“I send lots of parcels via Interparcel. Great service. Can't understand why anybody queues at the post office. Always reliable. Any problems, you can easily get through to the help-line. 5 star all round”

“We have been using Interparcel for a number of years. For us, knowing exactly what we are going to pay before shipping is the key. The ability to book online, chose a courier and a price, and complete the deal there and then, just works so well for us. Customer service is also awesome, whenever we have needed help, the response has been super quick and helpful.”

“Out of all the online shipment brokers, Interparcel have by far the simplest and fastest booking process. Other sites take you through all sorts of tick boxes and hoops. Interparcel make the task easy. Thank You.”

“I have been using interparcel.com every day for 2 years and I can say I have never had an issue when sending my parcels. Online assistance is great if you make a mistake or need information. The website is easy to navigate and it takes me less than 2 minutes to process a pick up. Quick and simple - no reason not to use them!!”

“I usually use the same carrier UPS off the Interparcel website- not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for they say. Always check website if sending abroad as there is several carriers to choose from. Easy website to navigate.”

“So far so good, live chat is very handy too. Time saver and cost effective. Only one time they let me down, took ages to deliver and no apology or offer. I can't say it is entirely their fault but as they are an agent and they have to take blame for the courier mistake. Anyway, I recommend to anyone to use Interparcel, decent price, helpful (especially live chat). The main thing they have to improve is address finder, not accurate.”

“I ship regularly all around the UK, I find the online system swift and easy to use. Only change i would make is store payment details so you don't have to re enter them for every parcel.. I sometimes ship several in one day so thins can get annoying”

“It's perfect, never had a problem after using them for over 5 years. Booking system is simple but works perfectly, the couriers used have never let me down either collecting or delivering. I don't usually bother doing these reviews but a pretty flawless service deserves praise.”
