“I want to move to Canada and I wondered what I should do with my luggage. There are not so many that I get a container and the choices were travelling with Chinese airline and paying $125 per 20 Kg suitcase or air cargo service or post it(600$/suitcase). By google it, I found interparcel and it gave me quota $203/30 kg suitcase with UPS which is even less than surface mail. I paid with doubt but UPS guy came picked my suitcases and .... Just measure the dimension and weight of parcel precisely as they are strict. That you for your price and service.”

“Booked and collected on Monday. Notification via tracking that UPS has delivered to Houston today (Wednesday). Just waiting for confirmation from my son that he has managed to collect it from the office in his apartment complex. So far I have been very pleased with the service. I have used other intermediaries in the past. I think it depends on which carrier is chosen when making the booking. FedEx is best for rural Australia, UPS for any city and nothing at all works in Italy! So far I am very pleased with the service.”

“I put in a wrong review before confusing between Interparcel and another interxxxxxxxxx So, I came to realise that I was reviewing a wrong company . I started using interparcel since 02/01/2010 and THEY have always been a Top class Company to me ,always recommend them I have never got into trouble with them AND they have never failed to collect all around the world. Top Class service,Best website easy to use ......”

“We have been using Interparcel for about 12 months now and never run into any problems, so far. I cannot comment on the customer services as we have never had to contact them for anything. The booking system is easy to use and the prices are generally good. Highly recommended!”

“I sell my paintings on ebay including quite large pieces internationally so I use Interparcel quite a lot and they need to be quick, efficient and trustworthy (and the website easy to use). The good news is they are all of these and I recommend to anyone who sends frequently by courier both in the UK and abroad. Also the telephone customer service is better than most I have encountered. Excellent service.”

“The website is clear and concise I cant fault it. The only issue that arises if there is a delivery problem and as you are the third party sometimes I find it difficult to relay messages. But usually all is well”

“I USE UPS BOOKED WITH INTERPARCEL, UPS AND INTERPARCEL OFFER A 1ST CLASS TOP RATE SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE CHEAPEST COURIER BY ANY MEANS BUT THE DRIVERS GO THAT EXTRA BIT TO MAKE THE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE GO THAT LITTLE BIT SMOOTHER”

“A company that is second to none! I receive fantastic excellent service every time i use interparcel and am never dissapointed..not just a business but when ever you call the staff at interparcel will go beyond out of their way to help. As long as interparcel are around my parcels will continue to be delivered daily! Thanks a lot interparcel :D”

“Yes 4 years now Ive been using Interparcel regularly, they have been really good There have been a couple of problems ocassionally but these are rare, ie QE2 bridge closed. theres not much they can do about things like that is there. The staff are always friendly and helful if you have to call customer services”
