“Courier picked up the item on time and that was it. Got confirmation text to say it had been delivered. A bit disappointed that the options that dont require a printer, still require a printer so watch out for that!”

“The header says it all. I placed the order at 08.15 Monday; printed all the documents by 08.30; wrapped and sealed the 18kg 30x30x10cm package by 08.40; smiling affable, driver collected at 10.30; package delivered before noon the following Tuesday morning - all for less than ?10 - can you do better?”

“The parcel was supposed to be collected on Monday 27th April. I waited in from 8.00am to 9.00pm and no-one came to collect it. I rang interparcel.com at 8.30am the following morning and they said it would be collected the following day which was the Wednesday. I asked why it couldn't be collected that day as it was Hermes who were at fault but the lady I spoke to said they wouldn't collect it that day, It would have to be tomorrow. ( I would have to wait in again) Basically the parcel was collected two days later than it should have been. Not happy.”

“Great Service. Only problems are if you need to contact TNT.. You have to call interparcel rather than direct to TNT. Still a great service though!!”

“I was very happy with the service provided by interparcel. However, it would be useful to have a slightly more accurate estimate of when the courier is likely to arrive as 8 am until 9 pm is a long time to potentially be confined to the house!”

“I decide to sell old DVD's and books. I was shocked at prices Royal Mail wanted for a medium parcel. It was so over the top i decide to look for alternative. Decided on Hermes as had good record with them as receiving customer. Easy to use site and at shop. Tracking showed parcel progress and delivered in under 72 hours which was a bonus. I have already recommend to friends and family and will use again.”

“The only problem with this company is the window for collection is too wide, 8am to 9pm! I work, fortunately my son is off sick so he was able to sit in for me. Collection was around 11am. A morning or afternoon time guide would be more helpful. After saying that, this was the first time I have used this company & I would use it again especially as I don't drive the thought of trying to get such a big parcel to the nearest drop off... although not too far away was a bit daunting. The parcel arrived within the suggested time, so all round very good.”
