“DOING THE COURIER BOOKING ON LINE IS QUICK AND EFFECTIVE. THERE ARE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO AND AS I WORK ON RECEPTION, WITH A BUSY SWITCHBOARD SYSTEM, THIS IS VERY USEFUL. THE PICK UP TIMES ARE GOOD AND DELIVERY SEEMS FINE.”

“There have been times when the courier has not turned up and this has caused problems for me. The company have a disclaimer on their website, they don't guarantee collection on the day you ask for it. However most of the time they are very reliable so I continue to use them.”

“Just one thing, we have one problem. We have to ask the driver for the sticky plastic envelopes re address labels. we have been in touch with Interparcels and they say we have to open an account to get a supple envelopes. Mike Plant The Golfxchange.”

“I have used several online courier sites and keep coming back to Interparcel. Their service is efficient, well priced and most importantly - reliable! I have had to make claims in the past due to damaged goods (which reflects on the carrier, not Interparcel) and Interparcel have always been helpful and done there best to help our situation. Things to improve? I'd like to see a 'shopping cart' type feature, gets quite annoying when sending multiple items and having to put payment details in each and every time. Good service which we keep coming back for”

“I had to send a parcel to my son in Canada and depsite being a standard box, it didn't meet any of the Royal Mail's requirements, so I went on to Interparcel. The site and process was so easy, everything was sorted in less than 5 minutes and they will collect the parcel from me which is so handy. Parcel Force was double the price I paid and would have taken a week to arrive - this way, my parcel will be with my son tomorrow. Just amazing! Would recommend you try them.”

“It's uncomplicated. No long form-filling, just give a destination, size and value and it's booked. I know the prices are good as I've compared them with the individual carriers. I feel very happy using Interparcel and have recommended them to other businesses.”

“I have used Interparcel before but this time there was no sign of the Shipping labels either by email or in the Document Download Centre. Just states ''not ready yet". Not very useful and frustrating when I want to drop off the parcel first thing in the morning on my way to work and it's now gone 10 at night.”

“I usually use UPS from their 2 day service. Delivery is usually next day. Only had 2 parcels damaged in 7 years. Compensation paid without fuss.”

“I've previously sent 2 parcels to Greece with absolutely no problems..Getting a quote is so easy and no registering and signing up before they will give you a quote like other companies do.Ordering collection and delivery is so easy and being able to track the parcel so reassuring.The collection is at the time they say it will be and the prices,,,well I don't know how they can do it so cheaply.I am so glad I chose them the first time I looked on internet,I wouldn't dream of ever using anybody else.”

“I run a business and need to send goods all over the planet and I always shop around for the best rate. I have used parcel2go and others but they have let me down where as interparcel have always done the job well. I refuse to use any service which does not have a freely available phone number on the site and interparcel come up trumps there as well.”
