“Arranging the courier was so easy and the fact that you can arrange a collection time never mind the date was just fantastic. I did telephone on the day the parcel was due to be collected to make sure that it was alright to leave the parcel outside as I wanted to go out. That was no problem whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in using Interparcel again.”

“We needed to ship a 24 volume set of books to a customer in France and the prices we were being quoted and therefore passing on to her were too high. In the midst of this the customer mentioned that she had received parcels from the UK via Interparcel and that she thought the prices were good. We have been delighted and impressed with the service esp for N America.”

“Price is reasonable and the process was pretty straightforward except for the fact that I could not get the website to accept the correct shipping address; despite me correcting the company name on the address page, it reverted back to an incorrect one on the printed address label. Despite the data entry page stating that I would have next day delivery (following a collection today between 11:00 and 17:00), the closing page stated that delivery would be in 2 days.”

“Astonishing cheap, was my first thought when I got my quote. Can it be any good? Reliable? Yes, it can. Hermes proves that top quality doesn't mean necessarily high prices. I'm absolutely satisfied with Hermes' great service. Kudos!”

“Clearly when things go right, InterParcel customers are very happy, but when they go wrong, boy do they go wrong. Last Wednesday I arranged for InterParcel to collect a parcel. They chose CityLink to make the collection on Thursday, some time between 9am and 6pm. Despite being in all day no one came and despite providing phone numbers, nobody phone. Friday morning I rang InterParcel to complain. I was told that City Link had tried to collect but no-one was in. The collection was rescheduled for that day and I insisted that they make sure the driver had our phone number. Again I was in all day, phone again at 4pm and was told not to worry but collection might not occur until 7.30pm. Again no-one came or phoned. Monday morning I phone to complain and reschedule. Late that moroning CityLink came to collect the parcel. The driver was the one who had tried to collect on Thursday. He had tried but failed to find our house, phone CityLink HQ and was given wrong directions. No explanation for why he hadn't tried phoning us. I emailed InterParcel to tell the the parcel had been collected and suggested that some sort of compensation for the 5 phone calls and two whole days of waiting might be in order. I was told that under "our terms of use collections are not guaranteed". If they can't guarantee a collection, who on earth would employ them? Certainly not me again.”

“I have used Interparcel for a couple of years now, predominantly for parcels to USA and occasionally within UK, I have never found them a problem for either destination. You are given choices of who you can use to transport your parcel with varying prices, so the choice is yours, pick up times are convenient to you, all done without leaving the house what more could you ask for.”

“I can only recommend Interparcel to anyone. It's a cheap alternative of sending parcels abroad within a couple of days. The website is easy to handle and you can organise the delivery of your parcels within no time. Really great service and definitely better/less pricey than sending stuff the normal way via post.... Thumbs up! :)”
