“EASY TO USE AND GREAT PRICE”

“So my parcel was delivered promptly - Great, I thought. Then comes the highly officious email telling me to pay ?40 because I had booked the wrong dimensions, claiming the parcel was much bigger. There is NO WAY the dimensions they claim relate in any way to the parcel I sent, but I now no longer have it in my possession. So I manage to get the parcel recipient to send photos of the parcel with a tape measure showing that it's well inside the dimensions I had booked. The reply? it's going to take two weeks for Interparcel's courier to verify their records and then Interparcel will decide whether or not to believe me. The time and effort of all this is costing me and Interparcel way more than ?40. So when I point this out, the reply says "I apologise for the way you feel about this". Really??? You're taking responsibility for how I feel, but not for your error??? After making the error in the first place, plus the threat of an unjustified extra bill, and causing me and the recipient hassle, Interparcel just added patronising nonsense to their list of mistakes. All because their carrier can't measure the parcel correctly.”

“The Interparcel service gives a wide choice of Couriers and prices. You can then choose the right service for your parcel and delivery options. Nothing has ever been damaged or lost, so the service so far is the best Courier service I have ever used.”

“I have used Interparcel for several years now and I would highly recommend them. I have an account with TNT and it is usually cheaper using Interparcel even when it still ends up being TNT who do the shipping.”

“Collection was eventually arranged, item was delivered to premises within estimated delivery time and price was reasonable. However, the tracking numbers were completely messed up and had to contact customer services 3 times to actually get the proper tracking number. Also, would have been useful if more help with regard to package dimension limits was provided.”

“Actually I started originally using Interparcel's main online rival, but the Interparcel site is significantly more snappy and user-friendly and the choice of couriers and price excellent. Combined with the ease of paying with Paypal the whole transaction is very swift and painless!”

“I use Interparcel for posting my husbands stuff he sells on ebay, the majority of the time its great service, what I don't like is the fact the driver thinks he can open your front door because he thinks he can!! Im sorry if my front door is closed and then it remains closed until I answer the door, its just good manners.”

“We were sending a package to our son. Although we had book collection after 11am, the driver was in our area earlier and rang to ask if it would be convenient to collect before then - if not, he would come back at the scheduled time. In fact the earlier collection worked out very well for us. Tracking was good as was the SMS notification to our son that the item was out for delivery. However, it is a little disappointing that the delivery time slot could not have been more precise - from 8am to 6pm! Given that the driver must have had a schedule when he/she set out in the morning I would have though a two or three hour time slot would have been possible.”
