Very good prices on the large and medium parcels cheaper than Royal mail or whoever they are now and not so cheap on the small size parcels so still using Royal mail for that which is a pity also pity you do not do postage for letters as stamps are going up again.

The website had lots of easy to find information and I quickly found the right option for price and delivery date. I paid online and didn't need a printer. Hopefully, my parcel will be picked up and delivered as booked.

I have always recommended using Inter parcel to friends and family, as it has always been an excellent and efficient service when I have used it. The downside has always been an indefinite collection and delivery time, causing problems at either end sometimes. However, recently I was delighted to see the day could be divided into an am or pm collection. Unfortunately, my requested collection time was not adhered to and the courier was missed, Two phone calls later and the parcel was finally collected the following day. The good news is it arrived in time for a young boy's birthday. Sarah

interparcel is great for comparing courier services ad i use it a lot. it is the main rival to Parcel2go that i also use. However, i stopped using Parcel2go when i had a problem and could not find a phone number for them anywhere. Interparcel, however, are contactable. However, i have had a problem with it saying my card is declined when there's nothing wrong with my card. i was only able to resolve this by phoning them up.

Your service is quite good. We need SMS service when your man is around for collection .Calling you 0n 0845 number incase of concerns or queries is horrendous as it is even more expensive than sendig a parcel.THINK about this pls. Big thank you to all interparcel staff

First time I have used them after getting fed up with Parcel2go poor performance and woeful customer service. Web site seems fine. I would ideally like a FREE text advising a window on the day when to expect the collection rather than having to hang around all day. I will find out if they can deliver shortly...

Unusually today and only 10.30 in the morning , the collection driver has called to say that he has finished in my area and is now many miles away . "Is it alright if he picks up tomorrow at 9 -10 am ? I was able to say that this will be fine as the parcel was not urgent . Odd though from a company which had collection windows open until 5pm

Having used Interparcel for some years now I have found them to be efficient (yes, you can actually speak with them on the telephone if the need arises) and offering a good range of sensibly priced alternative services for all occasions and pockets.

I regularly use your website to book courier collections and have noticed when opting for unguaranteed 48hr city link collection I have a better than average chance of having no collection at all. Your call centre girls have always been more than helpful, which helps, but after all it's not their fault drivers don't collect. On the other hand by paying extra for city link next day collection they seem reliable, obviously you get what you pay for BUT Hermes the cheapest of the lot have never failed to collect.

Having used other couriers services in the past this has the best support with instant phone line help would help if shipping labels didnt include a colour logo as this slows down printing labels would be better if they were just black and white

The website is extremely easy to use and the choice of carriers very welcome. The "My Account" feature is great and the address book facility also very useful. Only one minor gripe, when using the drop off service, it does not and will not put addresses into the address book for future use. I did tell the service team but nothing was done. It is a minor irritation but otherwise the service is first class.

We send out small numbers of parcels, maybe 4 or 5 a week and have used Interparcel regularly for several years now and have found their service to be the best in the Parcel courier sector. Sometimes let down by their partners not collecting but to be fair that isn't Interparcel's fault. An automatic system for re-booking failed collections would remove some of the hassle. I would recommend Interparcel on the basis of competitive prices and a good service level.

The prices charged are less than if we dealt with the courier companies directly and I seldom have a problem with the collection of the package.

Hello, I could not find system to book slot for multiple items at once. I had 4 boxes and I had to add them one by one which took me a lot of time. Hope to see such system soon.

We use this service regularly, overall very satisfied, however the customer services could be improved, as when we have come across a problem with non delivery we found it not so straight forward locating missing goods!

Hi Thanks for asking me to review Interparcel. I use your website regularly it is a shame you do not offer frequent users a discount. You have changed the website slightly recently and I have noticed that I now have problems when putting in the postcode, it doesn't like it if you do not leave a space - even told me the courier did not collect my address - then I put a space in the post code and it was ok eg CM36AJ has to now be CM3 6AJ. It also has problems in the address if you use '-' or a '/' or 'No' 5 Sometimes when you are sending abroad the address does have '/' or No 5 or something like that and if you are not able to copy the address exactly may case a problem with the delivery. This is something that had only been a problem since the new system is in place. Hope this information helps. Other than my comments I am happy with the service provided. best wishes Michelle
