“first a good price - then a problem. after I had booked and printed the parcel labels ( I had to go to a friend house because I don't have my own printer). I had put the wrong KG weight on the parcel. I realised after I had packed it all up that I had mis-calculated the weight. I went on the chat line, and rachel skidmore, sorted it all out instantly. amended the weight - and confirmed I did not need to re-print the label it was all done. The driver called to collect after just half an hour, and already had all my details and the parcel details. Brilliant service.”

“Simple quote and order process. Very easy to compare options and place order. As a regular user, it would be very helpful if my personal details were included as the default for:- a) Postcode from b) Return name, address and phone number so that I don't have to enter them every time.”
