasant and the site easy to navigate. Paying with PayPal was a definite bonus and there was quite a few couriers to choose from. Only down side which may have been my fault, was that the delivery address was jumbled up although I'm confident that I filled the boxes out properly. I had to write the address out again on the package. Will consider using interparcel again over my usual choice. Nigel”

“Very good until you try to send more than one delivery per day and then we always have problems as the system seems unable to accept it. Just tried to send a second parcel this morning five minutes after booking a collection and the system says it does not recognise the collection post code!”

“very easy to book online. just weigh and measure the package and put the details in the boxes online. Choose where you want to drop it off and hey presto all the labels are ready to print off and attach to the package. Drop it off collect the receipt and that's it!”
