It was easy to process on line, but when I took the parcel to Parcel Force they said I should have had another label to attach to the parcel. And it was not suporse to be taken there unit Monday the 3rd. I gave him the Number you provided and as I was leaving the depot he came out and said he could take it then, but in future I would need the correct label. The sticky label he showed me had a bar code on etc. I would use you again soon, but I would like this misunderstanding cleared up first. 1, when do I take it to the local depot 2. Do I need more then the quote number ( actual label) to take with me. I hope you get back to me on this. Kind regards Phil

I have been using Interparcel since April 2012 and have sent out about 200 parcels during that time and I have found Interparcel to be very efficient, reliable and approachable. Out of the 200 parcels I have only had a couple of issues but with a phone call to Interparcel Customer Services they were dealt with quickly and efficiently leaving me satisfied with the outcome. I would have no problem recommending Interparcel to anyone who is looking for quality parcel delivery.

10/10 for service, but the website could be improved very easily. Why not allow certain details on a customer account to remain 'prepopulated' to save repeatedly completing the same fields again and again - ie. address, payment details, etc.

Was recommended this company. Easy to use and easy to pay. Good prices. First driver was a little unhelpful. Customer Services sorted out the issue at no extra charge. Impressed.

Using the website was easy and parcel was collected on time. Using the tracking facility enable me to identify that the parcel had not be delivered. Contacting Interparcel identified that the courier had lost the parcel (not Interparcel's fault) and the staff at Interparcel guided me through the claims procedure which was dealt with promptly resulting in payment for the full value of the goods sent and a full refund of the delivery costs.

Interparcel offers great rate. the website is very easy to access and organize a shipment. The payment section should demonstrate more security assurance to customers.

We would still be using you 100% if you accepted liquids. It's frustrating that many of your preferred carriers accept our bookings direct of samples (non haz ear sprays, for example), but your own policy prevents this. Shame. Otherwise, a great service and user-friendly.

I've been using Interparcel on behalf of my company for over two years now. It's quick and easy to get a quote for a parcel and the prices are very good compared to going direct with some of the main couriers. Pros - Address book, quick to book parcel, quotes easy to get, the right paperwork (including customs invoices) ready to print. Cons - Customer support can be hard to get hold of at times, long waiting times on phone and instant chat although only had to contact four or five times in two years. Wish Interparcel would give receipts when topping up the prepay balance - asked several times but this has never been resolved. Not good when you need receipts for all transactions. Overall I would recommend Interparcel.

The whole process worked very well. My only gripe being that for some of the services requiring a drop off location I was presented with a map with... no drop off locations on it: very frustrating. In the end I used a collection service and it worked seamlessly.

Very efficient and much cheaper than sending a parcel by post - plus you don't have to go to the post office and there is no queuing behind someone taking ages. The only drawback is it won't accept my collection address as a business one so I have to get in an hour early - in fact I always have the same man collecting and he arrives about 11-12 midday but I still get in early just in case. I will continue to use it for posting out large and heavy parcels.

it is good to find an easy way to ship in comfort with less hassles but on the other hand it`s needed a 24hr phone customer service so that who will be like me as first time shippers will find answers to thier questions and even assitance to thier queries, but on the whole lot it`s a good service.

i always use interparcel for bulky or heavy items, i opt for same speed service (up to 5 days delivery) as post office but delivery is often within 2 days. my only gripe would be that they don't offer collection time slot....i need to wait in all day for collection

I would highly rate this service, firstly I didn't have to print any address labels, like some of the others wanted, which is just as well, as I don't have a printer. Secondly the delivery guy was friendly and reassured me that they would sort everything out for me. Thirdly, the post office wanted to charge me ?16.40 for the parcel, the only thing I would like to mention, is once I was happy with the price quoted & time I wanted, they added on VAT, it would have been helpful to know if VAT was included on not , otherwise I would have marked it as a Five star.

Pick up didn't come in time window specified but they picked up the parcel left outside OK. Good tracking and comms.
