“I used this service for the first time yesterday and was very impressed by them. The ease of use of their web site is very impressive from start ot finish,everything is easy to follow. Payment options are also very good. They aslo keep to within the collection times you state,if for some reason they are unable to do so they will contact you to inform you of this,and arrange another time slot for you.”

“Have used many times great service normally , Except for the last time I booked through them one of the companies they have is the worst one out there , Hermes I knew before I booked it would go wrong but had no choice going to NI , the NI part was OK getting them to collect was the strain failed collection waited in all day 8am - 9pm their collection time , avoid Hermes at all costs”

“too soon to request this. just paid. was not easy. do not accept discover card for payment. slow slow slow stupid stupid stupid. saving grace? competition is worse. “I have used INTERPARCEL for quite some time... you were recommended. However, I shipped a parcel recently that was never received by the customer. I had to refund the customer in full........ I lost my product........ you kept my shipping costs. The staff member on the end of the phone was clearly uninterested and reading from a script. My item was classed as "lost" so no refund was given. My item was clearly stolen by a member of staff. It is impossible for an item to be picked up from Leeds, clearly transferred onto the van and then vanish into thin air. It leaves a very bad taste.”

“With overall the best pricing available (or same as...) and simple process to arrange collection and delivery service, there's really no reason to use anything except interparcel for delivery service unless you literally only want to post a letter! Used for over 8 years with nothing but flawless service. All my parcel size eBay sales get shipped via Interparcel. If you haven't figured it out, I recommend and regularly personally use Interparcel.”

“I use Interparcel services regularly as a private individual and over the past 11 years have been delighted at how easy and fast it is to arrange for deliveries as far as Australia, Mainland Europe and also within the UK. Sat down tonight and within 15 minutes everything was ordered, paid for, documents printed and attached ready for uplift. Couriers are pleasant and helpful at every collection.”

“I'd use you again. It was delivered the other end of England within 26 hours, which I thought was excellent for the basic charge, but I would expect the delivery man to tell the addressee, that the package was with a neighbour!! Good service spoilt at the final hurdle!!”
