“This is the second time I have used this company but hadn't checked out the reviews beforehand so I was very anxious when I did read some of the very negative reviews here. However, I have to say that I have absolutely no trouble in recommending this company. They picked up my packages when they said they would and they delivered within the specified time-frame. Both drivers were very polite and friendly. And they were the cheapest. Thank you Hermes/Interparcel.”

“Lots of comparisons to choose from However I use the service at least once a week and wish i could open an account as constantly putting in bank details etc very tiresome. On a previous order, parcel was delivered to wrong address, customer service was very helpful, but was a long drawn out process to get it traced.”

“I was worried that I'd paid a much cheaper price for my musical instrument delivery than competitors. but i need not, from start to finish the process was extremely efficient and easy to follow. The parcel was picked within 5 minutes of the earliest time stated and tracked from that point onwards. A text alerted me when it was out for delivery and again when it had been delivered on time well within the range given. Will definitely use again.”

“I have used this company for a wide variety of services and had good service. Although they are not competitive for alot of services, e.g. sending abroad is generally expensive and if you shop about you can find cheaper elsewhere, large or heavy UK parcels are also not competative. Small and light are good prices though.”

“I have used Interparcel about half a dozen times. it is an economical and convenient way to send a parcel and all but one has been problem free. One of my parcels was not collected on the booked date. I emailed the company and another collection date was promptly arranged. It was irritating but right before Xmas when I suppose they were terribly busy and made a mistake! I have forgiven the company and used them again since!! One improvement they could make is to give more specific pick up times - 8am to 9pm is a long time to have to wait at home! If they could specify before or after eg 1pm that would be very helpful.”

“I use interparcel at least twice a week and have never had a problem in last 3 years of using them. I've tried other sites and when parcels have gone missing its a nightmare to claim and speak to someone. Never had a parcel go missing with interparcel so will stick to them and would highly recommend to anyone. Great choice of company's and great prices. Am always a happy customer”

“I have used Interparcel for all UK and international large parcels for the last few months. It's a lot cheaper than Parcelforce! I've only used the UPS choices so I can't comment on the others. I can happily recommend it to anybody else.”

“I use Interparcel for a selection of option delivery charges. No problems filling in the electronic form. Annoyed about there not being a time 'window' Normally says 9 - 6pm take it or leave it. However, when I have telephoned Interparcel tele no. to ask if the courier can try to pick up at a specific time, the message has been passed on to the driver and an effort has been made.”
