“PRETTY EASY FROM START TO FINISH”

“I have now used this service for several weeks and find that for me it is a good way to dispatch parcels conveniently as I usually use Hermes tracked delivery with signature which I drop off at a local store. This means I can do it in my own time and especially with larger and heavier items it is easy to take a short drive with no parking problems. I also have a range of options and prices on screen so that I can make the best choice depending on my needs.”

“having used several couriers in the past = parcels 2 go, Hermes, etc I have to say that I have had problems with all of them parcels, delayed, missing, returned, the list goes on, cant find address that they have already delivered to no updates and very unfriendly unhelpful and some really ignorant people. this is the first time I have used this company and will use them from now on they collect when supposed to they deliver when supposed to they update you the delivery details without having to keep phoning as you have to do with the rest. this is a great delivery company that you can trust to do what you cant trust others to do.and that is simply to deliver your goods. friendly, easy to work with brilliant service.”

“Great efficient service, especially with UPS options - never failed in well over 5 years of using them. A few times the parcels have even been picked up within a few minutes, fantastic integrated system. The Interparcel staff are also very swift in dealing with any issues with the other couriers, usually re-booking them with UPS to handle.”

“On the whole not a bad service,prices must remain cheaper than royal mail,would suggest booking system operates untill midnight for next day collection.”

“Used this site on many occasions to send parcels and also to have parcels collected for me. Get to choose what service you want from many well known couriers, they collect from you and deliver on time. Prices much better than royal mail for anything other than a letter / large letter in my opinion”

“Generally response rate is very good but i have a parcel undelivered by city link and lost since mid november. I have to go through you as it was booked on your website but it still not has been resolved nor have you contacted me with regards to it but i have had to contact you on three occasions to get an update! I am at the moment out of pocket by ?75 because of your inability to follow it up.”

“Interparcel is a great company. I have sent over 40 parcels with them through Europe and nationally. They always get the couriers to collect on time and communication is quick even using the email facility. The only negative points about interparcel is that the live chat is always busy or you end up in a queue. Also they charge 2 per cent for Paypal payments which is a bit off putting as a lot of us are online sellers and we have a credit balance in Paypal ready to pay for shipping. Overall - Its a great service at the price. The rates are good and service is good. It would be nice if they can offer slight discount for regular service users or a random discount code from time to time.”

“I bboked the collection and paid online. The booking was simple and straightforward. The collection was made on the day and between the hours I had requested. The parcel was delivered within the time scale and the only let down was the fact that I didn't get the text message confirming delivery which I had paid extra for. The only way I knew it had arrived was when the receipient advised me of my refund.”
