“Having never sent a relatively heavy parcel abroad before, I searched the internet and Interparcel looked good and the transport charge was reasonable. The best part for me was the home collection that was bang on time. Monitoring the parcel's progress was easy and accurate.”

“I used this service to deliver a family portrait from the UK to the Netherlands. It arrived on time and in one piece! I was impressed by the instructions for packaging, print-out labels, quick-response customer service and great value for money. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Interparcel offers a fantastic service and is a worthy alternative to the usual Royal Mail services for anything from small packet size upwards. The site is easy to use and takes the hassle out of having an account with one of the couriers directly. Highly recommended if you post anything.”

“Only company I could find to return six sets of venetian blinds weighing in at 16.5KG. Parcel picked up Monday received by recipients on Wednesday. Online tracking very useful. Would recommend :-)”

“I stumbled across Interparcel one day while I was pullling my hair out trying to deal with a lost package and Parcel Force(Royal Mail). I thought I would give them a try nothing to lose (no pun intended). That was 12 months ago now I use them exclusuively, perfect for the small business or home-based Ebayer. You choose from all the UK or overseas carriers including Hermes, DPD, TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Citylink, Parcelforce , you place he order and a courier collects it normally next working day. I have had an excellent experience with them, even on one occasion when there was a computer failure and they sorted it that day, without even a phone call”

“I was looking to use Parcel Force, but it was so expensive I surfed the net for an alternative carrier and found Interparcel. When I saw how cheaper it was I was a bit sceptical, but decided to use them. Good move. Esay to place order. Arrived on time for pick-up and delivered when they said it would be. I would certainly recommend Interparcel.”

“Interparcel arranged for 11 boxes to be delivered through UPS to two addresses one in Guildford and the other in Paris. The booking process was simple and easy, no complicated forms to fill in, and then the boxes were collected as arranged at 4pm by a very helpful driver as they were heavy and i have a heart condition. They were delivered as promised, those for Guildford at 10.30 the next day and those for Paris two working days later. I was most impressed, no damage to the boxes, one of them contained a mirror which I sent at my own risk but arrived in perfect condition! I had never used a parcel delivery firm before and I had rung several of the major firms and they all could not manage this for me being a domestic to domestic delivery. On top of which you appeared to have to open an account with them. None of this with Interparcel, a simple seamless process including provision of labels etc which was totally hassle free. Good value for money and very pleasant and helpful staff at their call centre. Also very impressed with their tracking system! Have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else and will certainly use again if have need. I was very impressed indeed.”

“I had to send over 60kg of books from Italy to the UK. I was very worried because I could not find a viable solution. Shipping was really expensive elsewhere. However, a guy who uses Interparcel to send electric guitars through the post recommended them to me, and thank God he did: they were brilliant. The site is really easy to use, the ordering system is idiot-proof, and if you have any questions, like I did, the ladies were incredibly patient and clear in their answers. Everything you need to know about how to send a hefty package through the post is explained on their site, from how best to pack your box, to sending you printable address labels. The best thing about them is the price: I went to Fedex directly in Italy to get a quote, and it turned out to be around three hundred pounds. Through Interparcel, I got the frighteningly amazing service of Fedex but for ?120, no joke. That's 60 kg of books, two boxes, from central Italy to Blighty in three days, NO FUSS, NO WORRIES, NO PROBLEMS. I am so grateful to Interparcel for enabling me to get the great Fedex service for a snippet of the price. It felt like getting into Cambridge with only a Brownie Badge. I have already recommended Interparcel to people in the UK for domestic use, and in a few weeks' time, I shall be using Interparcel again to get the same (bloody) books from the UK to California. They are the cheapest I can find. Thank you thank you thank you.”

“I needed to send a semi-fragile item to a UK address in a bit of a hurry. After checking out the exorbitant costs of the usual carriers, I came across a Google ad for Interparcel. The cost was greatly reduced by comparison to the other carriers, so I felt somewhat uneasy about using the service, thinking "you only get what you pay for", but I couldn't have been more wrong. I left th house in the morning telling my teenage sons that a parcel collection lorry might arrive to collect the now parceled bulky item by the door - and due to past experiences, wondering if anyone would actually show up. I was so pleased when I got home and found that the parcel had been collected, and even more overjoyed to learn that it had reached it's destination the following day as promised. Thank you Interparcel for outstanding and very competitively priced service.”

“Morning, I used your service for the first time ever last week to send three parcels, I would like to say how easy your service is to use, and straight forward ordering, no hidden costs or stupid questions to answer, no need to print out labels either. The courier turned up first thing in the morning and was lovely and friendly, he handled the parcels carefully and listened to our instructions on how the parcels were fragile. The parcels were delivered the next day in perfect condition with not a bump or scratch on them. “I could not be more satisfied with my recent encounter with 'inter parcel'. The service online is second to none offering varied courier companies lots of different prices and timescales! I chose 'city link' and through inter parcel I found it very easy to track my parcel and the recipient of my parcel was very happy too! I would and have highly recommended the company!! Much better than others I viewed!”

“Having had quotes to send my 26kg parcel with the well known carriers, I decided to try Interparcel. Expecting a quote similar to the others, I was pleasantly surprised when the price was a little over 20% of the cost of the others. Obviously I booked the collection there and then. (I did wonder if they would come to collect my parcel, or phone me to say there was an error), I duly printed out the address label and shipping waybill, and stuck them to the box (This is a nice feature - and saves you having to write your own labels out!). Next morning at around 10am a driver arrived and collected my parcel; and next morning it arrived at it's destination safe and sound. Great job done at an incredible price. Thank you.”

“I use UPS whenever i need a parcel be it expensive or heavy to be delivered on time. always get the parcel collected promptly, and if the driver is late, i get a call to say when he will arrive, they have never let me down. I use interparcel as a 3rd party, and customer service with both companies are 5*”
