“I love Interparcel and have used it several times in the past. The ease of booking and printing documents is great, but I needed an early collection. I suggested 9-12 but was told I had to give a time slot of 4.5 hours. Earliest possible was 9am, so went for 9-1.30, but was still waiting at 2pm. This threw out all the timings for the rest of the day and caused stress and difficulty. I'd like to see an opportunity for earlier pick up times and a three hour slot for collection. Otherwise, the delivery was successfully completed the next day, so thanks Interparcel.”

“I have used them now for quite a while, and I am very happy with the way they operate. The service is second to none. If there is a problem its always been sorted in good time. I find it easy to contact them when I need to. You get a real person to talk to, and they are very helpfull and understanding. The website is very easy to use as well.”

“I have used Interparcel many times and have never had a problem. They provide a brilliant service, even if you don't have a printer or are paying for a package to be picked up from an address other than your own as you can choose a service where the driver provides the address labels. I would have no hesitation in using them again and willingly recommend them to all.”

“I found the website very unfriendly with the terms and conditions very much weighted in favour of Interparcel - it was only because of what I was sending that I used them . Price was also hiked substantially through insuring the items.”

“IT WOULD BE NICE TO ALLOW THE POST CODES TO BE ENTERERED WITH OR WITHOUT THE SPACE AND STILL BE VALID ON THE QUOTES FORM. IT MAKES LIFE EASIER AND PREVENTS HAVING TO BACK TRACK TO PAGE ONE OF THE QUOTES FORM AND THEN FILL IN THE ADDRESS FORM AGAIN AFTER GOING BACK TO THE START OF THE QUOTE TO ENTER YOUR POST CODE AGAIN WITH THE SPACE ............ JUST A SMALL IRRITATION ...........”

“This is the first time I have used a courier. My recipient reports excellent quick delivery. Couldn't be easier dropping my parcel off at the little shop at the end of my road. No more queueing at a Post Office for me!”

“Emergency parcel to my daughter in France who had just had new baby. 5 minutes on the net & all the choices were shown. I made my choice and my parcel was collected 2 hours later & will be with my daughter within 2 days. Absolutely amazing!”

“I love this service. Do it all at home and either they come and pick it up or you can drop it at a nearby store if you can't be in when they pick up. Faultless so far and all my parcels have got to their destinations quickly and efficiently. This INCLUDES lots of overseas stuff too. Can recommend INTERPARCEL enough!”
