“You should send an email confirmation that the parcel has been collected. Parcel been taken but no confirmation left. Besides you the only company that requires label and addess printing.”

“Only two tiny niggles with the web dialogue. (1) It generated a delivery label that seemed redundant (the collecting driver already had one). (2) The delivery address it generated from my input omitted the relevant village name, which was a slight concern. The village name had proved very handy for me, when I myself first drove to that particular rural destination. But with postcodes and satnavs, maybe regular delivery drivers don't really even need to know the names of towns, let alone villages.”

“Interparcel needs to have a phone line open until 6pm because if there should be a parcel problem it would be reassuring to speak to a person rather than going through the 'chatline'. Most parcel delivery company's vehicles tend to still be around 'til that time”

“Nice choice of couriers to choose from at competitive prices. I have used interparcel.com for a number of years now and I think I have ever had one problem...that was with the courier yodel but interparcel's customer service was great. I think they should do some sort of reward scheme like they did a few years ago with a discount for using interparcel.com. Overall, very satisfied. Keep up the good work!”

“The service sometimes leads to difficulties with the address not accepting symbols certain symbols e.g. / Also annoyingly the auto found address insists on giving our collection address as the wrong county. In our case TW19 5BS as Buckinghamshire whereas according to Royal Mail postcodes we should be Middlesex whereas in actually in phsical reality its fact Berkshire in fact. You seem ti be relying ion county boundaries that existed 35 years ago !”

“I've used Interparcel before and they have always collected and delivered to schedule. Better rates than other delivery services. Cheerful, helpful drivers. What more could you ask? Now you can even drop off the parcel at a shop instead of waiting indoors for a collection, even better.”

“Was not sure what to think about Interparcel particularly when the City Link driver did not give a receipt for the goods other than a number which did not seem to correspond to anything and certainly not the same as the Interparcel tracking number. I had not realised that Interparcel do their own tracking. After collection the Interparcel tracking number seemed to work and after being collected on the Friday (late afternoon) the goods were already in Scotland by the morning and delivered to day. I can only say a fantastic service and a really good price. Will use again and also recommend.”
