“I love Interparcel. We've had almost no trouble with the service at all and despite hunting around regularly, have yet to find a cheaper service. However, it is impossible to get boxes to fit what we sell without it costing a fortune, which we would have to pass on to our customers. So on those very rare occasions when something goes wrong (three times in 10 years) we have to swallow the cost as they will not pay out for the insurance, even if you pay it. This despite the fact that our packaging is far stronger and more secure than cardboard. Those damages that we've had would have happened whatever the packaging. After all, it can't be easy to snap a 16mm thick carbon fibre rod surrounded by foam in half.”

“My only problem is that when I took over the account from a ex employee I cannot change the log in details to mine without loosing all the address in the address book!! I have used Interparcel on a weekly basis for about 2 years without any problem however I have not found their customer services advisors very helpful with the above problem its just a case of bad luck put in all your address again!! Not sure they realise how time-consuming this would be!!”

“I have to say this service is not faultless but very close. I use them most days to carry Violins for me. In the last two years they've lost one, which was disappointing, and missed a couple of collections, which was also a bit disappointing. The collection drivers have always been very pleasant to deal with and obviously very keen to get it right, which is one of the reasons I keep using them.”

“We have used Interparcel for two years and have been delighted with the service.Only one delivery went wrong-compounded by a poor delivery driver for Hermes in Cambridge.Interparcel normally use UPS or Hermes and both use good agents in our area.”

“I have a small business shipping guitars which are generally around 1m 10cm long. The website is set up so I cannot drop off a parcel that large at my local collection point. They are quite happy to accept a parcel of that size because it is generally less than 10kg. This means that I have to book and then wait in for the parcel to be collected. This is a little frustrating”

“I have used Interparcel about half a dozen times. it is an economical and convenient way to send a parcel and all but one has been problem free. One of my parcels was not collected on the booked date. I emailed the company and another collection date was promptly arranged. It was irritating but right before Xmas when I suppose they were terribly busy and made a mistake! I have forgiven the company and used them again since!! One improvement they could make is to give more specific pick up times - 8am to 9pm is a long time to have to wait at home! If they could specify before or after eg 1pm that would be very helpful.”

“I have used this company for a wide variety of services and had good service. Although they are not competitive for alot of services, e.g. sending abroad is generally expensive and if you shop about you can find cheaper elsewhere, large or heavy UK parcels are also not competative. Small and light are good prices though.”

“I had a few problems before due to courier failed to collect, or lost items by couriers, however, when I contact interparcel, through email or chat, they help straight away, by rearranging or cancelling and refund. Or helping with claim process straight away in case of lost or damaged items. The only thing is that sometimes parcels are delivered through courier like city link, but tracking result not updated on interparcel site. Which makes me contact them to check where is the parcel.. As a seller I have no idea where the item is unless full tracking result appeared. I think it will be better to give tracking numbers of courier as city link or parcelforce as well as tracking number of interparcel. However. I'm pleased with the service of interparcel, would recommend it to a friend to use that service.”

“A very simple online experience that takes the hard work out of sending parcels. Just one irritant is that I wishes to pay by Paypal directly from my Paypal account but discovered that I had to have a Paypal credit/debit card. Net result ..... I had to start again from the beginning with entering all details.. ..... shame!”
