“PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES EVER AGAIN IT IS TOTALLY RUBBISH COMPANY TO SENT ANY I HAVE SENT MY ITEM 3 MONTHS BACK AND STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND WON'T ALLOW ME TO CLAIM INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT LOST BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. I AM WRITING THIS IN BOLD TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE”

“they are a paper company who outsources couriers to do their work for them who makes EVERY excuse they can in the slightly more outlaying areas to NOT bother doing their job at all”

“I’ve booked a service with this company yesterday, and in website is not specified about what kind of package things should be. My request was for a bag like box format. Simply they canceled service and made me trouble!! One year ago I sent same service same standards without trouble NOT RECOMMENDED”

“Having many years experience of dealing directly with couriers and using 'agency' courier services, I have to say that the quality of service that I have had from Interparcel is second to none. The range of courier options means there is always plenty of choice, especially internationally and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Terrible services, try to rip people off continuously will never use again. Saying my parcels weren't packaged correctly but even with a letter from the collection company TNT stating it was packaged correctly and they haven't added any additional charges they are trying to get more money saying it wasn't. Fraudsters and con artists of a company. People stay away from them.”
