“I got your address from your Web site. I entered your address on my satnav but still had difficulty in finding your premises on the Gatwick Rd. I found you eventually, but had I used ' Magellan Terrace ' it would have been a ' piece of cake ' !. I did not see this info' on your website. (Jack+Leanne a great asset to your Organisation) Anyway, the first member of Interparcel staff that I met was a chap named " Jack " . I told him I wanted to send a Parcel to Namibia and that I had no knowledge of these things. I've got a small amount of brain damage,Jack with respect and patience took me through the whole thing and even wrote it down for me. When I was sending the parcel off Jack was waiting at the door to accept, FANTASTIC, great service!!”

“If you want a straightforward and cost effective parcel service with collection then Interparcel is well worth considering. The only thing that would improve it would be an hourly time slot option.”

“I tried to get a service that would allow us to drop of the parcel as we had in the past, but hey, what has happened to all the Hermes drop-off points?? Anyway, having tried to get a drop off arranged, it came down to cost, and flexibility/convenience, and Interparcel provided a cost that was acceptable, and the pick-up from home wasn't that bad (actually collected before lunch on the day!). Didn't spend too much, guy who picked up was friendly and efficient, so I expect the parcel to be with Dylon early next week, done deal!”

“Have instructions to collect a parcel which was 200 miles away late on Tuesday night and it was with me early Wednesday afternoon and all for under ?15. Excellent service would definitely se the company again”

“Website quite easy to use except that if you make a mistake with the payment details everything appertaining has to be re-entered, which is irritating. We have stopped using Yodel and Hermes as they always try to collect from us after we have gone home i.e. 18.00hrs. or so they claim. The other courier companies do a good job.”

“Booked parcel in online and printed label and within 20 mins of doing that UPS Courier were knocking on my door to pick up parcel, yes this is true, Absolutely Excellent Service, now I just hope they deliver it by the next day before 6pm as they have said they will, so fingers crossed and hope this is not the let down, I will wait and see,”

“I use Interparcel on a regular basis. The speed and efficiency in getting boxes from the U.K. to mainland Spain is amazing. I send boxes from several different places in the U.K and find that on average it takes 4 days from door to door. The price is reasonable and the service excellent ( hope they don't keep me waiting too long for todays collection, I want to go out ) My only advice would be if you are sending anything fragile make sure it is well packaged. I always double box and double wrap. I am very happy with interparcel and would not want to use anyone else.”
