“Not much to say really. I justprinted out the labels, stuck them on the box ready for pickup. Pickup came during the time period promised, and the box was delivered as promised. Tracking was available.”

“I have used interparcel for 6 years, they are a very good as a company. BUT it really depends of the service you select, avoid Yodal, HDNL and City Link and you will be fine. I really think they need to get DHL back on their books as they are extremely good and lose these joke couriers that make them look bad,”

“From small parcels to large..there is always an affordable option for me on interparel. I use it primarily for business and have had no problems with any of the services from Hermes to (my personal faves) TNT.”

“Have used the company twice. The service has been as advertised. Easy to use and economical compared to other companies and Royal Mail. Only drawback is long window - a whole day from 8.30am to 5.30pm. A morning or afternoon window would be perfect”

“You could consider using hermes drop off and collections- also filling out the forms can be time consuming, if you could have a system which stores my details not just the email address that will be extremely helpful as it takes a long time re entering details when so many orders are going out.”

“Easy to use and fair prices. Shame they do not offer discounts for regular customers. parcelflight.co.uk work out cheaper, but can be a pain on international deliveries and hence why we use interparcel, most of the time.”

“I found all my experiences with interparcel excellent! Any issues that occurred were dealt with immediately and sorted with no extra charge, there quotes and prices have been very very competitive and i would recommend you try this site. Good Jog A*****”

“I have been using Interparcel now for some years. I dont think I have ever lost or had a parcel damaged, UK andf International. I like the new drop off service as I dont have to wait in for the collection, but when placing the order it would be better if the system remembered which drop off point (s) I have previously used. I dont like the request for SMS messages. If the default was no, then that would save me 2 key strokes!”

“Have had no problems when using Interparcel, the drivers have always turned up on the day booked, which is something I cannot say for some of the other couriers. Not had any problems with items being damaged, and items are delivered when advised. All in all a good Company, that I would recommend. Four stars because I rarely give 5 not because I am dissatisfied.”

“99.9% of the time interparcel are perfect and a much cheaper alternative to RM and direct use of the major carriers, the website is good, however my gripe is with Hermes, which although not an intrinsic part of interparcel are used by interparcel , ,they have in my experience seriously underperformed for me, and i will no longer use them at all ever !!! there are alternatives which whilst not being quite as a cheap are near enough in price as to make far more preferable.”
