“I've been happily using Interparcel for several years. I just enter the weight and dimensions of the package I want to send, then select my preferred carrier (usually UPS), and sit back and wait for them to collect it. I've only had a couple of experiences where my package wasn't collected when it should have been. On both occasions TNT was the carrier. TNT blamed computers, so I just avoid them now and have had no trouble since!”

“Interparcel is very easy. They have a range of the best prices, the website is easy to understand and they pick up from your house which means no more traipsing to the post office and the large queues. So far they have,nt lost anything or failed to deliver. great service”

“I have used interparcel for years now, it is quick and easy to book deliveries and there are many ways to send parcels. With the length restrictions on royal mail and collectplus this is the best and cheapest way to send longer items. I have only once in all that time had a missed collection which customer service dealt with promptly so I would highly recommend them.”

“I was recommended to Interparcel some years back and have found the service given on their easy to use website second to none. The major courier's prices are clearly shown along with collection day, printing requirements and delivery times. Only ever used another company once - disaster! Highly recommend Interparcel to all my friends and business colleges.”

“I sold an item on ebay and when I got the qoute from my preferred courier it was double than what I anticipated.I stumbled on this website and with their easy simple website I got the qoute which was less than half price.I paid online printed the label went and dropped of at local mail depot which saved me extra 2 pounds .I took extra insurance out to make sure damages were covered text option for buyer and seller 20 p each gave me extra peace of mind .excellent service fingers crossed i hope my large package is delivered in one piece.”

“I have used a number of courier services over the years and have never thought about interparcel before, I've tended to go to a website directly, but I can honestly say, it was extremely pleasing to have all the different services quoted on one website. I could choose pick up dates, delivery time and whether I need a printer to print the shipping label. Very easy to use and the courier came on time. I have an email to ensure me my order has gone through as well as a tracking number on screen and in my emails. I chose next day delivery service, which has often been too expensive for me, but as Interparcel has given me all the choices, it turned out to be only 80p more to ensure my parcel is delivered the next day. I even had the choices of dropping my parcel at a collection point or collection from my house. I chose to have it collected as it was a heavy parcel of 8kg and it has cost my ?10.62 inc. VAT to ship 200 miles away. The driver picked up before 11 and brought the shipping label with him. Very efficient. I would recommend to anyone rather than shopping around yourself, let Interparcel do it for you!”
