The process worked well up to the printing of the shipping Label and delivery address labels. Got round it as not an unusual problem with net purchases so have coped before. Otherwise this is a service I have used before and found good and reliable.

Interparcel usually come up with great value shipping on mid to large size parcels. Be careful on smaller packages as even the usually ridiculous Royal Mail can work out cheaper - but where Interparcel save, the savings can be huge. ?70 cheaper to book a next day TNT shipment via Interparcel than direct with TNT on a recent package. Interparcel really do make doing business with other EC countries pretty simple and more important, profitable.

A number of times frantically calling inter parcel costing me over a no show"he is on his way" does not help twice had to drive60 mile round trip to ensure parcel collection... Honest answers please !

Collected chair for me from S/England, delivered to midlands the following day! But at nearly ?50 I thought it was expensive

We use interparcel regularly and choose TNT and UPS services in the main. I think we have had no lost shipments and only one damaged shipment in the 4 years we have been using the service. The name and address database could be more comprehensive and up-to-date and the cut off for next day delivery could be later but Interparcel is a good value for money service.

I have a parcel that was sent on the 25th February and only went out for Delivery on the 1st March. The status now is that there is an issue with the address and on 11th it has been sent back to the Hermes Depot. 10 days and not follow up. I have a very unhappy customer. 949531046829

Very easy to use service but sometimes the courier companies are not totally reliable. We use it several times each week and most of the time the service is excellent.

I used to use interparcel a lot, it used to be very reasonable for next day delivery but over ?10 for a small parcel is a rip off. I would have used Hermes but it wasn't next day.

Interparcel offer a great service that I have used several times. On the last occasion I used City Link via Interparcel they managed to send a shipment to Bangor in South Wales , rather than Upminster in Essex. To find out what was going on was almost impossible. I do not blame Interparcel in any way for this, its just that City Link seem dysfunctional.

Hi, Your web site is very well designed but still lacking in the facility when help is needed. 1) Communication link when help is needed are NOT APPROPRIATE. Of course you have phone number to contact but the charges are quite high and very busy, so one one feels reluctant to use it, then the chat service is mostly not available the last resort is e mail then which also takes long waiting for your reply . For all these reasons you may lose your lots of genuine customer. Solutions. Introduce either a free phone service or one with the common phone rate,you will earn much more than otherwise this way. Make a short call duration limit to be economical. 2) Introduce a separate HELP LINE when someone is having difficulty in filling your form a free phone line or quick chat service, because most time one gets stuck and can not proceed further and then finding no quick help look for the other services available. here you lose another customer. This literary has happened to someone I know ,but he was determined to use your services which he did. I hope these few lines of my personal experience as an retired Managing Director of a company will be helpful and beneficial for you. Regards. Yours Sincerely, Syed

Easy to arrange collection on line, bit of a nuisance having to wait in all day, however it's always a friendly driver. First black mark today, waited in all day for collection that never came, I am booked with Citylink, tomorrow with another parcel, am expecting a pick up by UPS (interparcel economy) hoping they will take both parcels.

Great site and service however when I am sending several parcels to different people on same day it would be nice to speed up process somehow. Either be able to do multiple parcels and then do one payment and one invoice, or store card details etc. so can just say "Pay"

WE HAVE USED INTERPARCEL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAVE HAD WAS THAT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHEN THEIR PRICES WENT UP WE ALSO LOST OUR 5 PER CENT DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ACCOUNT HOLDER. IF IT WERE NOT FOR THIS THEN WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A 5 STAR RATING

The man who came to pick the parcel up was early and then grumpy that i wasn't ready! But it got there and in one piece too, which was good, so on the the whole a good service.

the booking process was ok a little awkward at first but soon mastered. speed of response was good and although a wide collection time was offered it all went off smoothly. All I need to do now is confirm my parcel got there but the first part went off ok

Prohibited items do not match the prohibited items of the individual carriers you represent. I had an exchange with one of your staff who said that a sealed gel lead acid battery was prohibited but when I enquired with our main carrier, it was not the case. Some labelling was required but as long as it could not leak, they were satisfied. It was the same with Royal Mail. No-one was prepared to look into the matter deeper. Rules were rules!!

Usually faultless service and UPS driver local to me is wonderful. Three parcels were damaged and two delayed in the last couple of weeks. This has never been the case and so I wonder if something has changed.
