“As said above, I have used this site extensively, however I would have liked some sort of loyalty scheme as I am treated as a "newbie" customer every time, and despite spending thousands of pounds over the year I get no incentive, directly to come and use you again. Regards Dave”

“I can't fault the service at all. It was my 1st time using Interparcel and it was a very easy and smooth experience, I dropped the parcel off at a local shop and could track online so I knew it had been delivered. I have now set an account up, and have another 2 parcels going out on Monday, hopefully with the same experience.”

“Ive used Interparcel for a few years now for my printing business. Its so quick and easy to check out online, prices are better than going direct to a courier (unless you have 20-30+ parcels per week... Which I don't) I love the printable parcel labels they send you, so much easier than filling out address labels manually. Of course you can save regular customers in an address book also. I love it. “Overall, a very good service, at a reasonable price.4 stars given instead of 5 only because collection driver gave me nothing at all by way of paperwork, or asked for any signature. It just made me a little nervous, but then perhaps that it just me!”

“Entering weight and size, getting a quote, very straight forward. How to find a drop off point and tracking, couldn't be better. Then you get three emails. One with fine print, hard to read, asking you check things, do things. After performing the first task, certain I wasn't sending something restricted, I gave up, missing that the fact that the second email contained a printable bar code. And a third email already asking for a review. So two trips to the drop off point, the second time properly with bar code on the package. Larger print would be helpful, and something that stands out saying don't forget printing the bar code in email number 2. That would be brilliant”

“About half the price of going direct with couriers. Couldn't be easier to use the website and book a courier. Parcel was picked up Monday morning and delivered safely to Hungary by Friday morning. Will definitely use again for posting parcels abroad”

“All was well except for Parcelforce. The company rectified my complaint andI returned my parcel through Parcelforce. They left it my return parcel with a signature supposed to be of my wife. No one signed for it here. I don't know how but they got her name right. She died 6 years ago. Parcelforce is crap in my estimation. Your company did everything right and on time and so much cheaper than Parcelforce.”

“Usually I spend some time calling round different couriers getting quotes, times etc but this time I saw Interparcel. I completed the few questions got an immediate choice of couriers, showing all I needed to know. Label service provided. All done and dusted in a couple of minutes. Excellent idea and I will definitely use again.”
