“In the main a reliable service. Only had one problem which was resolved quickly so would not hesitate recommending this company and still frequently use them as a preferred courier service”

“This a good way to beat the over priced Royal Mail service if you are not sending items to the Scottish highlands. However, it will be useful to have at least a tiered 'lost' insurance service provision for some of couriers such as MyHermes. using the local newsagents is very handy as they are open in the evenings. I have had to call Interparcel once and I have noted that the call charges are very high although you can use the online chat for free.”

“I have been using this service for over two years for my business - I send and receive approximately 15 large boxes per week and I have found the service to be very efficient and in the main the drivers are very helpful and courteous.boxes. I have recommended the service to others in the past and wouldn't hesitate to continue to do so in the future.”

“As title says I use them all the time and send 15+ parcels a month with good customer service if required BUT a couple of months back a parcel was lost somewhere along the line and when tracked it is just stuck at the 'out for delivery' mode but was never received by the receiver. I took the matter up with interparcel who are normally very helpful but they would not take the blame and because I did not supply a phone contact number for the receiver they would not take the matter further and I had to re send the item at my cost (?130). I still use them purely because the competion is 'rubbish' to put it mildly as I have experienced so many more problems with other providers. At the rate I use them I will soon be going directly with UPS though:) One off parcels they are great for but make sure you include all details they require at point of booking otherwise they will have you over a barrel if it goes missing!.”

“I send out around twenty parcels a week via Interparcel. They offer a variety of courier options to allow you to choose your service based on budget and the speed you need your parcel to arrive - I have been very taken with the Collect+ option available for smaller parcels which has recently been introduced which is a much cheaper option for tracked services than Royal Mail. OveralI, Interparcel offers an excellent well priced service and I would and have recommended them. However, I have two grouches: 1) Occasionally an item may arrive broken or indeed not arrive at all. The claim process is complicated, obstructive and slow. I don't even bother with it and take the hit - this might not be ideal for customers sending one-off items. 2) If one of the courier services increase their prices it just happens without warning. As Interparcel are a broker, I think they should inform their customers on the website as it is important for businesses to know about price rises. Glebe Decorative Home”

“The tracking information could be updated more regularly and when something goes wrong there is no one to contact at weekends unlike other companies, but, it's cheap so you can't expect miracles!”

“Interparcel is brilliant, especially now I have realised that the cheapest option is not necessarily the best. I almost exclusively use your UPS collection, the local guy is really good and friendly and delivery frequently astounds my customers by arriving within 24 hours. The price is great....I have no idea why Parcel Force/Royal Mail has decided it has so little interest in this business!”
