“I was very frustrated when trying to put in my postcode, it kept coming up as not known, which is ridiculous, I had to put in the name of the factory down the road and then edit just to get it to accept.”

“As a company I use Interparcel on average once a week (maybe more now and again). I have always found them to be reliable, (When I book with them I always put down the collection date as the next working day) and to date I have not had a problem with this. The delivery times are always very good ie 3-5 days to USA - When i have used the post office this can sometimes take weeks rather than days for delivery to be made so i am quite happy with the time span for goods to be delivered. I like the fact that they use big companies i.e UPS/Fedex etc and their prices are more competitive than going to these companies direct. To date we have had no complaints from our customers regarding late deliveries so as far as we know everything is delivered on time - Happy Days.”

“I have been using Interparcel for my bulky packages for a couple of years now, and have found them to be good professional agents for couriers and when something did go wrong they dealt with it quickly and did not make my blood pressure go thru the roof. I find their booking system is easy to use and will continue to use them as they save a lot of time trying to compare services and prices- you get it all on one page. Also i am a low volume user and they give me access to some couriers i would not be able to book on my own.”

“Booked this service online from Spain, item was picked up promptly from the seller on the organised day and delivered promptly next day to the shop for appraisal. All for ten quid. Item was not well packed by seller but arrived safely and undamaged at the destination. I just sat back on my sun bed and soaked up the sun.”

“I have found the service excellent over the 6 years I have used it. Particularly when I select UPS as the courier. They have never let me down. 1 comment, because of the industry I am in I find I need to send long lengths of items about 2-2.5 mtrs and there does not seem to be any one who can do this economically. My suppliers can, but they have large contracts. It would not be difficult for some one to be able to deliver a parcel 2.5mtrs x 20cm x 20cm weighing about 7-8kilos for an economical amount. Otherwise very happy bunny!!!!”

“Go for the Interparcel STD service as its cheaper and still gets delivered the following day most times. I've always had a great service with Interparcel so long as using the Interparcel (UPS) service level. When using some of the other options it has not been so good but this is not down to Interparcel. Just use the UPS based service.”

“I have always found the drivers who pick up and deliver reliable and friendly. On the odd occasion that something goes wrong customer services have been very efficient in helping sort things out. I definitely do recommend Interparcel to others.”

“Just to say you get a great service with next day delivery at a reasonable price, easy to use web site and full tracking of your delivery. Its still uses the same couriers you would normal use, but you're getting a better price per shipment.”

“I booked a parcel for pick up at 8am, and the package was picked up before 11am on the same day. It was then delivery the very next day by 9am, and this was the standard service. I can only imagine what the premium services are like. Well done Interparcel !”

“Thanks to Interparcel who gives customers choices of services, convenient, fast and good value for money. In the past, we tried to get in touch with individual carriers like TNT and FedEx. They charge much higher and have to have certain amount of parcels every month, which we do not have. If we use Royal mail then we have to go to post office. So the interparcel is perfect for us. The online booking system is user friendly, it is useful to get actual quote if customers paying for the postage so we know exactly how much to charge. These individual carrier's website just give us zones, price on weight etc which was very complicated and not clearly how much we should pay. With your service, we do not hesitate to send parcels when needed, so you help customers' business grow so do wish your business grow with more customers using your service. Another good point is that you have someone at end of the telephone line to help when needed, other company with similar business does not have similar service or telephone number was hiding away. Anyway, I would recommend your service to anyone. Many thanks. Toys of Wood Oxford”
